A fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. Situated on the bank of the Danube Canal and easy walk into the city centre. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable which aided a good nights sleep. The reception staff were very helpful, supportive and always willing to offer advice when asked. The rooftop bar was offered exceptional views over the city however the bar staff could be a little more helpful and efficient. A fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very slow. The assigned room had a king size bed rather than the two singles requested further wait whilst alternative was found, the hotel was fully booked. Roof bar/ restaurant closed for private event, long walk to local restaurants from the hotel. Location ideal for trains, trams and buses to attractions

Comfortable room, very nice breakfast, good location, and amazing people. A bit sad about the room service that is closing very early, and the bar that was booked for a private event, but the rest was more than great.

The property was well located, just in front of the river, great view, great restaurants to walk during the night just downstairs. The gym was very small, it was packed and we were just 3 or 4 training there. Staff was great and very helpfull always...would stay there again!

Great location! Every thing was with 30 min walk. Rooms excellent and clean. Food at hotel was excellent with great choices. Then top off with drink at rooftop bar. Staff was fantastic especially the Balkan girls at front desk. Super friendly and provided great info for city

Das Hotel ist vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sauber. Personal könnte freundlicher sein und auch mehr deutsch sprechen. Die Bar auf dem Dach ist wirklich sehr schön, aber auch hier könnten die Mitarbeiter netter und schneller sein. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und man erreicht alles problemlos. Tiefgarage bei Buchung bestellen, da nicht viele Stellplätze vorhanden sind. Parkplätze etwas eng.

Väldigt hårda sängar. Ingen i mini bar. Gymmet är litet och utan fönster. Det fanns några enstaka maskiner. Fin takbar.

Excellent hotel with a lot to offer. Very convenient in its position in the city. Parking too expensive in my opinion. It should be a better rate as Linz Radisson is €18 per night parking as apposed to €36. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great breakfast in the morning.

Conveniently located hotel with nice roof top bar. Within a 5-10 min walk of main shops. Evening food appeared to be restricted during Wed-Sat whilst we were there, which was a pain if you didn't want to leave the hotel, but plenty of restaurants within a very short walk.

Es war einfach großartig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage ist fantastisch unter dem Aspekt, dass man mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr unterwegs ist. Für einen Städtetrip war es ein ideales Hotel.

Extremely bad service, first they gave me a dirty room with all the garbage of the previous guest, then when I've asked for assistance getting a day trip they told me they cannot help, when I wanted a snack it basically never came. The window in the room couldn't be opened, really it was an awful experience. I wrote a review in Google and a hotel management answered rejecting my complaints, 2 hours later I came back to the room around 5:00 just to discover that nobody cleaned it. Very poor management I will never go back there again.

Öncelikle 14:45’de otele vardığımızda odamız hazır değildi. Öncesinde 1 yaşında bebekle seyahat ettiğimizi iletmemize rağmen odanın hazır olmaması bizleri şaşırttı. Sonrasında saatimiz geldiğinde odaya alındık fakat , temizlik hiç iyi değildi ve üstün körü yapılmıştı. Su ısıtıcısının içi bile berbat pisti. Bize verilen 1. Kat oda giriş kapısının hemen üzeriydi ve tüm gece fazlası ile gürültülüydü. Odamız neredeyse tamamen cam ile çevriliydi ve hiç perde açamadık çünkü camlardan içerisi dışardan tamamen görünebilir durumdaydı. Odada klima yalnızca 24 dereceye kadar ısıtabiliyordu( sanki sadece soğutmaya programlıydı) ve ısıtıcı istemek zorunda kaldık. 1 yaşında bir bebek ile daha konforlu ve temiz bir oda verilebilirdi. Bizim için tamamen pişmanlıktı. Sabah kahvaltıları iyi denilecek seviyedeydi ve kahvaltıdaki personeller yeteri kadar ilgili davrandı. Tek iyi tarafı bu olabilir.

Hotellet lå meget godt med beliggenhed tæt på byen. Værelserne er meget mørke og man kan hurtigt se støv alle steder. De reklamere med at der er restaurant på hotellet, både på goggle og deres info skærm på hotellet. Men der var ingen restaurant. En lækker tag terrrasse, men den var lukket et par dage vi var der på grund af privat arrangement.

Great location close to the train station that will connect you with all the attractions, very easy to use! Room was fairly clean, when we checked in a pillow on the bed had black makeup all over it. The bathroom had toothpaste splash marks on the wall. Tea and coffee were not refilled each day, as well as the Kleenex was empty for two days. The rooftop bar is very expensive, but a cool view! Techno music was played with a DJ. Breakfast buffet was really good but a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Austria.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and the rooms clean and the location next to the metro was very convenient in the cold weather but the hotel decor being mostly black was not very pleasing and very dark. The rooms were also very dark.

Room was noisy, could hear the bar the floor above and a strange loud water trickling noise at night which appeared to be coming from the walls. Hotel had a nice vibe but slew quality impacted by noise.

Eigentlich ist alles gut gewesen das Hotel liegt sehr zentral jedoch haben die Zimmer im Hotel Keine Fenster die man aufmachen kann. Das ist wirklich schrecklich gewesen. Keine frische Luft auch beim öffnen der Türe kam kaum Luft ins Zimmer.

Loved that the hotel was fairly central, and right next to a subway station and tram lines. The roof top lounge is amazing with great food and wonderful view. The room as a bit small and we ran out of all the soap and lotion. Nice and quite as well

Overall disappointed with hotel. Positives were decent sized room & good location. Negatives - check in process was chaotic & confusing for both us (& staff..!)..& having to input all our passport / address details on their “self check in” system was a time consuming & annoying. Having upgraded to a junior suite located on the 7th floor proved a poor call as bar was on the 8th..totally unacceptable for music being pumped into late evening with our floor bearing the brunt..! Breakfast was ok but overpriced. I would not stay again.

Negatives - check in process was chaotic & confusing for both us (& staff..!)..& having to input all our passport / address details on their “self check in” system was a time consuming & annoying. One receptionist was reluctant to help with a simple request for towels, which took unnecessary back-and-forth before being resolved. The rooms are fine but have no windows, and the location is good, about a 30-minute walk from most main attractions.

Just returned from an excellent weekend in Vienna. Made even better by the excellent hotel. Modern and clean, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent roof top terrace and bar highly recommended for early evening drinks. Metro/Underground station located right outside hotel made it a very accessible hotel to visit any part of Vienna. Staff went the extra mile delivering a small surprise birthday cake on my wife’s birthday.

In general this is a good hotel. Facilities are decent. Roof top bar is a nice touch with a nice view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only pet peeve i have is the check in process. They have a computer to do self check-in which I wouldn't recommend to do it. We were a group of 4 and you have to input all the traveller's information one by one with no physical keyboard but a keyboard on the screen. Needless to say this is a tedious and time consuming job, which i am not being paid to do, this doesn't make things faster for you only it makes things easier for them. Next time i would wait for a staff memeber to check me in.

o check in demorou meia hora, parecia que os atendentes estavam de férias, ai fui pro check in digital, mas não funcionou, tive que esperar o recepcionista me atender, ai como tinha começado o ckeck in no digital, tivemos que voltar pro digital, que não funcionou novamente, ai foi no balcão e deu certo, na hora de guardar o carro o hotel não tem garagem, mas na descrição consta que tem garagem no hotel, o que é mentira, tive que guardar o carro em um parking que fica a uns 600 metros do hotel. enfim decepção total.

The hotel itself is lovely! And the staff are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you. They serve a very good buffet breakfast each morning and in terms of location it’s great. If you choose to walk it’s only a 15-20 minute walk into the center, or there is an exit of the closest underground station just outside the main hotel doors! Highly recommen

Es war einfach großartig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage ist fantastisch unter dem Aspekt, dass man mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr unterwegs ist. Für einen Städtetrip war es ein ideales Hotel.

I stayed for just one night. On the plus side, there is location, decor, and breakfast selection (outstanding). On the negative side, the room was small, we had to ask for slippers and bathrobes and, most of all, the restaurant did not serve food at all at 1.30pm on a Saturday (literally: nothing) and the dinner menu was limited in choice and quality. The price to quality ratio was good.

Excellent hotel with a lot to offer. Very convenient in its position in the city. Parking too expensive in my opinion. It should be a better rate as Linz Radisson is €18 per night parking as apposed to €36. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great breakfast in the morning.

Great location close to the train station that will connect you with all the attractions, very easy to use! Room was fairly clean, when we checked in a pillow on the bed had black makeup all over it. The bathroom had toothpaste splash marks on the wall. Tea and coffee were not refilled each day, as well as the Kleenex was empty for two days. The rooftop bar is very expensive, but a cool view! Techno music was played with a DJ. Breakfast buffet was really good but a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Austria.
