Great location over looking Lake Superior. A short walk (or free shuttle) to canal park. Very nice rooms, awesome free breakfast buffet, nightly "build-your-own" smores bar was great, and small bar with nightly happy hour and apps.

I think in general everyone charges too much these days so that is one thing. Also I both liked and disliked the amenities. Really awesome to have a Sauna, Pool and Hot Tub but the Hot Tub was waaaay too hot but other than that everything was great

I’ve stayed here twice now for work. The staff is always so friendly and they have excellent amenities including a pool/hot tub, cocktail area, great breakfast, and this last time even a s’mores bar. The first time I stayed in a water view room and this time a city view room. My only complaint about this time vs the last time, is that the bed seemed very uncomfortable this time and I don’t remember that from the other time.

Hot tub was not working didn’t get notified until afternoon the day of check-in and at that point you couldn’t cancel. I did bring up my concern. Nothing was done about it.

We are coming to the end of a 5 Week road trip and this hotel is the cleanest hotel I have been in my whole trip. This place is immaculate! The decor is very homey. A lot of people hung out in the cozy lobby with a fireplace. The staff were so friendly. Great all around! Great value also!

We have stayed here many times, & have enjoyed being close to Canal Park & the water. Very clean & spacious with a nice deck outside your room. Also has a nice patio to enjoy during breakfast or for smores at night. Nice beach. available across rhe road with sand toys provided for guests. Fantastic value for this area!

Very pleasant and clean property. Staff went above and beyond to help with double booking when booking group made error and told me we didn’t have a reservation so I booked another room. The process dealing with booking company was very difficult. With front desk assistance got it done.

Its good for the most part. Some of the towels had holes and only replaced towels. They didn't make your bed or cleaned unless you request it. The room itself was clean when i arrived. The breakfast was good and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way to help you. The good overshadows the bad and i enjoyed my stay.

This property is gorgeous. Beautiful view of the Lake Superior harbor! The room was updated and spacious, and we had a private deck to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was very well put together and well-stocked…a lot of options for everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean. Nice to have balcony and marina view. Many pillows of different firmness was wonderful! Internet signal is too weak for any serious work; is that a good thing or bad? Skip the pizza. Take the convenient shuttle to a restaurant instead.

Mattresses could use upgrades , not bad , just more spring then you'd like. Otherwise will definitely stay again. Clean. Quiet. On the lake. Beautiful. Close to canal Park but just far enough from the noise.

Wonderful little spot to stay! Perfect location, easy to get to, parking is convenient. Rooms are spacious with lovely views if you book a water view. Cute little touches like a smore bar. 10/10 at this pierce point evening

Loved the play set and fire pit area outside for the kids. Pool and breakfast were great. Small bar service behind the front desk. Walked to the beach and found another park. Everything was enjoyable! Walls might be a little thin. Could hear our neighbors talking past midnight in the next room. Otherwise great! Will stay again!

Excellent customer service from the minute I booked the room. I kept getting updates and notices thru text, and then the minute I checked in, I felt at home with the reception I received from Tabitha. Check in was a breeze and she was very professional. The property is surrounded by water, and has many photo opportunistic areas. Property is surrounded by cameras and all doors are key access only so it is very secure. Rooms are modern and clean and have all the amenities required for an overnight or two including fridge microwave and coffee maker, and a beautiful little patio area. Great little breakfast buffet with different options in the morning. Inn has a workout area and pool and hottub which I didn't use so I can't comment on. Happy hour from 5-7 with apps and drinks. Plenty of parking and Inn location, walking distance of about a mile from Canal Park for additional restaurants, the DECC and the Aquarium. Overall a pleasant stay

The property is in a great location and rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is a nice bonus. The problem is they do not have enough people at the front desk. Several times we gave up attempting to get a cocktail or buy something from the shop because the line was just too long. I waited 10 minutes to ask a question while the staff was giving room quotes over the phone to potential guest while ignoring the actual people staying there. It is a management issue. I would probably stay here again, knowing to avoid needing any service.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was easy to find and parking was a non issue. The grounds were pretty and well kept. The view from my room was wonderful and it was nice waking up to the smell of the marina. Bath products were amazing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as were the pillows. If i stay again, I'll bring my own pillow. The property was within walking distance of Canal Park and I felt safe walking alone. The room was a bit overpriced but I would stay again.

I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. We didnt arrive until late Saturday night so I really cant comment on the rest of the amenity's. I am disappointed that they were not willing to work with us when we had car trouble and would not cancel our reservation. Thankfully we were able to get the issue fixed otherwise we would have lost out on $500 for the hotel night. Things come up that are out of your control. I would think that a locally owned hotel might be understanding about our situation but that was not the case.

We absolutely love Park Point Marina. This is our third time staying here. This year we stayed five nights, six days; next year we hope to stay longer. Location is great for watching ships. 10 minute walk to the lift bridge or watch them go by your room off the balcony. Nighttime off the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Waffle makers with all the toppings, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pastries, breads and bagels. S’mores at night and fire table are great. Too tried to go out for dinner? Pizza was good. Staff are friendly. We love the second floor harbor side so we can just walk down to breakfast or to leave and don’t need the elevator. Shhh. Don’t share that secret. lol. We love to walk. Easy walk to town over the bridge. Love to watch the Coast Guard ship from our balcony and listen to revellie as the Coasties raise and lower the flag daily. Highly recommend Park Point Marina!

Hard to find anything wrong with this place. Located on Park Point, right near the excitement of Canal Park, offers great views of the harbor and easy access to the nearby areas. Views of the lake are grand; I booked a room facing the city in hopes of capturing a photo but was able to with a short walk (there was obstructed views from the balcony.) That said, great facility, friendly staff, highly reccommended.

This hotel had such a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed so comfortable, the shower had a massage setting & the shampoo & conditioner +more were all top brand. The breakfast buffet was absolutely scrumptious. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach across the street, the sauna was such a cabin vibe. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast buffet had many options. The best scramble eggs, light fluffy, fresh and HOT! Really the best buffet we've ever had and thats why we always stay there when we visit the North Shore.

It is a nice property and clean. We had a first-floor room facing the bay. In the future, a request for a third floor room would have been better for the view and quieter. We found the breakfast buffet, and while it had a lot of choices, the quality was fair.
