I enjoyed the common space/lodge. It poured during our stay, so it was good to have a dry space to gather with the friends that we went with. I disliked that there were limited activities for children. A larger playground, pool or splash pad would be nice additions.

We loved our stay at Autocamp. The airstream was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding felt high quality. Staff were friendly and efficient. You can't beat the prices for happy hour drinks. The complementary granola was excellent and so was the coffee. The food and drinks were made quickly and were of very good quality. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was how dirty the floors in the entire airstream were. I ended up cleaning them myself to ensure they were clean enough. I had read other guests having issues with the cleanliness of their rooms as well so I hope management is aware and can address the issue. Other guests used the wagons to transport luggage and such from the car to their accommodations but didn't return them back to the centralized location so we had no wagon to get our stuff to the airstream and needed to make several trips. It would've been helpful if staff members were on the grounds making sure that the wagons went back.

My family and I had an Amazing stay here this past weekend at the Auto Camp.. check in was easy…very friendly staff..Our Premium cabin was clean & comfortable. The bar was pretty cool, food was good. The main clubhouse had tons to do. My family and it went to a silent disco dance party at night and we had SO MUCH FUN!! Can’t wait to return back in the summer. Thanks for the AWESOME time Auto Camp!!

A convenient and charming setting, we left with an overall sense of disappointment with the quality of the grounds, amenities, and lodging given the cost per night and additional amenity fee. Starting with the grounds/amenities - the clubhouse furnishings were quite dingy and, while I understand it is a family friendly establishment, it was constantly messy and there were crumbs, toys, etc everywhere. The furniture was beat up, dirty, etc. Additionally, there are more amenities found on 'standard' campground than this 'Glamping' experience - Koa's etc have more activities etc on site and you only pay ~30-50 a night there. For $350+ a night, I'd expect more; hot tub, pool, pool table, things like that. I'd also expect more than frozen food menu for onsite food options. And, while a personal experience, I arrived with a broken foot that was made known to the check in assistant and wasn't offered so much as a ride to my airstream despite there being a near constant stream of golf carts flying around the premises. As far as the lodging itself, half of the windows didn't close properly. The blinds did little to keep the light out and, while I understand we're 'camping' - I view this as more of a nature hotel than a camping experience so I'd expect to be able to block out more light than a tent. To sum it up, while on the surface, very nice, for the price, I'd opt for a rental house/BnB in the area to get a similar experience of the Hudson Valley.

Well run property with nice lodge area with fireplaces, happy hour, morning yoga classes. Popular with young families. Each site comes with its own patio area with chairs, table and fire pit. The “free breakfast” was limited to coffee, tea, and granola.

Fun stay at this well designed property- enjoyed the spacious clubhouse for a leisurely breakfast, a comfortable stay in our well equipped airstream. It was quieter than expected despite many other lodgers. Great spot for exploring Saugerties and Woodstock.

The place is great-- but EXPEDIA does not provide the right information! The tents DO NOT come with bathrooms or AC!!! Not at all. Not good for two people in their seventies! Fortunately, when we arrived there was a free airstream that we could rent. The airstreams have bathrooms and AC. And the staff was hugely helpful in accomodating us.

Cabin was cute, clean and compact. Firepit outside was a nice touch. Since cabins & airsteams are set across the property, you must take carts of your belongings there, no cars allowed right at cabin.

First time stay - was busy and had to wait a bit on Fri night at the front desk, but service was friendly. The Airstream I stayed in was good, but a bag of food trash was left on the kitchen counter, which was disappointing because it gave the impression that the turnover wasn't done thoroughly. First time in an Airstream and I like all the windows and shades. You'll have to connect your phone to the wifi to be able to use apps like Netflix on the TV. Water pressure was very low all around. Heat was a bit wonky as it kept on even after the space reached the set temp. Bed was very comfortable. But you can feel it when laying down and someone is walking around in the Airstream. Nice touch to have Ursa Major toiletries. Wish check out was later than 10am. Nice surprise was the lodge which has a large common space and is furnished well. I got a modern, but rustic snow resort lodge feel. Very nice. Bathrooms very nice here. Free granola (and milk) and coffee/tea in the morning. Water bottle refill station. You can order breakfast items too and they tasted good. Also, some games like ping pong and bean bag toss just outside with lounge chairs and communal fire pit. The small store is well stocked with lots of good quality items - more like boutique items than standard Doritos, etc. Plenty of drink options, too. Self checkout is nice.

Extremely overpriced, unacceptable the bed sheets were not changed full of human and pets hait, so the house keepers went to change the sheets but they have a horrible attitude. "Breakfast included " for breakfast they offered 1 cup of coffee... yes 1 cup of coffee and for children milk and cereal. For the cost this place should offer a decent breakfast. If i knew the truth about this place surely I picked a different place.

There are certainly a number of small reasons I wouldn't want to stay here again, but the big one was that we had a tent adjacent to a wedding tent on property, and there was extremely loud music from the wedding until 10 pm preventing us from thinking about anything else (like the bass was thumping in our chests loud). We were given no warning and our rate did not reflect this discomfort. Beware.
There are certainly a number of small reasons I wouldn't want to stay here again, but the big one was that we had a tent adjacent to a wedding tent on property, and there was extremely loud music from the wedding until 10 pm preventing us from thinking about anything else (like the bass was thumping in our chests loud). We were given no warning and our rate did not reflect this discomfort. Beware.

The main lodge is very nice, great bar and areas to sit around. The Airstreams are very cool and have everything needed. They’re outfitted beautifully. With a cosy fire pit outside. The location is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend, only issue is the showers in the Airstreams don't work well. Apparently the water comes from a well and runs out if there is no rain. So we had to shower under a dribble/no shower. Apart from that was a nice time, great spot and very fun.

I had a great time staying at AutoCamp. The airstream was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing and taking a break from busy life. The staff were nice, and the campfire area was fun to hang out at in the evenings. It was a cool mix of camping and comfort. Just a heads-up: there’s no WiFi in the rooms. You can only use it at the customer center. It wasn’t a big deal for me—I actually liked being offline for a while. Overall, a really nice stay. I’d love to come back!

We thought it was a really beautiful and comfortable unit. The clubhouse was adorable and the staff was super friendly. The only minor thing that was a little inconvenient was that the wifi did not work 80 percent of the time but if you unplugged and plugged you could usually get it back.

The photos on the website of this property are somewhat misleading - it's actually just 40 airstreams and about 10 "premium" cabins within 10 feet of each other in a parking lot in the middle of the woods. Very little privacy, even one of the "premium" cabins is situated right in front of the main entrance of the 24 hour clubhouse - bedroom windows are situated in the direct line of vision of people coming in/out of the clubhouse. Our outdoor space was located around the back of our cabin, and getting to it was not easy. If I was cooking a camp dinner for my family, walking to and from the refridgerator to the fire/grill would require quite a few inconvenient trips. The happy hour was great - well made old fashioneds for $6, great value. We ordered dinner at the bar (lasagne and eggplant sandwich) and it was unfortunately not thoroughly heated throughout. And there were kids and dogs running all over the clubhouse on a Saturday night. Definitely a family-oriented place, but not really at all for couples. Although the inside of the "premium" cabin was luxe with good coffee, lovely spa bathroom and soaps, super comfortable tempurpedic bed, we didn't feel the pricetag was equal to the overall environment of essentially sleeping in the parking lot (the parking lot is visible from the windows of most airstreams/cabins.

The common area of the AutoCamp is great, clean and spacious. Our cabin is much smaller than we expected. The bundle beds are very small, only good for kids. It is in the hall and face the bathroom.

First time stay - was busy and had to wait a bit on Fri night at the front desk, but service was friendly. The Airstream I stayed in was good, but a bag of food trash was left on the kitchen counter, which was disappointing because it gave the impression that the turnover wasn't done thoroughly. First time in an Airstream and I like all the windows and shades. You'll have to connect your phone to the wifi to be able to use apps like Netflix on the TV. Water pressure was very low all around. Heat was a bit wonky as it kept on even after the space reached the set temp. Bed was very comfortable. But you can feel it when laying down and someone is walking around in the Airstream. Nice touch to have Ursa Major toiletries. Wish check out was later than 10am. Nice surprise was the lodge which has a large common space and is furnished well. I got a modern, but rustic snow resort lodge feel. Very nice. Bathrooms very nice here. Free granola (and milk) and coffee/tea in the morning. Water bottle refill station. You can order breakfast items too and they tasted good. Also, some games like ping pong and bean bag toss just outside with lounge chairs and communal fire pit. The small store is well stocked with lots of good quality items - more like boutique items than standard Doritos, etc. Plenty of drink options, too. Self checkout is nice.

I stayed at Autocamp Catskills when it first opened and it was clean, new and had a great staff. In a short time the property has declined significantly and the staff was young and not attentive to customers. Wood bundles are way overpriced and the grounds are not appealing. For example several of the courtesy wagons for moving your luggage have worn out tires that need replaced. Attention to detail is lacking. Our friends Airstream had a missing latch on the bathroom, just a hole in the door. Sad. Thus place could be great.

This is our third time at AutoCamp. We usually love it but this time it fell short. The suite we stayed in had many issues. We reported them to the staff who told us they would send maintenance to address the problems. Maintenance never showed up. Considering the price you pay for a glamping experience, this is not what we signed up for. Felt more like overpriced camping this time.

This isn’t my first time at AutoCamp, and every visit has been fantastic! The service has always been top-notch, and this time was no exception. Due to a last-minute extra night, I didn’t realize there were different room types, but Colin and Amy were incredibly kind. Colin, the manager on duty, even upgraded me—for free—to a room of the same level. The whole process was seamless, and their hospitality really stood out. We got a message from the property at 8:00 pm the night before we were to check in and they informed us that the pipes were frozen and no water. They offered a full refund cancellation and they would authorize when Travelocity called because it was past the period of cancellation. This was beyond our control and the property cancelled not us. Travelocity informed us that the property has denied the refund. I was assured there would be no problem. How is it our issue ?This is not good customer service and we feel we are entitled to our refund

There were few issues that the camp should pay attention to their poor maintenance. When I arrived, the trashes from the previous travelers were still left in front of the suite, and they were not collected until a day after. The water flow was so low in the bathroom, and you barely could wash your hands and take a proper shower. The shower drain was a little clogged. The electric kettle was so dirty inside, after you boiled the water and you could see stains flowing. I texted their service team for a replacement, but before the time I checked out (I stayed TWO nights there), there was no response to this issue. Overall, it was a decent experience to stay in this property.

The place is great-- but EXPEDIA does not provide the right information! The tents DO NOT come with bathrooms or AC!!! Not at all. Not good for two people in their seventies! Fortunately, when we arrived there was a free airstream that we could rent. The airstreams have bathrooms and AC. And the staff was hugely helpful in accomodating us.

Allowed multiple families - seemingly traveling together - to take over the camp. Put up kids tents outside of the Airstreams, Leave food outside overnight, among other things. We like AUtocamp for the peace and quite... not this time :/ It's a shame that the staff would allow clear violations of their own rules

Cute trailers around an open parking lot. Not located in a forest or mountainous area, not remote. Internet doesn’t work so you can’t watch tv if it rains. Off the street of a town. Cute idea but should be real camping area. Food in clubhouse is seemingly microwaved, very poor. The whole time we were there it rained but trailor has no cooking area unless you cook on a grill outside which cannot be done in the rain - with no wifi to watch tv, no food to buy worth eating at camp, we drove off property every day.

We had an amazing stay at the property and highly recommend to our family and friends. The property is in good condition and is the perfect spot for a nature getaway. The property was well maintained and all requirements were well thought of. The staff was extremely friendly and the clubhouse with the bathrooms was very clean! The food was also good and the location is very convenient. The town of saugerties is just 10 mins away with a lot of antique and art shops and great food options as well!

We loved the experience overall. However, it is very pricey for a "nature" experience. There are some activities to do and the club house is clean and provides coffee and granola in the morning. It\'s pretty clean and everything is well functioning. We recommend it l. Close to lots of shops if you need anything while there. We recommend the wayerfall hike and lighthouse nearby.

We loved our stay at Autocamp. The airstream was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding felt high quality. Staff were friendly and efficient. You can't beat the prices for happy hour drinks. The complementary granola was excellent and so was the coffee. The food and drinks were made quickly and were of very good quality. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was how dirty the floors in the entire airstream were. I ended up cleaning them myself to ensure they were clean enough. I had read other guests having issues with the cleanliness of their rooms as well so I hope management is aware and can address the issue. Other guests used the wagons to transport luggage and such from the car to their accommodations but didn't return them back to the centralized location so we had no wagon to get our stuff to the airstream and needed to make several trips. It would've been helpful if staff members were on the grounds making sure that the wagons went back.

A convenient and charming setting, we left with an overall sense of disappointment with the quality of the grounds, amenities, and lodging given the cost per night and additional amenity fee. Starting with the grounds/amenities - the clubhouse furnishings were quite dingy and, while I understand it is a family friendly establishment, it was constantly messy and there were crumbs, toys, etc everywhere. The furniture was beat up, dirty, etc. Additionally, there are more amenities found on 'standard' campground than this 'Glamping' experience - Koa's etc have more activities etc on site and you only pay ~30-50 a night there. For $350+ a night, I'd expect more; hot tub, pool, pool table, things like that. I'd also expect more than frozen food menu for onsite food options. And, while a personal experience, I arrived with a broken foot that was made known to the check in assistant and wasn't offered so much as a ride to my airstream despite there being a near constant stream of golf carts flying around the premises. As far as the lodging itself, half of the windows didn't close properly. The blinds did little to keep the light out and, while I understand we're 'camping' - I view this as more of a nature hotel than a camping experience so I'd expect to be able to block out more light than a tent. To sum it up, while on the surface, very nice, for the price, I'd opt for a rental house/BnB in the area to get a similar experience of the Hudson Valley.
A convenient and charming setting, we left with an overall sense of disappointment with the quality of the grounds, amenities, and lodging given the cost per night and additional amenity fee. Starting with the grounds/amenities - the clubhouse furnishings were quite dingy and, while I understand it is a family friendly establishment, it was constantly messy and there were crumbs, toys, etc everywhere. The furniture was beat up, dirty, etc. Additionally, there are more amenities found on 'standard' campground than this 'Glamping' experience - Koa's etc have more activities etc on site and you only pay ~30-50 a night there. For $350+ a night, I'd expect more; hot tub, pool, pool table, things like that. I'd also expect more than frozen food menu for onsite food options. And, while a personal experience, I arrived with a broken foot that was made known to the check in assistant and wasn't offered so much as a ride to my airstream despite there being a near constant stream of golf carts flying around the premises. As far as the lodging itself, half of the windows didn't close properly. The blinds did little to keep the light out and, while I understand we're 'camping' - I view this as more of a nature hotel than a camping experience so I'd expect to be able to block out more light than a tent. To sum it up, while on the surface, very nice, for the price, I'd opt for a rental house/BnB in the area to get a similar experience of the Hudson Valley.

Cute trailers around an open parking lot. Not located in a forest or mountainous area, not remote. Internet doesn’t work so you can’t watch tv if it rains. Off the street of a town. Cute idea but should be real camping area. Food in clubhouse is seemingly microwaved, very poor. The whole time we were there it rained but trailor has no cooking area unless you cook on a grill outside which cannot be done in the rain - with no wifi to watch tv, no food to buy worth eating at camp, we drove off property every day.

Well run property with nice lodge area with fireplaces, happy hour, morning yoga classes. Popular with young families. Each site comes with its own patio area with chairs, table and fire pit. The “free breakfast” was limited to coffee, tea, and granola.

Awesome facility! Not many bells and whistles if that is your thing. Just simple living and spending time with those you love. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were maintained very well and clean. The airstream camper we stayed in was adorable and perfect for the two of us. Super comfy bed, very nice bathroom and just enough cooking and serving supplies for a meal or two. The small convenience store had a variety of things to offer if you forgot anything. The 5 to 7pm happy hour was key in sharing a few drinks at an affordable price while just chatting or playing games. We ordered two sandwiches from the kitchen which were great. The town just a few minutes down the road offered needed supplies and food if you’re planning to stay longer. Can’t say anything more other than it over exceeded our expectations.

AutoCamp was wonderful from the staff to the rooms. Only negative which was slight was that the Clubhouse could use a little work on making it more ambient. An easy fix would be to just dim the lights a little after 8pm so it feels less like a cafeteria and the menu needs a little work. Our chicken fingers were flavor and our cheese quesadilla was dry

First time stay - was busy and had to wait a bit on Fri night at the front desk, but service was friendly. The Airstream I stayed in was good, but a bag of food trash was left on the kitchen counter, which was disappointing because it gave the impression that the turnover wasn't done thoroughly. First time in an Airstream and I like all the windows and shades. You'll have to connect your phone to the wifi to be able to use apps like Netflix on the TV. Water pressure was very low all around. Heat was a bit wonky as it kept on even after the space reached the set temp. Bed was very comfortable. But you can feel it when laying down and someone is walking around in the Airstream. Nice touch to have Ursa Major toiletries. Wish check out was later than 10am. Nice surprise was the lodge which has a large common space and is furnished well. I got a modern, but rustic snow resort lodge feel. Very nice. Bathrooms very nice here. Free granola (and milk) and coffee/tea in the morning. Water bottle refill station. You can order breakfast items too and they tasted good. Also, some games like ping pong and bean bag toss just outside with lounge chairs and communal fire pit. The small store is well stocked with lots of good quality items - more like boutique items than standard Doritos, etc. Plenty of drink options, too. Self checkout is nice.

As soon as we entered the airstream, we could smell a very, very strong food odor and then we saw a set of huge stains on the couch. The food odor we could deal with, but the stain was quite gross, so we went to the front desk. They called someone to come take care of it, but the person who came said they were the one who cleaned it. She literally said, “Yeah I saw it this morning and tried to get rid of it but I guess it didn’t work,” and then proceeded to drape a blanket over it. It is what it is, but why leave the stain there to begin with? Clean it, and then check it and if it doesn’t clear, put something over it BEFORE the guest arrives. There was a private event going on the entire time, which is perfectly fine! However, we couldn’t use any of the large firepit, seating, lawn games, etc. because the private event took over it for our whole stay. One of the main selling points and reasons we wanted to go to Autocamp was due to the use of the huge space and sit outside with a beverage, but we couldn’t use any only sit in the dark (no light) outside our airstream, and if we wanted to go grab a beer or glass of wine, we had to walk through like 100 people. Additionally, the outside furniture (table and chairs) outside our airstream was literally melted and burnt and covered in food- as well as the ground. Apples, chips, cigarette butts, it was all over the immediate area from the airstream. We were really disappointed overall. It’s a shame.

I had a great experience at AutoCamp! The property was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. I also really loved how pet-friendly it is, which made the experience even better. It was such a relaxing getaway and a great way to enjoy the outdoors while still being comfortable.
