Great space for our family of 4 (2 teenagers), felt brand new. Our room was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed, modern amenities and fantastic air conditioning. Excellent location in a safe, quiet building. Everything was ready and waiting for us including our friendly host Angelo. Breakfast was wonderful and Maria a pleasure. Such a kind welcome to Napoli!

If you get the pleasure of booking this adorable bed-and-breakfast, do it. We were met with smiling faces and genuine hospitality. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal with as much cappuccino and yummy breakfast goodies as you could ever want. If we ever get to go back to Naples, we will most definitely stay with this sweet young couple at their bed-and-breakfast. There is an elevator that they will give you the €.10 to ride after a long day of exploring. They shared with us so many of the exciting places to go and recommended some of the best food we have had in Italy so far. The best bed-and-breakfast we have ever had the pleasure to visit. Absolutely no negatives.

Arrived late and struggled to get through on intercom but then it was all plain sailing. Lots of helpful information re transport links and options to help our journey to Māori the next day. Breakfast has a good choice and coffee was excellent. Again we were helped with an online transport booking and even had our tickets printed off. Lovely staff and would stopover there again. It is clean and the fitments/furniture are in good condition, bathroom is well kitted out.

First, I contacted the property a few days earlier to mention what time we would be checking in. They responded promptly and said that he would be there and no problem (we were not sure when we would arrive, sometime between 5 and 6 pm). When we arrived at the property and buzzed in, Angelo met us at the door and was extremely hospitable checking us in. He provided us with information about the area, along with his recommended sites. The room was excellent and fit our needs just fine. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast was light, which is how we like it. No complaints at all from us. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the location. Lots of shops, restaurants and stuff to see. On our last morning, they ordered us a cab and off to the train station, which is easily within walking distance too if you’re travelling light. Overall would highly recommend U259B&b Napoli. We would not hesitate to stay here again either. Thanks Angelo!

The place is great, bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, clean bathroom and spacious room. the location cannot be better, very well connected to the historic center and to the main train and metro station. Our host Angelo gave us amazing recommendations and was very friendly with us at check in / check out, if we come back to Napoli soon, we will definitely stay at U259 B&B.

Lovely place to stay, right in the city center in a lovely old building, we stayed in room 5 which was massive and quiet considering we were right in the middle of the city. Angelo was outside to greet us as we arrived early, affter checking in he gave us a map and advised us where some of the better attractions and resturants were. We had a wonderful stay here and would return again.

Amazing room- we booked the family room for the two of us. Very large and clean. Located 10 min walk from train from sorrento. Super friendly and helpful at check in for recommendations of city attractions. Must bring your own shampoo and conditioner; only soap and body wash offered.

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast and staff were perfect to get our day started. The shower is our only complaint, it was so incredibly small we could barely use it. Otherwise, the room was very neat with lots of storage and the staff were so friendly and even gave us recommendations for places to go.

Room was very comfortable including the bed (think it might have been memory foam). The shower was good for temperature and water pressure but the cubicle is very small. I could manage it just, but my husband struggled to fit in. The host was very helpful and location was walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, central and close to transport.Incredibly kind owner who waited 4 hours after the check in time for us to arrive as we were running late and not a cross word!He then took extra time to explain the city and where the best restaurants and places to visit in Naples. Highly recommend this spotlessly clean and new BnB. On check out our luggage was safely held and once again the owner made sure we got to our next destination safely. My advice is “stay there” when visiting Naples.

Our one night stay was an adventure in exploring the city with incredible recommendations from U259. Only to return to our space and feel completely at home. Modern, fresh, clean and convenient as we had a 6AM train. 5 min walk to the station...a hidden gem.

Great location an easy walk from the train station and close to everything in the historic centre. Beautiful property, nicely designed and spotless. Breakfast was lovely and the team was so friendly and helpful. Only negative was our room which looked over a side street was noisy even with the windows closed. I would ask for a room on the back which would be quieter. Overall a wonderful stay!

The B& B was updated and clean but the surrounding area was average They had a lift for the luggage and met us in a timely manor the staff was friendly and helpful it is close to the central train station

Hotel was great, very clean and staff was super friendly. Great location (which means it can get a bit noisy, but that’s kind of the trade-off for being able to walk to everything). Would highly recommend!

Great location, very close to Napoli Centrale and Porta Nolana train stations, walking distances. Hotel is on one of the main streets which has tons of other hotels, restaurants and shopping. Convenient enough to find whatever you need. Hotel was decent enough for the price paid, spacious room, ample enough restroom, comfy bed. Restroom shower doors don’t close completely so had to shower at a specific angle to not have water all on the floor. Had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel or bar soap but they gladly gave it. Breakfast in the morning was good to start the day off but it’s pretty light. It’s a B&B so I knew what to expect. Overall decent enough stay for the price. It was one of the least expensive hotels with better ratings and the location alone made it worth it. I’d possibly stay again if I came back to Naples but wouldn’t rush to come back to this one

Great location - easy to walk to many sites, restaurants and street markets. Clean and modern rooms - a lot bigger than we were expecting. Lovely staff - friendly and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast included - simple breakfast and perfect to set you up for a great day ahead.

This is not a hotel but a B&B. Location was okay, not too far from train station. Room was good size but showers were small and you need to provide your own shampoo, etc, The breakfast was decent, no hot food but plenty of food. The hours for breakfast was later most places starting at 8 instead of 7 or 7:30 so it was harder to eat before daily tours. City tax needs to be paid in cash.

This b&b was good and had everything you would need, except for a safe (recommendation to add to rooms). The host was lovely and very helpful, breakfast was perfect and had some protein which we appreciated, and the beds were comfortable. The shower is really small which wasn’t a big surprise for Italy and true to Naples, it was loud outside at all hours of the night. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to friends but be very careful near the train station
