Overall the accommodations were fine. The only negative was that on our floor the hallway was not air conditioned. So it was very warm coming off the elevator but very cold when we got in our room. Lastly the satellite tv was inconsistent with coverage

The lady was on the ball getting my reservation ready as soon as i arrived. There was a minor problem booking a second stay due to 3rd party booking but was prompty and effectively resolved. Pool was clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Plenty of parking. Rooms were comy and quiet. Door Dashers were over and beyond helpful. All around awesome mini weekend va-stay.

The staff was friendly. However, we had multiple issues. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. When asked if we wanted our room cleaned we said yes. However, it was not cleaned the first day. We went down to get clean towels and asked why it wasn't cleaned. The reply was we had too many checkouts. The second day the room was cleaned but the bathroom floor was still dirty. At breakfast there was no syrup for the waffles and no cream cheese for bagels two days in a row. Just an overall disappointing trip.

The beds are very confortable...a little softer than most which I prefer because I hate when my hips hurt from laying on my side where I have to flip over multiple times per night. The EGGS at breakfast were REAL scrambled eggs...LOVED THEM!!! Many choices of food. The DECAF coffee was DELICIOUS! Better than the caffeinated per my hubby ;) The only negative was the business center computers were down and I needed to print some things for work but was unable to.

There was a dried up stain of urine on the toilet, which the cleaning staff hurriedly cleaned. After that the showers had mildew around the base of the shower; so, we attempted to change rooms, however, the second room had pubic hairs in the shower. We stayed in our original room. I hate that I used my points on this room, and my wife and I will not stay in another Fairfield again.

This place was awsome! The staff very friendly - referred to me by name. The facility was spotless, and the room - perfect. I didn't even feel the need to spray disinfectant or air freshner. I have dog allergies and have issues if one has been in the room. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choices. This was my first time in a Fairfield and if these are the standards, I will certainly be looking for more.

I’ll start with the good…staff nice. Room clean and bed comfy. What wasn’t so great…ceiling tiles opened up in hallway with a bucket under…wreaked of mildew. Bathroom had mold and grime around the base of the shower. Rust stains going down the shower wall. AC, when on, made a high pitched sound as well as a rattling sound. Sleep was a challenge in between it going on and off all night. We didn’t complain as we were only stop over there on a road trip.

Strand of hair (not mine) on the pillow. Rugs look like they need a good cleaning. Need more lighting in rooms. No USB plugs in rooms. Comfortable beds. Our room had a Moveable desk and ottoman which was nice to eat our late night dinner. A place called Cook Out is a few minutes drive away and open until 2 or 3 am. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, oranges, bananas, bread, coffee, juices. Staff was friendly.

The facility was nice but where the rating was low was quality of the breakfast and not enough breakfast selections. And the room was nice, but bathtub/shower combination was very dirty. I used a towel in the tub to take a shower. I did not want my feet to touch it. We have stayed at several Fairfield Inn where the breakfast selections were huge. I could not even get a banana had to buy at the local Walmart.

Very disappointing stay. This hotel is nowhere near the rating it advertises (over 9). The property is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. Upon arrival, we discovered a roach in the bathroom, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel—old furniture, worn-out facilities, and a generally dirty feel—was unacceptable. Breakfast was mediocre at best and did not make up for the unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel and regret booking it based on misleading reviews.

Management at this hotel super glued the fan control button so it was stuck on Auto. You had to turn the temperature way down so the fan would run and then it would be too cold. If you set the thermostat at a reasonable temperature then it gets real stuffy and the noise of the A/C turning on and off keeps you awake. I had a poor nights sleep for this reason. Otherwise things were good. I will not return to this hotel again because of the glued fan control.

The hotel looked fantastic upon arrival. The front desk manager was pleasant. Upon entering the first room, I turned on the air conditioning and noticed a high pitched ramp up of power. I waited a few moments and decided I could not be comfortable in this room. I went back downstairs and asked for a room change, explaining the A/C issue. I was told that many rooms are that way. I went to the second room and it was not better, if a little worse, with constant noise and rattling, not only from my room unit but others also. I could not even hear the television. Breakfast was very good.

Property overall was acceptable with a few exceptions. The decor and furnishings were a bit dated, but otherwise okay. The sofa cushions and carpet were stained in our suite and throughout the facility.

This property was easy access off the highway. It was pretty clean. I didn't like that the curtains didn't close all the way. Just curtain panels on the windows and a bright light in the parking lot shining in the window. We had to rig up a curtain tie holding together in the middle.

The reason i gave a bad review was how noisy it was from one floor to the next. I was on the second and as the person on the third floor walked it was very noisy. Hard to sleep when that person just walked. Seem like bad construction from floor to floor

Not enough towels in the room for three people and was an act of congress to get from the lady at the front desk. Very rude lady. She would rather stay on her cell phone and ignore guest. Not enough blankets on the room for the sleeper sofa. Ask the lady at the front desk and she said that’s all I can give you. Very rude.

Room was clean and they were able to get us two rooms next to each other. I wish they had adjoining rooms, and I wish they had room options that slept 5. It served its purpose for a one night stay for us. I’d stay there again. The ladies at the front desk (AM and PM) were both very nice.

The lady checking in was very unacceptably rude. We informed the hotel we would be arriving late and our situation. The lady would not allow me to finish explaining or finish a sentence. It was like she could care less of what I was wanting to say or explain. It honestly made me want to leave right then. The next day the other staff was great though, that one lady though was way to rude.

Front desk staff was over the top accommodating. We arrived at 11:00 am with a 3:00 check in. Booked two rooms. We needed to freshen up for a 2:00 funeral. We were going to use the lobby restroom but the sweet lady who assisted us upgreaded us to a larger room to use. Wow!

Very clean room and to me, one way to tell if a hotel is quality or not is the eggs in the morning. If they are powdered eggs, I rarely stay there again. This place has real eggs, good sausage, waffle station and oatmeal. The rooms were exactly what you would expect, comfortable bed, clean and safe. Couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast says they aren’t lazy. Enjoy! =)

This was a nice hotel. A little dated with an old a/c unit that was noisy at first. Got better the more it ran though. Clean with a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. Real scrambled eggs and omelets with ham, cheese and bell peppers. A waffle iron that made 4 small waffles at a time. Staff was friendly and all was good!

One night stay was all around comfortable. Room was clean, bed was nice. Morning breakfast had plenty of choices and egg quiche was very good. Check in was non eventful with staff being very friendly. I will definitely be staying again next time through.
