The heater in the spa wasn’t working and my Tv wasn’t working on live tv. Staff tried to assist to get the tv fixed but the maintenance guy was gone for the day. I was told the GM would look at a credit for the inconvenience but they wouldn’t be there till next Friday

We enjoyed our family stay. Good breakfast, clean rooms and location was walking distance to many food choices. It was sad that the jacuzzi was broken those days as we were looking forward to an evening of relaxation. Maybe next time.

The hotel was ok but checked into the room and had a kitchen full of trash and no coffee. Called front desk and couldn’t help us until the next morning. Also stayed for 4 days and 3 nights they were supposed to clean the room every other day. They didn’t clean the room once when we were there. So frustrating when you spend over $200 a night to stay there. There is no excuse because we were out of our room every day by 10am we came back at 10pm to have our room not touched.

Hotel walls are so thin you can literally hear low conversations in the next room. Our room was clean but smelled like sewer in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and did their best to keep the inconsiderate guests surrounding us quiet, tho it failed along with the very strong smell of weed in the hallway that lingered into your room. Breakfast was subpar at best and lacked variety.

First when we checked in our carpet was soaked and the room smelled like sweat and feet, let that slide but then we pulled out the sofa bed and the sheet was covered in something that looked like poop all over it! We tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work, my husband walked down and told them and they said housekeeping had left so we would have to remove the sheet ourselves and they would give us a clean sheet to put on! Seriously?? I didn’t pay $400 for two nights to clean up poop sheets. I can’t believe this place has the rating it does.

Room looked very clean, until we laid on the bed. the sheets smelled like old fungus and sweat. Called the front desk and they didnt have anyone to come and change the sheet, so they gave me the sheets instead. tried investigating where the smell was coming from and found out it was the mattress, i guess the smell seeped onto the mattress itself. to not further stress myself out, i ended up disinfecting the whole bed myself which helped alot. But overall the staff, the breakfast, and the rest of the room was excellent.

The bathroom drywall had a tear the size of a banana. And the tile would track dirt like no other in the entry which was kind of gross. I don’t know what they are using to clean the tile floors but all I know is that it’s not working.

We were just so impressed by the level of service we had. The employees were so considerate, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, with a lot of of options including vegetarian. There was even vegetarian chicken tenders that gave a great protein option. They were super tasty. The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Thank you for being pet friendly.

I thought the room was great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and i slept well. The room was quiet, and we turned the a/c fan on and that blocked any outside noise, which was awesome, even though it is a generally quiet neighborhood at night. There was a fully-equipped kitchenette, which was very cool, although we mostly just used the fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, but there was a dishwasher if we had needed it. There was a super desk area if needed. There were several lamps for plenty of light. Since there were just two of us, we each got our own bed, and still had a couch to sit on (the room could sleep up to six people). The bathroom was on the small side, but had all the necessities, and we didnt go there to hang out in the bathroom anyway. We didn't a chance to try out the pool. The included breakfast had several options each morning, which was nice, and it was open until 10, so we night owls could get down there before it closed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Las Vegas, and probably bring more family members along! This stay was super nice!

This was our first time staying at a Home2 Suites. The check-in process was great! Loved the large room with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and lots of counter space. The check-in/out process was smooth. We plan on staying here again in a couple weeks as we have more appointments near by.

Hotel seems fairly new, rooms are clean, breakfast selection is excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good too. Only thing that could be better is the bed. Mattress is hard and pillows are like pancakes. Would definitely recommend bringing your pillows. Was close to Red Rock canyon, reason for our trip.

Great hotel. We never really understand the reason for a sliding bathroom door with no way to lock it. With a family of 5, it's very inconvenient. Very nice hotel, and room. But if we knew about the sliding bathroom door before hand. We would've pass it up.

Very nice place to stay, hard to find anything wrong. Huge dining area and good free breakfast. Large rooms with a complete kitchen with dishes and utensils.Close to freeways and abundent parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent Wifi. Full length mirrors which the wife appreciates. For nit picking, no ethernet connection and no TV checkout. Flat as a pancake pillows.

The hotel is very clean, the kitchenette in room is very nice. The continental breakfast is filling! I couldn’t give the fifth star because I was unable to sleep due to traffic noise and thin walls. I heard our neighbor talking, going through his closet, watching tv from 2am to 7am. I was worried the noises would wake my infant. Transferred to another hotel. I wish it could have worked out.

Staff was professional and helpful. I was strongly displeased that my privacy was violated when either a maintenance or housekeeping staff person entered my room and I had the DO NOT DISTURB/DO NOT ENTER doortag on my room door. Upom my return to my room, I noticed the broken ironing board had been replaced and was sitting up on my room. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized and said perhaps it's because of a language barrier of some staff. NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON for violating hotel policy. The lady who worked the front desk in the evening wasn’t friendly. I noticed a quick change when I approached the desk attempting to purchase water compared to her interaction with the guest that was checking in before me. I even asked her if she was ok because her energy quickly changed for the worse when I spoke to her. She responded by saying she is not used to people asking to purchase water, they typically just take them and leave. This was confusing to me because how else was I supposed to purchase the water? Prior to this visit, I have been staying here for years and have always enjoyed my stay with the clean rooms and friendly concierge.

The stay was far from comfortable 1. the beds weren’t changed from the last person that was there and hairs were all over them 2. the lock was used to leave our room door open with all our stuff inside after they “refreshed” the room 3. a dog woke everyone up at 7am and multiple people were complaining 4. walls are very thin, anyone talking can be heard 5. a guy at the front desk was yelling at everyone to show their hotel cards and got several complaints about him he wouldn’t charge the price of the item that was written on the menu they had and insisted on us paying more even though the price THEY put was less overall experience: we wouldn’t visit this hotel EVER again, we couldn’t wait to leave the day we arrived

The housekeeper came into my room. I just had gotten out of the shower. She did not knock at all. She just came right in and Im completely naked. I cannot believe how unprofessional the staff was and when I asked for my room to be free they No and said we'll give u 50 % off...lol. Are u frickin kidding me. You just broke into my room unannounced and violated my privacy and your not going to totally refund my money. So I had to call corporate to file a complaint and of course they refunded my money. You just traumatized me. Invaded my privacy and all your going to do is give me half off!!! Unbelievable. I will never stay here ever again and I would advise everyone not to stay here as well. Unbelievable!!

Trip started terribly with an awful customer service experience from Shatara as we were traversing a snow storm coming into town. Hands down worst interaction with hotel staff I’ve ever had. She should not be interacting with customers on any level. However as shocking as that interaction was, Patrick, the manager immediately resolved our concerns and promptly remedied everything. He’s energy, attitude and empathy was exactly what was needed. Our perception from our initial interaction immediately took a 180 after speaking with him. The rest of the stuff also was friendly and helpful. We are grateful for Patrick’s efforts. He is the epitome of what one would want in any type of situation that we were dealing with. He and the remaining staff were what you want in any hospitality setting.

The place its self was great with the breakfast to the room size and even the amenities but most of the staff there were very rude. It felt most of the staff were just angry and didn’t seem to want to be there. I will say though a couple of workers in the morning there were so amazing and helpful which kinda made up for it. We will stay again for sure but they really need to update so of there workers training and customer service.

We had a great stay. It’s so nice having a kitchen area (no stove or oven). The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaints are the feather pillows that flatten the second you put your head down and the free breakfast (cheap quality food). I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow and spend a few buck on breakfast or make it in the room. The area around the hotel is nice, with lots of new shops and restaurants.

I stay at this property roughly every 6 months. The staff is amazing and I am loving seeing ones who have been there before. I am always welcomed warmly and have never had trouble with any reservation. The coffee and tea in the lobby is wonderful to have. It is clean, maintained (the not tub was shut down for maintenance) and everything is in order. The breakfast is wonderful with great choices and the breakfast staff is exceptional. I feel safe in this neighborhood and the room has everything I need to make a comfortable stay. I always so back to this hotel because it checks every box for me.

I loved the complimentary breakfast, can’t believe all the options on deliciousness. They had waffles cereal hot cocoa, yogurt all kinds of toppings options. My kids love waffles and Nutella and they couldn’t believe they had those options.

A great place on the surface. Both of us had difficulty sleeping due to the bed and bright night lights. The breakfast was mostly pre-made and not edible. Restaurants are in the area. Pet friendly for an up-charge of $85.
