Great hotel in a fantastic location in the Old Town Stayed for 7 nights in a Suite with Panoramic View. Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, couple of minutes walk to the Lake. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Really liked the room - view was fantastic, good size and very clean. Nice breakfast and a great rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again when we're next in Hanoi.

The best part of the stay was the breakfast and breakfast staff. So kind and accommodating. The most challenging part of the stay was inconsistent information from the reception team (breakfast time, mausoleum opening time, how to book a tour)- different answers depending on who and when you ask. Well meaning, but still very frustrating- ultimately do your own research. Great location in old quarter.

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive but only thing not happy was no drawers in room to put clothes, water in shower would come out & make bathroom wet & room is very small, otherwise; love this hotel & staff & love Hanoi!
