Modern, clean with all the things you need for a relaxing stay. Keyless entry was great. Included tea coffee milk etc.

Perfect. Comfortable bed. Sofa. Kitchen area fully equipped. Beautiful bathroom. Handy location. Definitely use this again.

We stayed here recently on a trip to Blackpool, we were very impressed with the accommodation, found it to be very clean and well equipped. Communication prior to and during our stay was quick and informative. The only slight issue we had was that the apartment we were in was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, however, it did not ruin our stay (just a bit further to carry bags etc). Would definitely recommend this accommodation

Stayed for 3 nights and was amazed overall by this accommodation which exceeded our expectations. Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anne’s Pier. Remote electronic entry to main and apartment doors worked flawlessly and some lovely touches on arrival such as chilled bottled water and milk with a suitable stock of tea/coffee etc. Fans in each room were a welcome addition as the country basked in the hottest days this year. Well provided kitchenette was perfect for our needs and TV’s in the lounge area and both bedrooms were modern and of generous proportions. Bathroom with shower was of a good size and water pressure was decent and in keeping with the rest of the apartment in good condition and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing of the suite and each room is the best I’ve ever experienced and with no neighbourhood noise to note, a great nights sleep on high quality beds and duvets, pillows and linen etc made the trip all the better. I clumsily broke the toaster which was replaced that morning with a brand new item and clear, consistent and customer focussed communication was assured from the first booking enquiry right through to our departure and beyond. Having not tried a holiday option like this previously I am a definite convert and thus will be my “Prime” preference in future 👍

The apartment was really clean and felt welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. It was well set out and well equipped with clear instructions on how to operate everything. The bed was huge and very comfy. Shower was hot, towels fluffy and smelled nice. There was milk in the fridge, tea bags and coffee, a bottle of filtered water and a bowl of fruit. Pricing was competitive and messages on how to access the building and apartment were clear and plentiful. Perfectly placed within easy walking distance of St Anne's. Couldn't be faulted. We just stayed one night for a birthday party in Lytham. The suite was very clean and modern with well equipped kitchen and super bathroom. The property is conveniently positioned in St Annes and we had no problem parking at the rear of the property.

Fabulous property for the price we paid. Lovely and clean and everything you may need has been thought of. Loved the complimentary fruit and water. This was an unexpected touch. The only down side is the number of stairs to get to the top. Had I been on my own with the children I would have struggled to get everything up but I was aware on booking.

Great apartment in Lytham, easy walking distance to restaurants. Good secure parking at the rear of the property. Easy access into building at room via digi key pad.

Wonderful apartment! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! We arrived to a selection of tea/coffee/ milk in the fridge - really helpful. WiFi excellent, smart TV meant we could watch Netflix on a wet and windy evening. Great location, convenient for both St Anne’s and Lytham. Absolute gem and we’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay and everything was spotless

Loved our stay at the property and the staff were very helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay and very convenient to the local shops too. If there was one improvement that could be made, our bedsheets needed replacing as we stayed there 5 nights and not once were they changed or were we asked. The water temperature was also warm and I like a hot shower. However, I'm being picky here - besides those two items, it's an amazing place for anyone to stay and fully recommended. Home from home. Modern facilities. Huge comfy bed and day bed. Spacious. Only downside we were concerned how much noise we made for people below us because floor was wooden. Highly recommend.

Just wow. We stayed in suite 1 of the Prime Suites apartments from 16/05/2025. This property exceeded our expectations. Bedroom very roomy with a comfortable Superking bed. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Lounge area/kitchen are was lovely and well kitted out with everything you will need.large comfy settee to chill out on. The large window looks out at the parking area. Local pubs and restaurants are very close. I would highly recommend The Zen restaurant. Now the negative bit. Parking is not enough for the x2 apartment buildings. We had to park elsewhere on occasions, which wasn’t ideal for my disabled husband after a long day out. There must have been a blockage in the sink in the bathroom, as the water took and age to go down the plug hole.

Excellent location. Wi-fi in the particular flat we had on this occasion was weak. Overall great value, but we preferred the Design Suites flat we previously had in the same building.

the room was incredible. nice decor very modern and very well thought out. there were so many finishing touches like tea and biscuits and even pots and pans for making your own meals. the bed was so so comfy felt like sleeping on a cloud. would defo recommend for anyone who loves the beach as it is a 10 minute walk down to the beach that was bustling with families!

Lovely cleaning lady who checked in on us daily if we needed anything. The place itself was lovely and perfect for a week getaway as a couple, had everything we needed! Great value for money and 5 minutes from the beach. Amazing dining options close by too.

Excellent communications before we arrived. We were a family of 5, nice small touches; fresh fruit, milk, coffee etc. Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Parking also a bonus. Really recommend.

I had a great stay at Prime Suites Lytham. The property was very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The area around the property felt safe and peaceful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Prime Suites Lytham to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.

The apartment is great and well located, really comfortable and clean. Only criticism would be of the check in process - it's separate to this site, they require a deposit and it didn't work correctly... however, it was resolved very quicky after a phonecall and I wouldn't say to be put off by that!

Prime Suites was an excellent find for a short stay whilst visiting Blackpool. The location was quiet, peaceful and of good quality. The suite was very modern, clean, comfortable and of a high standard, almost luxurious. It was also exceptionally quiet, surprisingly so given there are 6 suites in the building, yet we heard no noise whatsoever from outside of our suite, a key priority for us. Communication and service from the providers, was quick, helpful and very professional. Check in and access was seamless with the virtual system. All in all highly recommended when visiting nearby.

Nice stay after having sorted out the issues with online check-in (a pet hate of mine but maybe I just need to get more ‘with it!’) Apartment was clean, well equipped and well located albeit this is in St Annes, not, as the name rather misleadingly suggests, Lytham. We would stay there again.

Great location, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops on door step. Fab location for a stroll along promenade even though the weather was horrendous (during the heavy storms and weather warnings!). We still went out and were there for a funeral. Amazing apartment on ground floor.
