Razoável. Faltam condições de conforto, principalmente relacionadas ao banheiro. No quarto onde ficamos não havia suporte de box para utensílios de banho, faltava a porta lateral do mesmo e no banheiro, suporte para toalhas. Não havia frigobar e nem café da manhã, como anunciado pelo hotéis.com.

This is a decent hotel for the traveller who wants to experience the real Naples. Convenient location close to main train station and circumvesuviana regional train station to Pompeii and Sorrento. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff ranges from OK to great. Unfortunately they do not have a safe in the rooms which I found very inconvenient.

The room itself was very basic but clean. The area is noisy. The windows were effective in shutting out most of it. The ductless heat pump provided a nice temperature. Considering the price, the room was okay. The hotel’s outside appearance (especially at night, dark, dirty and gloomy on a back street with homeless sleeping on the sidewalk across from the hotel), the lobby and elevator were a bit shocking. Our first reaction was that we made a mistake in choosing the hotel. It seems that nothing has been tidied in decades - not true to the listing photos taken in better years. Yet only one block away, the lively Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi teems with good restaurants and shops. And it was very easy to transport our luggage to and from the train. One of the desk clerks we interacted with over our four day stay was friendly, the other was gruff and made a point of telling us they understood only Italian, meaning don’t look for help on their shift. In summary, we found the hotel a very mixed bag. It could easily improve, or sink further down the ratings.

The room was similar to pictures, a bit small, but had ample storage for clothes. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful, check in and out was easy. There's a lift, and staff held our bags on arrival and departure, much appreciated. Access to good restaurants nearby. Great for short stays, close to train station and subway access. A small fridge would be recommended to improve quality had we stayed beyond one night.

This property is well located close to the train station and public transportation. It’s kind of old and not renovated. But it was fine for a place to lay our heads and was clean. There are several restaurants nearby, including another hotel next door that serves a buffet breakfast including eggs and bacon for 10€. We were very excited about that. There is also a laundry mat right around the corner with a café across the street that was very handy at this point in our journey.

A differenza di quanto dichiarato, non era possibile la colazione in hotel, condizione che mi avrebbe fatto scegliere un'altra struttura. Mi sembra inoltre eccessiva la valutazione di ottimo che le era stata attribuita.

Le premier jour nous avons failli nous faire électrocuter par un interrupteur qui faisait des décharges électriques pour finalement s'éteindre seul....le gestionnaire de l'accueil l'a réparé,mais ils auraient tout de même pu vérifier cela avant notre venue... Le sol n'était pas balayé, les joints de la douche bordés de moisissures.... Nous avons eu la charmante compagnie de petites fourmis, de cloportes et nous avons été attaqués par des moustiques d'une vérocité sans faille ( l'hôtel n'y es pour rien de leur soif de sang) Nous avions vu ds le descriptif qu'il devait y avoir une bouilloire et bien non il n'y en a pas . Le petit déjeuner pouvait apparemment sur le site être en option , il y a les tables mais il n'est pas possible de le prendre sur place... Sinon le personnel était aimable et serviable, c'est dommage....

L'hôtel est accessible à pied de la gare centrale ce qui est pratique. On déplore une odeur de tabac dans l'hôtel qui n'est pas récent mais dont l'état général est correct, la chambre était propre. On a apprécié les conseils de la Réception pour notre visite de Naples et leur réactivité lors de nos sollicitations !

This hotel had great reviews, but I was not impressed. The floors were very dirty, hair from previous guests. And the big heavy blanket in the closet smelled.

Albergo in buona posizione. Servizio essenziale e senza particolari pretese (si vedeva dalla presentazione) ma per il prezzo ci saremmo aspettati migliori condizioni e più attenta manutenzione della struttura (una presa era rotta, le lampade del comodino non funzionanti, abbiamo dovuto chiedere coperte in più...). Personale gentile e disponibile.

Struttura con trasporti pubblici a portata di mano, camera quadrupla pulita e spaziosa, grande Bagno nuovo ma con qualche piccola carenza (porta doccia rotta e mancanza di appoggio per oggetti necessari). Nel complesso, molto consigliato.

Ich hatte die Nächte zuvor in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet (ebenfalls 3 Sterne) in der Nähe übernachtet. Dachte da gibt es keine großen Unterschiede. Habe ich mich leider getäuscht. Zum Rest fehlt mir eigentlich die Sprache. Sehr heruntergekommen, es war nicht wirklich sauber. Armatur im Badezimmer teilweise schon lose, schmutzig und sehr abgenutzt. Ein Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, selbst wenn hätte ich vermutlich nichts heruntergekommen, weil in der Nacht Geräusche in der Wand zu hören waren. Könnten Ratten oder Mäuse gewesen sein. Ich würde hier leider nie wieder buchen. Wirklich nur 1 Stern wegen dem freundlichen Personal. Lage: ist in einer Seitenstraße am Hauptbahnhof, würde eher Hotel direkt an der Strasse zum Hauptbahnhof buchen. Gibt um Welten bessere Hostels.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many very good restaurants near by and the train station is a 5 minute walk with luggage. The staff were friendly and as helpful as the could be with a language barrier. The place is tired and in need of a renovation.

ホテルスタッフがとても親切でした。コンセントがベッドの横にふたつあればなお良かったです。ナポリ中央駅からもすごく近くて便利でした。

You should only stay here for the price and for any comfort. There are no comforts here. The room was small. The bed was so uncomfortable. The floors were not so clean. The shower was snug. I did not enjoy my stay.

Ho prenotato a nome di un' amica, Anna Pelekh, temevo di non aver fatto la scelta migliore per lei ed invece si è trovata benissimo. Pulizia degli ambienti, cortesia , disponibilità del personale e posizione comodissima . Consigliato

The people are very nice. But know this, the address is not as listed in Hotels.com. It is on the same street but at 22. When we couldn’t find it we called, and a man walked a couple of blocks to get us. The woman speaks English but the man didn’t. But one did speak Spanish. We arrived early and could leave our luggage. The hotel is clean. The room has room for twins, bathroom, luggage for two. We had a window that opened to the street. The hotel is about three blocks from the main train station. It was an easy walk even with luggage. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The HotelStar is two blocks away and this is where a lot of yours pick you up.

Pratique, près de la gare nombreux restaurants à proximité. Hôtel tres propre, fonctionnel.
