Cute old clean Near beach

The property was a perfect size for our long weekend getaway. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and the grocery store, allowing us to maximize our time. It was a plus they provided chairs and beach towels since we had to fly in and weren’t able to bring our own stuff. The AC worked very well which is rare with beach condos. Even though it’s right on that main intersection, it quieted down at night so no issues for us there. The bed was comfortable. The water in the city has a strong taste, but these hosts provide a Brita which helps some. With that said, there are some small changes that could make a huge difference for future stays. The shower curtain/lining were moldy and should definitely be replaced. The toilet will not flush easily unless you stand there and hold it down until it entirely flushes. The towels aren’t good quality have clear signs of excessive use. More than 3, old, towels should be provided. The laundry room was dirty and the washer and dryer were moldy and rusty so to wash items (towels) didn’t really feel like it was getting anything clean. The greenery around the gates needs cleaned up, it’s starting to obstruct the walk way by the main gate. Any of the qualms we had are really easy fixes and we overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us two and we would undoubtedly go back.

This was a great location. Easy to get to all areas of St. Augustine and the beach. Nice area. Good communication and suggestions.
