I didnt make it to breakfast woke up late

My room was excellent but the curtains were stained & roaches were creeping which I was very unsatisfied with! Also the pool was dirty & cold! Other than that it was ok! Just didn’t like how critter were crawling around

At 9:00 they lock the doors if you leave good luck getting back in cuz there's never anybody at the front desk. I stood outside in the freezing cold for 35 minutes and three phone calls waiting for someone to let me in after a trip to the store.

This hotel was far sketchier than it looked online. It’s not in the best area with the airport hotels, but I thought it looked like an ordinary chain hotel that would be fine. The people wandering around outside were scary, so much so that the sole employee in the lobby had to lock the doors. Important for her safety, but that means the guests are stuck walking around the building late at night trying to find a way in. I don’t blame her being there alone, but they need a better solution. The rooms were clean-ish. Things were old and stained. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and cheap, the sheets were scratchy. The walls were so thin we were kept up by the…activities going on in the next room. It was a pretty depressing place to sleep, and we were excited to get out of there.

Problems with booking, staff was zero help. Refused to resolve my issues. Once I arrived I understood why,the property speaks for itself.
