PRD 2495 Ponderosa Country Haus

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a sister VRBO on the same property, so it was great for our young adult ministry retreat. They share a campfire, big yard, and they are beautifully maintained. We loved our time here!

Check in was super easy! They utilized a text system which I really liked. The house was perfect for my husband and our four boys. The room with all the bunk beds is where we all ended up sleeping because it had a tv (the master doesn’t). The kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need! You will need to grab your own salt and pepper but that wasn’t a big deal. We stayed 6 nights and had no issues. The river access was great and we had a blast! We would absolutely stay here again!

I would have given 5 stars if the ac wouldn’t have been broken when we arrived. They did work hard to get repaired but it wasn’t repaired until almost 10pm. We didn’t unpack until it was repaired out of fear of having to move so most of our first day was waisted! Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!
