O hotel é maravilhoso, conforto, acessibilidade, atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários da recepção que nos deixaram fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto sem custo adicional. Os funcionários da limpeza e do café da manhã muito educados e prestativos. Tem um supermercado quase ao lado do hotel que funcionava ate de madrugada, a localização do hotel era perfeita, próximo do Dubai Mall, e quase em frente ao metro. J’avais demandé un étage élevé ou une belle vue, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking au second étage…. Le plus décevant, la vue de la piscine est un montage, elle ne correspond absolument pas, un immeuble se situe juste devant la piscine, et donc il n’y a aucune vue sur la ville. We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

I want to share an honest stay about my trip. The hotel has serious problems with organisation. You will not get a reply from them by mail and they cannot help you on the phone. I had a room booked with one large bed specifically, which I paid for. At reception we were told - - Oh, sorry, we don't have rooms, only 2 single beds. - But I'm with my wife and I have a room booked! - We can't help you. The same situation happened to my colleague and a few other people. If you are travelling with someone - consider that your requests will not be fulfilled, even those you have paid for. Other colleagues phoned me in the evening, saying - and we were not found in the system at all! So you can have a situation where you have booked a room and you just don't get checked in, and you have to deal with it for an hour. An hour of your time. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3. This is not my opinion alone, but the opinion of a group of 20 people who had the same problems. Just take this into consideration when booking.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and has a plethora of choices.
