El personal atento y buena ubicación la habitación Incomoda, el elevador estaba fuera de servicio y nos dieron 5o piso, el domingo muy temprano un ruido tremendo como de lavandería, que no permitió descansar.

Un excelente opción para hospedarse, la habitación muy comoda, se descansa muy bien, buen colchon, recepción y meseros muy atentos, los alimentos ricos. Como tal no hay estacionamiento en el hotel, pero se paga 150 pesos adicionales y se ingresa en un estacionamiento publico. Si me volveria a hospedar ahi.

Tuve que reportar a recepción que el agua caliente de la llave estaba saliendo amarilla. Mi habitación estaba pegada al cuarto de servicio y se escuchaba mucho ruido cuando el personal de limpieza usaba la llave de agua. Te dan 2 toallas pero 1 de ellas estaba manchada. Poca privacidad ya que se escucha las conversaciones de las personas de a lado. La ubicación es buena.

Es un hotel muy cerca de paseo de la reforma y con tranquilidad por la calle donde se encuentra. Esta muy cerca el museo de cera, Ripley, reforma 222, en general muy céntrico si se requiere algo para estar cerca sin el bullicio de estar sobre la avenida. El hotel genial, muy buena limpieza, el desayuno suficiente y rico (chilaquiles, huevos al gusto, hotcakes, etc.) jugo y fruta, etc. La atención muy buena de los encargados y cumple muy bien con la función de este hotel.

The Hotel Staff have made this stay amazing. The hospitality and cleanliness is remarkable. It has rained heavily here the last two days and we experienced a leak in our room when we called to notify the staff a maintenance person was immediately dispatched to assess the issue. As a result of the assessment we were immediately assigned another, much nicer, room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic the rooms are wonderful and nicely kept. The service is absolutely amazing from front desk to kitchen/room service. They answered all our questions and were willing to help us with whatever we needed definitely recommend. We stayed for a week and were so impressed.

Nice big room, breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. Quiet area. The hotel was able to book tours, but make sure to book English if you don’t speak Spanish. we had one tour with Spanish only speaking guide so was not as good.

Absolutely fantastic the rooms are wonderful and nicely kept. The service is absolutely amazing from front desk to kitchen/room service. They answered all our questions and were willing to help us with whatever we needed definitely recommend. We stayed for a week and were so impressed.

The property is under construction. The drilling was going on all day so no sleeping in. In addition the room they gave us was old on the 4th floor and it smelled like mold while the 6th floor was brand new. We asked to move but they had no rooms available until our last night. Outside our room there was dust all over the place old rags and to make it worse housekeeping kept showing up after 3:30pm never in the morning. The only good I can say was Daniel in the front desk is very helpful and the cleaning lady that does the lobby is so sweet. If you are going to stay there get ready to hear drilling and have dust.
