Bildene som vises gir ikke et riktig bilde av hotellet, det ser veldig fint ut på bildene men virkeligheten er noe annet. Det sies at de har basseng men det stemmer ikke, det sies at de har en fin takterrasse men den er slett ikke fin og ingen lys der på kvelden. Rommet jeg fikk var stort og romslig, slik det var beskrevet på hotels.com, men det var dårlig Wifi dekning på rommet jeg fikk. Enkelt boende med bara enkel frukost (plus för frukten på frukosten)! Personalen i receptionen var underbara förutom sen kväll då hen inte pratade engelska! Hissen fungerade dåligt och vi fick ta trappen hela tiden. ACn fungerade sämre på ett av rummen och det var 40 grader Celsius vilket gjorde det tufft! Fina toaletter!

The staff was very nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth, especially since I had contacted them about arriving late—they ensured someone was there to greet me. The bathroom was spacious, and the bedroom was decent. Breakfast included eggs, cold-cuts, breads, tasty pastries and fruit. One thing to note is that while you can leave your baggage at the hotel, it’s stored in the front lobby, which felt a bit concerning at first. However, the staff assured us it wouldn’t be left unattended, and we took a leap of faith. Thankfully, everything went perfectly fine with our luggage. Overall, a nice stay!

Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. We were able to leave our belongings there, while we explored Naples, before our train left. Our room was large, especially by European standards. The four of us were very comfortable.

Loved it! Nice room that was clean, modern, and not too cramped. Staff were all very nice! We got takeaway pizza one night and the lady behind the counter said we could sit upstairs on the terrace which was really nice (we didn’t know about the terrace beforehand). Great hotel, good location not too far from the station, would recommend!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Martina went out of her way to assist us with sightseeing, restaurants etc. The family room was very spacious and mostly quiet. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was wonderful too.

Hotel was basic but very clean! Rooms are large. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was really nice-a great spread, not a typical hotel layout. Elevator was helpful with baggage.

Location is good because there are lots of options to eat around it, but we did not like the hotel in general. It did not look clean and Napoli in general is a super dirty city. The shower was clogged for the 4 nights we were there, even when we reported the issue the first day. The TV was not working and they came the second day to replace it for a smaller one and left the holes on the wall visible. We had an issue with the second key, which disappeared from the room, we do not know how because it was on top of the table, probably the same day they came to change the TV, and we were charged 20 euros for it. We never used it, but we actually don't know how it disappeared, so we had to pay for it. Ihave to say staff was very nice, but I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel bem conservado, quarto e banheiro enormes e limpos. Café da manhã farto no roof top. Martina foi extremamente atenciosa, nos indicou restaurantes, passeios, horários de trem, barcos e etc. A localização é boa, fizemos a maior parte dos passeios a pé, de trem e barco com acesso fácil.

De mensen achter de receptie waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren redelijk netjes, maar wel veel geluid vanaf de naastgelegen kamers en gang. Verder was de douche erg slordig afgewerkt, vieze kitnaden douchescherm versleten en douchestang te laag en half opgehangen.

Room is large and clean, however shower was a make shift shower which leaked all over the bathroom floor. Also, for some reason at night, both our room and our friends room one floor above had the smell of the drains come back into our bathrooms. We both had to let water flow in sink and shower for a few minutes for the smell to go away. If you are looking for just a place to sleep in a large bed, this is good. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, not recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a large family room with a kitchen area. The breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly. The only negative thing was the lack of soundproofing which was quite stressful as a family with young children. Otherwise everything was good.

The front desk staff at this hotel is fantastic. Very helpful, speaks english very well, and will bend over backward to help guests. The hotel is located in a very sketchy part of Naples, but close to the train/metro station. The room are modern and clean but the AC does not work very well and couldn't keep up with the Italy summer heat. We had trouble sleeping at night because it was so hot in our room. Not the hotel fault, but we couldn't wait to get out of Naples. The city is quite dirty and we felt unsafe most of the time.

The room was comfortable, but a little bit worn. Air conditioning worked, which was good because the area outside the hotel was not conducive to leaving the window open. There are coffee shops on the block, which is fortunate as there is no coffee available in the hotel. The area is - well, it's Naples. Busy, gritty and Italian.

The front desk staff at this hotel is fantastic. Very helpful, speaks english very well, and will bend over backward to help guests. What a wonderful find! Unfortunately, our navigation took us a roundabout way to get to the hotel which was disconcerting, until we realized the alternative. It was so close to the Main Street and train station. The staff were wonderful and very fluent in multiple languages. We used the patio on the first day for drinks but it rained the next day.

The Hotel was comfortable and well located. I would say it is a serviceable hotel. The people who make the breakfast buffet really put in a lot of effort and it looks and tastes delicious, with lots of variety...the coffee from a machine not so great.

This place was so cute! We were 3 adults and two children. They had an amazing breakfast that came as a perk through Expedia and a rooftop terrace that we sat outside and drank wine on. Our bed was a pull out sofa which was not very comfortable, but everything else was great. The location was not in a tourist area and close to the famous Pizzeria Da Michele.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing as by 9.00 (with breakfast 7.00 - 10.00) most of the food options had been eaten and there was to rush to refill any of the plates. Then the workman started drilling in the dining area at 9.30.
