The floor near the bed was soaking wet. I was told it must have been from cleaning prior to us checking in. Also the pool was closed during our stay which really was unfortunate

Last time I was here it was wonderful, this time they dropped the ball hard. We came to play in the pool and enjoy the hot tube, but both were out of order. The power went out, and the front desk was not very accommodating at all, unlike last time. Needless to say it’s a hit and miss hotel, but I will not be returning.

The hotel is in a great location, lots of places around to go eat and shopping. The front desk lady was super nice and welcoming, gave me a very good description of the property and their dinning options on site. Would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends and family. Also, elevator is great for pictures 10/10

The room was nice, spacious and clean; really enjoyed that they had several hangers as well as two complimentary robes to use during our stay. The lobby was quite busy, so it wasn't as tidy as in the photos, and the check in took a little while as there was only one person at the desk, however we did receive prompt service when requested. I do like the fact that this hotel offers several amenities like a gym, pool and spa that opens up to a nice cozy patio. My only complaint would be the humidity in the room. Could have been a fluke and could have just been my room, but the room stayed rather damp (our bathing suits were still soaking wet when we left the next day). Side note: Shark Club (bar and grill attached to the hotel) should work on their customer service and policy for pricing. I would avoid eating there.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Beds were clean and comfy. There were some areas on the carpets in the hall that need attention. Pool was nice and clear but the hot tub looked murkey. Great location. We would stay again.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I got the Kind suite and it was amazingly functional and we got the option for a balcony. Wish I would got it on the other side of the hotel instead of overlooking the parkinglot but still very awesome and relaxing. The indoor hot tub was nice and hot and the pool felt great

There were multiple hairs on the bed sheets, hairs on multiple towels plus stains, and the $15 breakfast buffet was the same crap as every crap hotel ever, it's all crap. They did send someone quickly to change the sheets. I expected much, much better for the price and Legacy location.

Our room as not the best smelling room upon entry. Moldy is the best way to describe. The safe in our room was non operable. The curtains were off the rails and the bathroom door was locked upon checkin. The strangest things. They were able to fix the door and curtains almost immediately but I can't help to question why is it that the housekeeper don't report these things. Or do they and no action is taken until we checkin and now it's our problem. Whatever the case, would not stay here again. Also, their lobby coffee machines. It may look like you can make a latte but you would be fooled. On a positive note, the staff was great, we were able to check in early (and good thing I guess).

I always enjoy my stay here, however; cleanliness is declining. I always clean the bathroom myself upon entry, but this time I had to put my back into it. The shower floor hadn’t been touched by housekeeping, there was hair on the floor as if no one swept prior to. The sink needed some elbow grease as well.

Location was good and the desk staff was very friendly but my room was pretty dirty. I had a dog so they put me on the first floor near the door. The carpet outside of the bathroom area was sopping wet. I put a towel over it and it turned brown. Also, if you’re going to charge $50 per pet there should be a pet station outside with bags. For the amount spent I expected a lot more than what I got

This hotel seemed more noise proof and walking on the floors just seemed very sturdy. The bathroom was equipped with a separate tub/shower. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We didn't try the breakfast but instead ordered lunch to go from Moxies Grill that is attached to the hotel. It was amazing! We will stay here again!

Excellent location and rates. The room was quite dark, likely due to the choice of Charcoal carpet. There was not enough light in the area around the coffee machine. The coffee was horrible. However, the restaurant (Moxie) is amazing with great service. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The staff was super nice and accommodating.

This was my first time to stay at a Sandman, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was so nice, the bathroom was fire, and I really appreciated that the main bedroom space had ceiling lights. I’m so sick of dark hotel rooms. Quiet and comfortable. I wish we had been staying longer. Will definitely look for this property again in the future.

Front desk attendant was working by herself when we checked in at 11PM on Friday, 11/7/25, She was pleasant, professional, and very friendly. When we checked out at 9am the next day, she was still there working with a smile on her face. If anyone deserves a raise or promotion, it’s her. (Didn’t catch her name) but she was the best.

This is a nice hotel. Jordan at the front desk is amazing. I got in late Monday and he made sure i had everything i needed and made the process quick and easy. There was no door hanger in my room so i requested mycroom to be cleaned while i was at work. It wasn't done. They said they would send at least so fresh towels and didn't do that. Spoke to Jordan next morning he got my room tidied up. Thanks Jordan.

I checked in late at night (11pm) but there was only 1 front desk attendant and there was a long line and wait time. The front desk agent who was there was excellent, she just needed help and more staff. They also lost my reservation so that ended up making my check in process take a bit longer as well.

Hotel was nice , but not enough staff anywhere . Multiple visits to the front desk about the door not working and keys not working. Had to wait in line behind new guests checking in because there was only one person working- ever. Nice hotel, but I will not be back. There on business, and not in the e mode to be waiting for 10 minutes at a time to be let back into my room.

Horrible staff. Unfriendly, rude!!! I will never, ever consider staying here again. Anytime we asked the front desk anything, they respnded with rude comments. We asked if they sold drinks, the said "walk down the street to the gas station. " The hotel was full, and they ran out of parking. When asked where to park they said park down the street.

The check in process was great and the employee was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that I was given a $15 food credit and the restaurant had just closed (no problem) I was told they serve breakfast from 7-10 AM and checkout was noon. The restaurant did not serve breakfast though.

Customer Service excellent from check in to check out. Only complaint breakfast. Toaster and waffle maker did not work. Breakfast could of had more choices, for being an upscale hotel. We were upgraded to a room, VIP status with Hotels.com, however only breakfast for 1 not 2.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is Moxie's at one end and Shark Bar at the opposite end, so you can have a night out and not have to drive anywhere. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was clean and tub size large. Very comfortable. I will be booking again soon.
