The rooms were spacious for all of us. The breakfast was good, and the valet parking was effortless and worth the price.

Great stay.. friendly staff.. breakfast well stocked and a lot of options.. the bartender was great.. our only issue was with the valet. Valet not available at the time we wanted to get our car so this led to an unexpected delay. The location was convenient to the arena we needed to get to but otherwise not such a nice area.

Located next to Lexington Market,and walking distance to Camden Yards is a huge plus for this beautiful and friendly staffed hotel. Beautiful interior, comfy bed, surprisingly quiet rooms and a very serviceable breafast bar and fitness room. My only concern was the speed of the wifi. Some services on the tv streaming couldn't load, so it made it pointless to offer the service. Other than that, Five Stars.

The hotel itself was very clean. The parking is across the street in a garage which you have to pay for. Valet parking is $45 a day which is very expensive for the price you pay for the hotel room.

The check in and check out process was super fast and easy. Parking is not included. They offer valet parking for $40 or you can park at a near by garage.

The building was interesting and had a great lobby space. It was a nice remodel of an older building. The guest room ceilings were shockingly high, especially for the age of the building. AC was cold on a hot day, and staff was friendly. The parking is difficult and it seemed like we were only given an option for valet before we even checked in. But then after committing to the valet parking they said we could also park in the garage next door and it was half the price. Too late at that point. Food at breakfast was decent.

Hotel was exquisite inside - beautiful lobby area with bar, rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Wish the area around the hotel was better — there was very little open on a late Sunday afternoon, and the lack of a hotel restaurant meant we had to rely on food delivery services. But the location is great for events at the arena.

The property was nice and so was our room except for all the dog hair that was on our coach which got all over our clothes. I am not into pets and having dog hair on my clothes really turned me off and grossed me out.

Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean.

The 1st room we stayed in wasnt clean. There was either blood or bbq sauce all over the room. They were nice enough to switch us to a different room but that is the 1st time ive ever had to switch rooms and i travel alot

Disappointing - TV remote didn’t work at first had to get another - sheet was stained - reserved a king bed got a queen bed in a handicapped accessible room.

It's convenient and clean. Rooms are spacious.

Only real concern was that they cleaned the room once (4-night stay) and staff told us it was because we had a do not disturb sign on the door, but we never did. Valet staff was great and very courteous. Requests for clean towels and blankets were met very quickly by the staff, too. Room was comfortable and the lobby was very nice to spend time in. WiFi worked well the entire visit. Convenient walking distance to a lot of things, short drive to Inner Harbor and Federal Hill.

Hotel is sitting in an awkward position hard to unload your car. You have to double park on the main street. Also the room was not cleaned correctly trash on the floor trash in the bathroom under the counter yeah it just wasn’t up to pour.

This property was very clean

There was very little light in the bedroom. The bathroom was ok. But I could not see the items in my bag there was such little light.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast could have been arranged better to keep the flow moving. There needed to be a second waffle maker. Our room did not have black out curtains. The rod and hooks were there but no curtain. Construction started at 6:10am on a building next door. Walking distance for the baseball game.

Room was clean, ac worked well. Staff was pleasant. The ceiling in my hotel room looked unfinished though - like they forgot to paint the drywall

Great property, beds crazy comfy, big room, good shower pressure and quality bathroom products. Quick walk to Camden Yards. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The air conditioner didnt work. Told staff twice. No one came to fix it.

This is a very nice hotel and the double queen rooms are very spacious for 3 people. The location is very convenient.

I've visited Baltimore many times. I go to watch baseball games. Although I understood the check-in time was 3:00 PM, you do not want to try to drive in to Baltimore around 3:00PM on a game day (you will sit in traffic for an hour +). So we arrived around 1:30 PM. We tried to check in then. No room ready yet. Ok, understandable. But, instead of working with us and getting a room ready, we waited until 3:00 PM (on the dot). At exactly that time, the head maid walked through a door, with the list of cleaned rooms. I found the timing a bit odd, that it happened at exactly 3:00 PM. Ok, we've got the room. The other negatives: My bed had a "Dip" in the middle of it. Bad enough that my back hurt the next morning (I was able to sleep more comfortably on the other side of the bed for the next two nights). The worst part of the stay: we didn't receive maid services. Three nights, no maid spotted on the floor. We were able to get fresh towels on the 3rd day. But we had to go and get them. We also had to take out the trash ourselves. We weren't the only ones that had to do this. The pile of trash bags at the can near the elevators proved this. BTW, the trash was there for 2 days... Although I can't blame the hotel for it, we couldn't walk outside, without being hit up for money. I blame that on the neighborhood. But the hotel could use a full-time security officer patrolling the outside of the building. The price was affordable. Saving a few $ won't be reason enough for me to stay again

Although our overall experience was positive, there was 1 issue. The room's lighting was TERRIBLE. When asked about it, the operations manager said that a bunch of laps died at the same time & they didn't have any other options. The hotel was great walking distance to the CFG Bank arena. Quick.

Other than the tv not working and the thermostat being busted the room was huge, clean and the beds were comfy. There was an actual breakfast downstairs and it was delicious too. 9/10

I am very impressed with the staff and management at this hotel. There was construction being done on the room I originally booked for 4 people and they gave us an extra room for free to make sure we are comfortable. I appreciate that they made it right for us. Very impressed!

The hotel was nice. Comfortable rooms, clean and updated. Breakfast had a good choice of food, internet worked well. The front desk agent when we checked seemed very bothered, was rude and generally unhelpful. By far the worst experience I’ve had while checking into a hotel.

Not a good check in experience! Unfriendly and not helpful with information on the stadium. Very dirty outside. No parking for the hotel. Had to park in parking across the street, 25$ a day to park.

The staff was rude.from the front desk to the bar, they treat you like you're in their way.

Check in was terrible.. The room was not put together. Service was requested for the TV and for towels and wash clothes was never sent. The staff member that attempted to help us was yelled at in front us by another staff member that she needs to focus on one person at a time but we were the only family waiting for service The ladies at the bar were nice. Referred us to Kona Grill where we’re excited to go within walking distance. But got caught in the rain. Valet was a joke. There was one valet person that was helpful. But I believe he was part time. A key card is required for bathrooms kinda annoying. But at this point I was probably just fed up. The area had a nice market within walking distance for some healthy food options and some nice people however being from the the south this whole experience was a terror and very unpleasant.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe.

Everything was great once we were in the hotel. The parking situation was confusing and more details should be given to guests prior to arrival. The surrounding blocks around the hotel did not seem safe and I will not be returning because of this.

The area around the hotel was rough. Walking back to the hotel from Oriole Park was scary.

Comfy room, quiet, friendly staff, nice breakfast (good coffee!) also enjoyed the on-site bar. Friendly helpful staff, close to Hippodrome and other cultural attractions and not too far from Inner Harbor.

Perfectly nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. But the free breakfast needs work. There was a huge line and when we got to the food, most things were empty. I know this happens in a buffet, but when there are so many people in line, you can't just pop back up when something is refilled. By 9:50, although many people were still in line, no food was being refilled.

The breakfast Buffett was not well managed. We couldn’t find coffee cups. And not enough seating to eat
