Had a suite, 2 queen beds and a pullout. One of the queen beds was so close to the A/C unit, you literally had to crawl in the bed from the bottom, if sharing it. Pool/Spa was closed by Fargo public health officials. And no discount for the loss of the amenity. I had kids wanting to swim. Just sorry for the inconvenience from the hotel.

The room was great very clean. The breakfast adequate, fresh fruit would have been nice. The pool area was unusable as the chemicals were incorrect and so strong that we had to leave immediately because it was burning our eyes and noses.

Pros: Hotel is a little older, but was clean. Has a decent breakfast choice. It was a good place to stay for a couple nights. Cons: Staff was not very welcoming when we checked in. Pool has a really strong Chlorine smell as soon as you walked into the pool area. Very hard on your eyes after only swimming 30 mins

We checked in at 10:45pm last night and there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes before the desk clerk showed up. We even called as we were standing there and got a “hello” when the person answered which was unprofessional. The hallway carpet and elevator were disgusting. Our room was no better. Looked like mold in the shower, which had a stained black shower floor. The walls had chipping paint and the sheets looked worn.

Our room hadnt been cleaned. A phone charger and makeup bag from the previous person were left in our room. The carpeted part of the floor and bathroom floor had debris as if it hadnt been vacuumed or mopped. Our pull out sofa couldnt be used as a bed due to its nasty condition

They were kind to not charge us for a night when our flight got canceled. We tried to notify them we wanted service for the room but no one was at the front desk when we left for the day. When we got back we begged for toilet paper and Kleenex. Asked for Clean towels but didn’t get them. Shower was moldy. Hotel is worn.

I had a very spacious room but the cleanliness was not good. There was poop on the wall behind the toilet (disgusting), full handprints on the mirror (easily remedied with a swipe of cloth and windex), pubic hairs around the toilet when lifting seat, and black smudges on (clean) washcloths. These issues would be easy to fix if housekeeping would look better while cleaning/laundering. Also, there was mud and chunks of mud everywhere on the mats coming into the hotel and also in the lobby of the hotel and floor in elevator. When brought to the attention of front desk staff, she just said "yeah, that\'s from the construction guys who stay with us" ok, but what about your other guests??

They advertise WIFI yet AFTER checking in we find a notice by the elevator that no WIFI is available in the rooms. In this day and age this was VERY inconvenient. Had we known beforehand we would definitely have stayed elsewhere. Quite simply DON’T MISLEAD US If you don’t provide the service please be forthright enough to tell your customers before they arrive. We are very unlikely to ever stay at any Comfort Inn/Suites again but I really don’t think that they care. Apparently business is too good

We stayed at this hotel a number of years ago. We felt that it had aged somewhat since then. Carpets are due for replacement. At least on the floor that we were on. Also a bit of an odour on the first day. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was average. We wouldn’t avoid this hotel in the future, but it probably wouldn’t be our first choice.

The property is very clean and inviting. They offered cookies and cold lemon water/tea at check in. Our room was clean, new, and very spacious. The “walls were a bit thin” but it didn’t hinder our sleep. My only issues were the staff: Front desk was short with me at check in and the breakfast staff couldn’t even be bothered for assistance with low/no syrup and waffle batter. Will we return…yes!

Checking in and checking out is a breeze.They have a delicious spread for breakfast and room was clean and spacious. This hotel will definitely our go-to place whenever we would visit fargo.

I arrived, with no one at the front desk. Another gentlemen had been waiting for 5 minutes to purchase something. We dialed 0, and the receptionist was somewhere else helping someone else for another 10 minutes. I called Carrie again....and am still waiting at the front desk. I will not make the mistake of returning here.

I drove 7 hours with 3 kids. I made a reservation to stay . I didn’t pull into Fargo until 230 am. The guy working the desk would not allow me to check in because it was so late. I paid for the room so it shouldn’t matter the time. He was so incredibly rude he made me cry. I then have to drive another 2 hours to get home. He wouldn’t refund my money or anything. Super rude and I’m very disappointed

A great place to stay, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure. The only issue we had was getting someone to the front desk. I waited 10 minutes to check in, and when we went to buy snacks on more than one occasion. They need a bell or something.

We had to call the hotel for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. The worker was not very welcoming or nice about the interaction as well. The sink in the bathroom of our room would never fully turn off so there was a constant stream.

We had to replace our key card after almost every use. They kept saying it’s from our phones but never did it touch are phone and 5 other families felt with the same issue. This hotel needs to update their cards or their system. It was frustrating especially when locked outside in 20degree weather.

Checked into hotel. Received key cards. They did not work. Spoke to front desk attendant. He remade the keys. Still didn't work. He called several people. While we sat in the lobby for 2 hours. Then a maintenance guy finally came and told us there were no rooms available and we had to leave.

Great location..was able to walk to everything we were there for! Staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel overall had a very pungent air freshener, and the room we rented did as well. The beds were very soft. Breakfast was great though!! They even had gluten free options which was perfect for our family!

Hotel was comfortable and great priced. The hotel is starting to show signs of its age and carpet a bit stained, but clean. Breakfast was okay. Skipped it the first morning as the little round egg patties looked a bit sad. However the coffee was great and hot all day long. The fresh baked cookies in the evening were a lovely treat.

Breakfast was not good the variety wasn’t good. definitely need to take some tips from other hotels as far as breakfast, though and front desk staff very hard to find when you check in they were outside somewhere but every time I came to the front desk you couldn’t find them and there was another person waiting. Couldn’t find them either.
