I didn’t like paying $15 for parking every day during my stay.

Valet was not good— after several hours drive we arrived at 4;00 pm only to be told “ we won’t have valet until 6:00”. What? What’s the point of having valet if it doesn’t work? She offered no help regarding self parking. Said every garage around there was full. Not a great way to start a trip.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I checked in on 6/4/25. I was advised by the front desk that the air conditioned was out - but that there was a fan in my room. I went to my room and there was no fan. I went down for dinner and advised the front desk that there was no fan. I was promised a fan would be sent to my room. I went to dinner and came back ... no fan. I called down to the from desk and was advised that there were no fans but I could be added to the "fan waitlist" if I wanted. I said yes, but how could a fan become available at 9 pm? No fan was delivered. The temperature in my room was 80 degrees and I barely slept. The next morning, I raised my concern with the front desk. I was promised with all the checkouts, a fan would be available and sent to my room immediately. I had meetings in Toldeo that day, and returned to my room that afternoon. No fan was in my room. I went to the front desk to speak with a manager. By this time, I learned my colleagues were given warning of the situation and switched hotels instead of checking in. Apparently, the air conditioning at the property was out for 3 or 4 prior days. Why was I not given advance warning? Why was I promised a fan? At this point it was too late to move hotels. I spent another near sleepless night in an 80-degree hotel room. When I checked out on June 6, I was not asked about my stay. I was not offered an accommodation or even a simple apology. I cannot believe how poorly this situation was handled.

The parking/valet situation is a disaster. They were very polite and were really working hard but they needed more help

Nice, clean hotel with great fitness center.

This hotel is our go-to for any Walleye games we come to. It's convenient to the arena via the sky bridge so you don't have to go out in the cold. Staff is very nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfy.

Room was nice and quiet. Very much enjoy that hotel is attached to The Huntington Center, which allowed us to attend our event and return to our room afterwards without going outside in the cold.

The staff were great throughout my stay. The restaurant had some of the best staff that I've seen in any hotel in the US and internationally. The facilities were great, especially the gym, the comfortable bed, and the laundry room. Had a great few days, and I would not hesitate to stay again when I'm in Toledo!

The hotel connects to the Huntington Center. Never went outside for anything. It was great. The hotel had amazing staff. The valet parking made the stay most enjoyable. Thank you.

Nice fitness area and the restaurant food was great. Room had a nice view of the ballpark.

Overall the property was ok but, having stayed here a few times before, it has been much better. Property had a convention which had about 100 people or so attending and the property was completely understaffed. Not enough people working valet or housekeeping. Waited over 30 mins for valet a few times (going out and coming in). Property refused to refund the valet charge and ended up parking in a public garage anyway because of the wait times. Obviously, we incurred an additional charge to park in the public garage. Housekeeping left dirty bedding and trash in the hallway after their shift which then left in the hallway overnight. We stayed on the 14th floor. Again, the property did not seem to care about this when we said something. It was gross to say the least. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and would have thought the property planned better considering the convention. Again, I have stayed here a few times before and none of this has been an issue before so maybe this was a rare occurrence. Either way, the property should have tried to make the inconveniences and lack of cleanliness right. Probably will not stay here again.

There was random hair in the bathroom, gunk in the refrigerator and the coffee maker did not work. The valets were helpful until we were checking out. My husband has a walker and not one of the 4 valets on duty on the morning of September 18 helped with luggage. This was the first time no one helped.

All good, except hairs in the towel

Stay was ok. Was disappointed to find the floor had not been vacuumed. Found popcorn kernels under the chair and also found advil in the floor with a 2yr old could have been dangerous. Also lots of dust on and in the bathroom vents and floor.

Whole hotel was extremely clean and well decorated for holidays

Blood stain on the bedspread and zero soap in the body wash in the bathroom to shower. No bar soap to use as a backup and the shower water was cold. To say I was pissed after traveling all day and being in the shower and naked to find no body wash would be an understatement. The front desk offered to bring some but I mean I had already gotten out

Clean and friendly

Trash can full of trash and beer cans was left in room by desk so it was not empty, the dispenser in the showers was empty, luckily i brought my own shower stuff. So it makes me wonder if the sheets was changed.

Property was nice staff was friendly it was a nice hotel, only issue was the coffee maker in the room didn’t work and there was some stains on the sheets.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming in and out of the parking garage and a person smoking by the door near a sign that said no smoking. The floors in the elevators and lobby need to be replaced. they look filthy but may just be cracked and worn.

Overall, it was a great property and our check in experience was nice. My only complaint is that the A/C was not working, and the rooms were sweltering over 75 degrees!

Only issue was the AC in the room. Didn’t work great and was really loud. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again.

Close to green spaces, restaurants and venues. The room had a nice view of the river. The hotel was modern, clean and decorated lovely

Everyone was very helpful with any and all questions we had. The hotel was beautiful and the room was great. The view was stunning as well. We were on the 12th floor and had the breath taking view of the baseball field.

Good location, valet not so good.....very noisy paper thin walls !!!

The property was well kept and the staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't restful because the air conditioning made a noise that sounded like someone knocking on the door every time it turned on. Turning it off entirely was the only solution but then made the room tooo warm. Because of this and the lights from the clocks, microwave, etc. I did not sleep at all.

It nice and clean but the walls are too thin! We were not able to sleep for 2 days due to our loud neighbors!

Disappointing. When we arrived there was no valet available nor a room. We had to sit parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel for over an hour before valet was available. Check in was at 3pm yet we were not assigned a room until 6:30pm when I went back in to ask how much longer it would be because we were still waiting in our vehicle. I was told I would get a call when a room was ready but never received a call so went inside at 6:30pm. We had dinner reservations at 7pm. We we not able to change or freshen up prior to our dinner which was very frustrating. When Expedia called to see if I could get a discount due to our situation the hotel told them no because we completed our stay. WHAT WERE WE SUPPOSED TO DO? CANCEL AND DRIVE BACK TO HOME?? The fact that others were told they would receive a discount and I’m being told I will not receive one to me is unfair. If this is the way this hotel does business I won’t ever stay here again. That’s just WRONG. I guess I should have yelled and became belligerent like others did. I guess that’s why they got discounts and I didn’t. This hotel needs to do the right thing!

Check in was very easy, liked the new safety feature to tap room key in order to get to your floor. Room was cleaned and neat. We had breakfast one day and food was very good! The Hotel and Valet parking Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We arrived 2 hours after we were told we could check in. Linens were backed up so we were told it would be a while before we could check in and that they would call us. 2 more hours go by and no call, so I check in with the desk. They tell me our "room is ready" give me keys. I go up to the room after having to park 4 blocks away and walk in the rain to find there someone already in the room we booked. We WALKED IN ON A COUPLE IN THEIR ROOM! Not ok! Back down to the front desk where I'm pushed off over and over until I demanded an update on when I would finally get to check into the room I already paid for! Finally they put us in a room completely different than we booked and we checked in somewhere around 9:00 PM. I am beyond upset at the lack of communication and the way things were handled by the front desk. I am a very calm and easy going person who understands things happen! The men at the desk were very overwhelmed and the hotel was very understaffed. There was excuse after excuse to issues that should/could be fixed by proper management and customer service. We are all held to certain standards at our places of employment and this hotel should be no exception. I hope that I am contacted directly to for at least an apology, however by expectations of the Hilton brand are now much lower than before.

My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The service fell below expectations, and the prices were significantly inflated due to a nearby conference. My room was not cleaned during my stay, nor was I offered fresh towels. It’s important to note that housekeeping is only provided every other day, which was not clearly communicated upfront. The hotel does not have staff available after a certain hour to provide room support, and the lack of service was noticeable. The valet service was especially frustrating—I waited over 40 minutes for my car, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor and lacked the cleanliness I expected. Staff interactions were underwhelming, with many appearing indifferent and unaccommodating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to return.

The hotel as a whole was fine and in a decent location, but we had to wait four hours for check-in. All we were told was the rooms weren't ready but they would be "soon" and they would call us. And they did...four hours later. They did offer to hold our luggage, which was the absolute least they could do. And, in fact, that was all they did. They barely apologized and didn't compensate us in any meaningful way for the delay. I think we got a $2 off coupon for the restaurant, which is not sufficient in my view. Everyone we interacted with aside from the front desk was really nice, but it's clearly just really understaffed right now so I'd avoid this hotel unless you want to waste your time.

The hotel itself is fine, nice enough rooms and clean. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, as well as trying to charge me again for a reservation that was pre paid. The breakfast was poor - no fresh decaf coffee, only instant, limited fresh fruit, cooked items were nice but the yogurt etc provided was the cheapest and most sugary available.

The room was nice. Beautiful view of the river. The mattress was really nice. The food in the restaurant was good. Hotel is in a good location as well.

We had a good stay. Near Everything downtown. Parking was a bit inconvenient . But the view from the 14th floor was killer.

Hotel was a great place to stay overnight after attending a MudHens game. The hotel is very nice. I loved having a room with a view! Rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet. (Except when a parade is happening the next morning! 😂) We enjoyed the Assembly restaurant which is onsite. The food was delicious! I highly recommend staying here and exploring what DT Toledo has to offer.

No room service despite restaurant on site. Menu was not available online, so you would have to go first to order, then go to pick up. Service every other day not stated clearly. No tea in room, just coffee. Expensive valet.

Very disappointed with the bar service. We arrived around 6pm on Saturday evening, and the regular bartender was busy at the service bar. There was 2 other managers/bartenders helping her. We sat right next to the service bar for 10 minutes, and not a single one of them said anything to us. Not even, hi guys we we will be with you in a minute. It felt like we were not even there..... the managers/back up bartenders didn't even care about the guest at the bar, all they wanted is to get the drinks out to the tables in the dining room. Very disappointed, so we left and not a single person working said anything to us. The vibe at the bar was very cold. You could tell that the guest at the bar was unsatisfied with the service they were recieving.

Excellent hotel. The employees were friendly and professional. The restaurant had very good food and excellent staff.

You are staying at a Hilton. Expect the best. When it doesn't show, you are at Quality Inn. Staff were indifferent. Hallways were dirty. Room not stocked with towels. The restaurant was the saving grace. It had good food and the service was great. Do not go to the breakfast. It is worse coffee than your room and tea is hotel's. And it costs money. I would say an average stay.
