Super cool hotel! It was a bank originally and the architecture is amazing! Valet is available to park your car. Easy check in , very nice amenities in the bedroom and bath. Restaurants and shops at the hotel are top tier.

Great hotel, nice upgrades throughout. Cleanest room I have stayed in all year. Valet /check in traffic is a nightmare, but that was the only downside! The attached garage parking is convenient.

Very well maintained high end property, we stayed in a suite with a king sized bed, it can sleep 4 with the pull out bed in the living room, the room was clean and ready to go at check in, our only complaint was we went down and had a couple of drinks at the bar, we ordered an appetizer meatballs, after we cut into them it looked like they weren't cooked through all the way so we sent them back and they gave us another,but after cutting into them they were the same way pink inside they told us they were fully cooked that it was the pork that was that color, but we don't eat meat that doesn't looked fully cooked,they took it off our bill, we did order room service and got a pizza that was fine.

The restoration of the bank building is exceptional! Absolute beauty everywhere you look! The hotel side of things could use some work though. Valet and check in was good but it’s when we got to our room that things changed. For this hotel only having been open for a short time, I expected it to be in pristine condition, it was not. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor with missing or cracked grout, peeling wallpaper on the wardrobe, shampoo in the shower empty and a questionable brown substance splattered all over the toilet seat. Thankfully housekeeping was quick to respond to the toilet cleanliness but we didn’t figure out the shampoo until later. The size of the bath towels are generous and the amount of bath linens provided is good also! The “Mini Bar” prices are quite steep for cookies, crackers candy and soda and room service charges a $5 or $15 delivery fee on top of an automatic 18% gratuity (we did not use it). The overall setup of the room was nice and comfortable but unfortunately neither of us got good rest between the bed’s firmness, the light coming in from the parking garage view and hearing conversation and water running in the room next door. For the price and expectation of this new “higher end” hotel, I would rather stay at another historic, very well known OKC hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel. With tons of history and character and stylish decor. My only two small complaints are: 1) the room had a bit of an odor to it. Generally, we’d smell it right when we walked in but then it would subside over time. Not sure what the smell was (possibly cigarette smell that they tried to cover up or something). 2) any hotel whose tvs are setup in such a way that you can’t easily connect your own devices automatically get a docked a point. It’s 2024, there’s absolutely no excuse for trying to prevent people from connecting a game console and roku.

This property needs a sound engineering study. Door slamming from the drunk or idiotic guests is horrible and woke us both nights we stayed. Other properties we have stayed, both nationally and internationally, have addressed this issue successfully.

I took a star away since none of the lights in the bathroom seemed to be connected to a wall switch. The motion-sense worked, but that led to the lights shutting off during my shower. Not apocalyptic, but moodier than I anticipated.

Excellent property. Only bad thing I can say is that it was difficult to get the bathroom lights to stay on. Motion sensors I think but couldn’t hardly get dressed and keep the lights on

For the price point, the service at this hotel was not up to par. When you walk in, it is unclear where to go to check in and there is no one around to point you in the right direction. When we found the check in desk, there was a computer issue and a long line. No problem, I get this. But the employees were flustered and annoyed. Only CJ seemed to be really working on the problem. Customer service went out the window and as a guest, I felt like I was putting them out by trying to check in. Then a young girl with long eyelashes took over. She had an AirPod in and seemed totally disinterested. We finally got checked in. Room was nice but if you get an interior room, the view is that of a brick wall with windows across from you. Then the next day, we went out to breakfast. When we came back, our keys did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk 3 times, each time returning to the 3rd floor where our key did NOT work again. No apology from staff. I get that tech does not always work but I think staff should acknowledge the frustration a guest will feel going back up and down an elevator for 30 minutes to try to get into their room while they are trying to head home. Finally, a staff member walked us to our room and let us in. So, yeah, this was a hotel stay for an annual trip. Next year we will head back to the colcord which is cheaper and always has great service.

If you are going to OKC, you need to stay at this hotel! It is beautiful and customer service is outstanding. We had breakfast at Tellers and dinner at the steakhouse. Both were delicious. My husband and I love steakhouses, but this has to be one of the best steak places. The bar in the vault was very trendy and not to packed. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff. We were met at as we got off the garage elevator and escorted to the check in. Then escorted to the elevator to our room with a quick explanation of everything at the hotel. Very quick. Room was very nice

We pulled up, and unbeknownst to us, the Vallet was parking another car. We saw a worker on break who took the time to get out our luggage, help us to the check-in desk, and then proceeded to check us in. They care about customer service.

They overbooked me and they called me 2 hours before check in and left a message. Within minutes I called back , was put on hold, had to call back, left a message which was never returned so I went to the Sheraton and had a nice room for half the cost.

The ambiance is key! The front office was incredibly helpful and personable! The bar was understaffed and somewhat inhospitable. We did get waited on and drinks were great. The entire space is drafty; take your coat for sure. The mattresses need replacing; they are uncomfortably dished, but rooms are clean and very nice. Overall we love the romance of The National and enjoy spending our Anniversary there.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. The on-site restaurants aren't cheap, but VERY good. Same with the quality of the drinks at the bars. Steakhouse has elite bread pudding. Everyone that we interacted with was absolutely above everyone else in the service industry at most other places we've visited in the last couple years. This is truly our standard now for our frequent OKC visits.
