Location was good close , hotel had lots of charm would definitely recommend it.

Well ,idon t really know where to start. Breakfast: absolutely amazing through a combination of various cultural taste harnessing eggs n bacon, corn flakes,almonds tarts, patries, btown bread, soyamilk onoffer,croissants eyc..etc and the staff are so jovial ! Reception: kind,courtous and helpfull people. Located at 5 mns walking to plazza San Marco but so quiet and peaceful . Excellent restaurant too. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The location, the room, the staff and the cleanliness. We appreciated our stay and definitely recommend this exceptional hotel.

Hotel is a bit far from water bus/taxi stations so hard to get to if you have luggage. Nice quiet location and both hotel and area have historic charm. Rooms were neat and tidy but has a certain pungent smell that we had to change our upgraded room to a smaller twin bed room. Has elevator making easy to go up to 3rd floor with bags. Door lock on our upgrade room was a bit tricky. Breakfast was adequate but not that great. Front desk folks were super, very accommodating and helpful particularly on advise on attending the New Year’s Eve celebration and for transport to Marco Polo Airport. Noticed that mostly old folks stay at the hotel given that it’s closed to the La Fenice Theater, Nice hotel and great staff but not that much value for the price you pay.
