Fantastic hotel, one of the best I could try in Dubai ! I loved every details in the decoration so everything look unique and amazing. The bedroom was nicely decorated and even the soap smelled delicious and was of great quality ! The breakfast was also excellent. The monkey bar looked stunning and served delicious cocktails. The pool has a great view on the museum of future and the gym room is super modern. I am not sure there is something they could do better !

Nous avons adoré rester dans cet hôtel, espaces communs super possibilité de travailler, de lire, de se Restaurer, le spa, le cinéma, piscine, salle de sport vraiment tout était impeccable. Le personnel au top. Le petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Emplacement très bon le métro pas loin, nombreux restaurants juste à l’extérieur. Nous recommandons absolument.

Super Lage zur Messe, leider teilweise laut durch Poolparties und durch Monkey Bar. Durch Party Events wurde der Polbereich 3 x in 6 Tagen um 16.00 h geschlossen- das geht gar nicht! Sonst cooles Hotel, super Frühstück.

Unfortunately, my stay at the 25hours Hotel Dubai was disappointing. I had to change rooms because of the constant noise from nearby construction, especially being placed on a low floor (first floor), which made it even worse. The room itself wasn’t properly cleaned — there were dirty bottles of water left behind, and it clearly hadn’t been checked before my arrival. Despite raising these issues, the experience didn’t improve, and I expected much better standards from a hotel of this reputation. Overall, the noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor attention to detail made my stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

If you’re looking for a hostel-like hotel, 25hrs should be your first choice. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, and for sure not a VIP experience at all. When we first checked in, we were offered an upgrade for a smaller fee, even though, as an Expedia Gold VIP member, we’re supposed to receive a free upgrade. The front desk employee (Wisdom) then claimed that he already gave us an upgrade to a Glamping Room, which was what we reserved in the first place, and that he’s giving us the best room. That night turned into a nightmare. The room was facing the Museum of the Future and there was a party going on there. It felt as if we were in the middle of a concert (neon lights and extremely loud sounds) and we had our 3 year old kid trying to sleep. I went to the reception and spoke to Ahmed, who was very understanding, and offered us an upgrade, but Wisdom gave us the same Glamping Room, and the new room was super dirty. Upon speaking with Ahmed again, he was shocked as that wasn’t the room he offered us. We were upgraded eventually, after carrying our child and luggage into three different rooms in the middle of the night. There isn’t even water offered in the room, only sparkling water. We had to order still water for a fee. The daily cleanliness is also questionable, as one day, we found a yellow stain in one of our towels. If you’re ordering room service, you have to pay upfront and not keep it until checkout like any other hotel.

Excellent Stay at 25hours Hotel I had a really great stay at 25hours Hotel. The staff were extremely competent, friendly, and helpful throughout. The food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It’s a beautiful hotel that I can highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a good experience. However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding my room The bathroom sink did not drain properly and appeared to have some mould, which suggested it may need replacing. I also noticed small flies in the shower. While the rest of my visit was enjoyable, these problems did affect the comfort of my stay.

Das Hotel war super. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist entspannt und die Einrichtung sehr schön. Der Duft im Hotel ist angenehm und alles wird konstant sauber gehalten. Die Räume bieten viel Ablageplatz. Es gibt in der Umgebung auch viele Restaurants und einen kleine Supermarkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine breite Auswahl.

25 hours hotel exceeded our expectations, beautiful, clean hotel, the rooms were spacious and unique with beautiful details and decorations. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent in the hear of the city very close to Dubail mall and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Most important thing that made a difference is the great service from the staff, they were very helpful and attentive, the manager Ali went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall I am very pleased with experience and definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is very unique and quirky and I loved all the different spaces you could go to and chill out. The room decor is fantastic too although the air con was very high and even after switching it off, it was still cold so I had to call someone to adjust the air vents. My only criticism is that the music from the courtyard can be very loud and can be heard in the bedroom all day long. If you could be lowered during the day, that would be better for people working or resting after a big night out!

The visual design of the property is fantastic. Perfect place to take pictures and vlogging etc. convenience is a problem though, as the hotel had to sacrifice some of standard things to make it look much more appealing and unique. Examples: the old-style showers look amazing, but impossible to use. The water is either burning hot or cold. The open design of shower looks great, but does not allow to isolate it from the room and to have a full steam shower experience. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so to use a blow dryer you have to stand close to the door and use a wardrobe mirror to dry your hair. And so on.... bottom line: nice experience, not a perfect fit for short business trips when you need standard high quality things fast.

We’ve stayed at other 25 hours hotels & from our experience from those decided to stay at this property. As much as the hotel is wonderful, the room big & lovely I can’t say the same about the staff. Try to find a staff member in the breakfast restaurant to smile is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We were allocated a room directly underneath building work with drilling & it took the assistant manager 2hrs to find an alternative room. We then had issues with being charged for breakfast when it was included in the rate. Wouldn’t stay there again because of the staff.

The hotel itself is lovely. The challenges were with the check-in. the hotel had overbooked by more than a few rooms, so not all of us had rooms to stay and the hotel made no effort to help find alternative accommodation in the city.

Loved the pool deck. A great place to chill out. Only slight concern was due to only having one member of staff on reception I queued for 25 mins to check out but other staff did intervene to try and help and eventually one was able to complete the process in the back office. The only slight cloud on anotherwise ecxcellent stay and it has not put me off. Good value and a nice vibe.

What an amazing establishment. The cleaning staff were outstanding. The dining and serving staff are very pleasant and helpful . However the best of the best are your reception and Conseirge who make the hotel very special. I have not been to such a fun hotel snd long May you last. Would recommend you with out a doubt.

Absolutely loved my stay at 25Hours Hotel in Dubai! From the moment I walked in, I felt more like a VIP than just a guest. The attention to detail is stunning, with captivating memorabilia and art around every corner, making the hotel a true place of discovery. My spacious room with twin beds was surprisingly comfortable and fully equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and delightful smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Slippers were also provided, adding a touch of luxury. Breakfast buffet is massive, but please note, they are very strict on end time as they need to clear tables as the hotel breakfast area is situated in the tandoor Tina Indian restaurant within the hotel. The complimentary mini bar is a nice surprise (replenished every 3 days) and was water fully replenished every day. The pool area had a fantastic vibe, with great music and attentive staff ensuring a fun atmosphere. The gym was impressive too, featuring top-of-the-line Technogym equipment. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect, right across from the Museum of the Future and within walking distance to the metro, making it easy to explore all the major sights. Overall, an amazing experience that I can’t wait to repeat!

綺麗で清潔なホテルです。無料の飲み物、スナックが充実していました。アメニティに関しては必要最小限でした。シャンプー、トリートメントが自然派を意識した物なのか、洗髪後非常に髪の毛がキシミました。ブルジュハリファやドバイモールまでは電車で数駅で非常に近いです。ただ、ホテルから駅までが直線距離は近いのですが、徒歩では遠回りするルートしかないのが残念です。距離は非常に近いのでタクシーで行ったほうが良かったかなと思いました。

I recently stayed at 25Hours Dubai and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, the room amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. However, I did have one complaint during my stay. One night, all the hotel restaurants were booked for outside events, and it was raining. This left regular guests with nowhere to eat unless ordering talabat or venturing out in the rain. I would recommend not booking out all hotel restaurants in the future to ensure all guests have dining options. Despite this, I would still choose to stay at 25Hours Dubai again.

This is not a 5 star hotel… the only reason it’s fairly well classified it’s because of its location very close to the offices. It’s very loud - I have changed room twice and I still could hear some noise. If you are a light sleeper, do avoid this hotel. The breakfast options are not great… specially the fruit, very very poor choice. Also the service takes ages.

Best part: The room is comfortable, and both the bed and the shower are of great quality. The cleaning staff was outstanding, very polite and attentive. The amenities provided in the room were also very good. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the Museum of the Future, and the pool is great as well. The breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The main restaurant was under renovation during my stay, so breakfast had been moved to the German restaurant, but the food was still very good. Can get better: I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again, but the soundproofing could be significantly improved. From Friday through Sunday, I could hear the nightclub from inside my room almost as if I were in the club itself. It wasn't just an issue with my floor or tower - some of my colleagues staying in other rooms also found the noise disturbing. I could even hear a blender at around 6 AM. If you are a heavy sleeper, this may not be an issue, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. The hotel has a very young, lively and busy atmosphere, which can be great, but it also means that it can be quite noisy. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although one male staff member was noticeably rude, which unfortunately stood out compared with the otherwise good service.

Great location for everything. So much to do in the Hotel that you dont have to step out. Transportation is close by. The place is cool looking. Nice gym. Great pool. Location was a big deal for me. I would come back.they have a scale but needs battery

Great location and creative, spacious rooms. However, the parking is a real issue. You have to valet your car and there is self park option. If you self park you have still get a valet guy to collect your car in the morning! This process results in long wait times at the weekends and evenings. It is an inefficient and a complete loss of independence. Other than that the hotel is good.
