Aloft by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown - Bricktown

Convenient, but the property lacks a gym and charges almost $20 for parking. The second day I was there, they checked someone else into my room - If I wouldn't have happened to be in my room, someone would have had access to all my personal property.

Front end staff were fantastic. Pool was a let down and honestly one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The restaurant/bar was another reason I chose this hotel and it was never open over Memorial Day weekend and that was a disappointment.

No bar or restaurant in the hotel is open on Sunday. Room had ants in it eating my food. And the walls were paper thin.

Hotel is currently being remodeled, no air conditioning in the halls or lobby, lounge and restaurant closed. This information was not provided when reservation was made. Staff was helpful and willing to help. Pool was dirty, handrails not secure and no umbrellas.

Several things out of order. Pool shut down, once open 2 of the 3 doors were out of service. Exit bars in parking ramp broken. Put in wrong room upon arrival, cost of parking changed from check-in to check-out. Strong marijuana smell in most common areas including elevators. It was clean and comfortable. Great location if Bricktown is your destination. Bricktown was wonderful!

It is a great location and the receptionist was super kind. The AC was out in the hallways and elevator making it uncomfortable. We stayed Friday - Sunday and had to keep calling for new towels since no one came to clean the room the whole time we were there.

The lobby ac was out and on all the floors besides the rooms ac was not working the pool was dirty ants in the room tv wasn’t working and there is a $20 parking fee that is not mentioned it says parking available double charges my credit card they told me it wasn’t on the property’s end until about 30 minutes later and called me back and said I would receive a refund anytime they should tell you that they are doing renovations before you stay if I would have known we would have stayed somewhere else

The pool was closed. Elevators were being serviced so had to use the service one and got lost. Parking was not easy and barely worked.

Everything seemed good! Parking was a luttle hard the ticket station didnt work well. And the pool was very green. Even though its winter it looked gross.

the pool was dirty. very dissapointed in the pool. i planned on swimming but there was green in the pool and the cushions also needed washing on the chairs. there were NO pool towels in the space where pool towels should have been, I had to ask for pool towels. worker said she called the "pool guy"? to come back and shock the pool. IT NEEDED TO BE SERIOUSLY CLEANED. ALSO, since I went through travelocity, i had not idea the the BAR AND RESTAURANT WERE CLOSED

The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom area. There was water damage on one curtain, but it didn’t really bother us. The shower itself could’ve been cleaned a little better, but was still good. The lobby area was very nice and parking was convenient. Loved having a 12pm checkout!

Takes 15 min for the shower to heat up, the water wouldn’t drain to the shower. the coffee area was dusty and hasn’t been cleaned. The wall by the shower looked it was chipping off.

Prob one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever booked. I had to leave and get another hotel. Floors were sticky. Hair on the bed and sink. The shower was terrible.

Stains on bedding and towels, and ants in room as well.

When we first arrived we noticed the ALL pillow cases, bed sheets, and towels were dirty with what seemed like blood, dirt and who knows what else. Second when we showered there was absolutely zero hot water at all. I though it wpuld only be that tome but it happened the entire stay, which made it impossible to shower. Finally the door hinge on the door seemed tampred with and made felt unsfe i purchased a door stopper lock for my own saftey.

The property was clean, and when we got to the room I was like cute, but as we used the shower and sink we noticed it was not clean at all! There was hair in the sink, no drain cover so we saw it all! There was mold in the grout in the shower, I have never wanted to put flip dips on in a hotel shower and I wanted nothing more than to grab mine. There were random dark hairs on the comforter, I am blonde and he is a red head. The exhaust didn’t work in the bathroom and just suffocated the room after a shower, it was kind of comical. We don’t get out, kid free, very often so when I saw the room I was like looks super nice and was cheapish for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary/my birthday. I have to saw I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. This is coming from a mom, I know dirty!

Lovely property, parking is very convenient in the garage. Only complaint is the AC is consistently weak when I stay here - doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with Oklahoma 90 degree days and humidity.

I've stayed here numerous times before with no issues. This stay, I get put in a room with completely bricked A/C. You would think they check this between guests. As I'd arrived far behind schedule, I just tossed my bag into the room without checking if the AC worked, assuming it would like the roughly ten times I'd been here before. I get back to my room after an evening on the town, just to have a hot room with stagnant air. As I take the elevator down to the lobby to notify staff, another guest tells me he has the same issues with his room's A/C. I get told there's nothing that can be done, and (though there were vacancies online) no other rooms were available, so I just packed up, and ended going straight home with no rest, as no one else in downtown had rooms available. Wasted my time, money, and my good will for this town.

The registration staff made us feel welcome with her friendly manner and selection of a room with a view. Fun decor. Comfortable bed.

The property itself looks wonderful and inviting. The rooms, however, are not. The air conditioning unit was laying in pieces on the floor when I arrived. Since it was in the evening only the front desk help could assist. They put the cover on but it did not cool. Additionally the blinds didn’t close all the way leaving the people on the street below a good show, if I wasn’t careful. No attempt to remedy the situation. Will not visit this property again.

Not sure why we were put in an adjoining room but it was incredibly loud- we could hear everything the other room said and did very clearly - as if they were in our room. I feel like those rooms should only be used for their intended purpose.

Fun place to be. We wish we would have brought our dog. 4 stars cause the doors are very loud, can hear the neighbors and the walls are thin.

Beautifully design room that was extremely comfortable.

Great stay in a good location. Walking distance to Bricktown. We had gone for a concert and could walk to Paycom as well. The rooms are huge for hotel rooms, plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The view was one of the best I’ve seen and was really neat inside very good looking

The staff was rude a couple times , we requested house keeping twice and they never came , we only got our breakfast dining card on the last day of our stay , we where charged for parking but the parking system was broken so we parked on the street .

Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. Property was clean and quiet. Located close to many dining options and within walking distance of Oklahoma City’s (Bricktown) entertainment hub.

The elevator was broken, they should’ve put not working sign. We went out for my birthday and returning from the night. The front desk young lady was very rude. She said “ ummm excuse me are you even customers here?” I was so confused I just scan my room key card to go in the doors. Why wouldn’t I be I customer coming in? I think it could’ve been approached differently. She was very rude.

Had fun in OKC. The team at the hotel were excellent! Thanks you Shalyn (am shift) and Keshia (pm shift) at the front desk. You both were very friendly and helpful and we truly appreciate your service!

Shalynn was wonderful. Very nice, informative, and funny. The gentleman who worked at night was so nice and understanding when we returned from our rained out concert, soaking wet and leaving puddles in our wake through the lobby. Gave us extra towels to dry off without hesitation.

This trip was for my wife and I's 20 year anniversary, the front desk Assistant general Manager Kimberly Rhodes was absolutely amazing on setting up our room and made us feel like a king and queen!!

Nick was great!! More than willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay great. We appreciate him very much and look forward to seeing him again soon

I left my clothing items at the hotel and I’ve tried four times to get them back and the hotel has forgotten to call me back every single time. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

At check and I was told I would pay $15 for parking that would be taken off of the $50 incidental charge on my credit card. I got to my room and got situated after traveling for a very long day and the TV did not work so at 8:22 PM I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work and I let her know the TV was broken and asked for help. She said she was on her way at about 10 after nine I hadn’t heard from her yet and noticed that the air conditioner was dripping and leaking all over the floor. So by 9:22 PM I still have not heard from anybody and I called the front desk again and let them know that the air conditioner was not leaking and they responded with they were on their way up. Nobody came so I had to go down to the front desk where the girl was rude, because during trying to help me get situated into a different room, she decided to help other guests that were purchasing things from the dining area instead of focusing on me who had been having an issue for over an hour now with absolutely no response from the staff. She finally got me into a room number 226 and everything was working properly. In the morning at 7:30 AM I was woken up by very loud music being played by the construction workers that were remodeling on the second floor. At check out in the morning I was told that I would be charged $20 for parking and not the initial $15 that I was told during check-in . Very disappointed will not return.

Staff was very pleasant at check-in. Parking was a breeze and steps away from the hotel door which is nice. Room as very clean and up to date. Beds were comfy and room had black out blinds which are great . Neighbors in the adjoining room did make quite a bit of noise but the night desk staff took care of it when I complained finally at 2am. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in heart of downtown Oklahoma City with easy access from freeway and good parking available, but hotel is also good for convenience for walking. Amtrak station not far away either. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well equipped with coffee making abilities and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and rooms spacious.

Check in was fast and easy! Location was excellent. We could walk to our location, Paycom Center, saved us parking and the hassle of the traffic. Facility was clean and beds were comfortable!

Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Water pressure/heat was the best, but I’ve stayed in eco-friendly hotels before so I wasn’t really surprised. Thankful they had a vegan breakfast option. Room was nice. Bed was very comfy.

The hotel was nice & conveniently located in Bricktown. Disappointed in the breakfast menu as we prepaid $14 for breakfast. Expecting more than a microwave breakfast sandwich & burrito.

Was listed as 4 star hotel but definitely wasn’t. Friendly staff just not up to par with things such the breakfast and market place should have much more variety

Amazing property. Spacious suites. Service was great. The lobby smelled amazing! Our only complaints are that we never had hot water. It was so miserable. Also the noise level is off the charts, with the street noise and the housekeeping every morning, just such loud banging around. The bar is amazing too!

We had a quick overnight stay for personal business. The restaurant inside kept us from having to go elsewhere for food, which was a big plus due to downtown parking. We had a great meal, then a good night's sleep, and were gone in a flash, Checkout was also a breeze.
