When we arrived, we were assigned a nice, but fairly compact room that was neat-looking at first glance. Bed linen was definitely clean and comfortable, however upon entering the bathroom there was urine still left unflushed in the toilet bowl and a towel on the floor that we are unsure if it had been used or not. I went to Reception to resolve this, whilst the person I stayed with remained in the room with our belongings. The Receptionist was very helpful and acted in a cordial manner, no complaints there! Unfortunately the member of cleaning staff spoke to the other person in the room quite rudely and insinuated that there was nothing wrong with the room to him, furthermore sending a photo to the Receptionist of a clean toilet and shower area, which was not what we had been greeted with. The cleaner asked if we were simply wanting to change rooms - whilst we had just hoped for a clean room in the beginning, size was not a concern. Reception expressed this would not be possible as there weren't many rooms available that had been marked 'clean' still at nearing on 4pm. On top of this, this morning before checking out, my other party was packing his bags on the floor of the room and noticed thick dust, a vape, and a drinks can under the bed among other things. So despite this room being marked clean it is clear the standards are not what you'd expect from this franchise. Breakfast was nice and selection of drinks were satisfactory.

The room is clean but small. Staffs are friendly.

Paid £130 for a night. No shampoo or shower gel.

Nice breakfast, would have liked a kettle and cups in room or corridor of floor.
