Generally if you don't want to sleep, this is the hotel for you. No possible to sleep because frames of windows are damaged. There is a gap inside and there is nothing to protect from the noise. The noise from the highway is so high that is no possible to sleep. 4 nights and no change of towels. I asked for it but no reaction. I also asked for an iron and guess what- i didn't get it. No toilet paper , when i asked for it, i got tissues. To go down you need calculate 20 minutes because elevators doesn't work properly. So this hotel is only for preppers not business.

The bathroom was always wet , my partner slipped and fell on the floor hurt his back, the communication with cleaners ask them things keep forgetting to bring asking them everyday for something not enough experience in their line of work , it stayed 24 hour room service they don’t have it anymore I was told a bar there isn’t one false statements bout property , and check in told me I don’t have a room I had tonesitb3 hours for a room , no apologies or refund or any consolation to it not good enough have stayed there before and wasn’t this bad

Hotel at excellent location and great staff but room intererior needs attention and repairing. My room went throught recent renovation but they seem to letting guest in without completing the room renovation. My room has an excellent view but it was too noisy as windows were broken and you can hear wind and cars like you are on the street. Curtains were not installed properly and inner curtain were totally missing in the room. Also curtains were not covering the whole windows so light was coming in the day time. Also entrance was dusty and given sofa had paint spots and etc. With such lovely view, location and good staff if they fixed these small things I would love to stay here again and again.

The only positive about this hotel is the location. Otherwise expect to run several times to the reception for not working key cards and begging for missing towels. If you order food it just doesn't get delivered. Rooms are dirty. Matras cover too short. Mould everywhere in the corners in the bathroom. Worn out furniture. Small tv. Very slow or intermittent internet,... Do not book this hotel unless you like such misery.

When you walk into the lobby, you think that this is a temporary hotel with a temporary front desk, I came in on a really busy day and it was absolutely mayhem, but I have seen it be more quiet on other days. The staff is slow, but they are nice, they’re trying their best. If you get a good rate on this room, take it. The hotel is under construction so some areas are a mess and some areas are perfect. I was on the 28th floor and got a huge room, but the room was really old, however , everything was clean. Then they asked me to move into the sixth floor because they were going to be doing construction on the 28th floor. They moved me to what they call a “suite” however it was smaller, but it was updated and again really clean. so by the looks of it, the hotel looks like it’s falling apart, but really, there is a nice staff. bedding is clean, Rooms have a small refrigerator, which is nice. And both of my rooms had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. And also right in front of the metro! The elevators are really slow so ask for a room that is lower level or else you’ll be stopping on every single level before you get to your floor. And the Internet is dodgy, it’s fine for a bit of work here and there, but if you are trying to take video calls, not sure this is a place to do it. If I got a good rate I would stay here again. Not glamorous at all but fine

I was on the 27th floor and I could hear a loud humming noise which at first thought that it was the Air-conditioning. But it turned out that the windows aren't sound proofed. They didn't have towels for me to have a shower on the first night. The 3rd night, power was cut off because the card that I had inserted on the doorway expired. I noticed this at 4am when I went to use the bathroom. I called reception and they wouldn't answer the phone at 4am, I called again and they eventually picked-up offering to send a technician which I rejected as I need to go to sleep. The lifts were stopping at random floors but no one was on the floor to get in. It was extremely annoying pressing the button for the doors to close so the lift to keep going. Even more annoying waiting for the lift to arrive. On the positive side, the hotel is right at the entrance of a Metro station which was convenient for me to go places. And there were a few restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The room were old and a bit smelly, killed a cockroach on the second day of my stay but they kept appearing in the bathroom and kitchen, i got to change to another room, but it still have some cockroaches and the same problems of the first room. Last time i stay in this hotel.

카드키가 계속 고장나서 매번 리셉션을 반복해서 가야했고 심지어 계속된 교체에도 제대로 작동한 적이 별로 없다. 세면대 곰팡이나 파손된 부분등이 그냥 방치되고 있으며 청소 후에도 수건을 놓고 가지 않는 등 최악의 호텔서비스를 경험 하였다.

The front desk staff very unprofessional, rude, and they looked like they had no idea what they are doing. Going up towards the room, the hallways were completely filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned…never? The room was the same, dirty, the sheets were stained and no towels in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame because the area is lovely.

Unfortunately, it was not a comfortable stay. The floor was very dirty, smoking smell even it supposed to be a non-smoking room. The rest room was broken and I was too tired to complain about it. I’m sorry to tell you this but it is truth and my honest comment about this hotel.

The most prime location of Dubai and the worst kept property in this location. Forget high end facilities, the floors were dirty, bathroom fittings were faulty even the window curtains were hanging with missing hooks. Something that basic wouldn’t cost more than a few cents but the owners and managers seem to lack motivation or attitude of being in service industry. It was my second time in this property and I book it for amazing view and location and accessibility to transportation. But I guess this was the last time I was at this property. I was misinformed that the new management had improved the quality of services. Liars.

The room had broken furniture, torn curtains, a broken bath/shower and needed complete refurbishment. We arrived at 5am from a night flight so slept for a few hours and then immediately checked out from an 8 day planned stay. We were refused a refund.

The noise from the highway is so high that is no possible to sleep. 4 nights and no change of towels. I asked for it but no reaction. I also asked for an iron and guess what- i didn't get it. No toilet paper , when i asked for it, i got tissues. To go down you need calculate 20 minutes because elevators doesn't work properly. So this hotel is only for preppers not business.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location — just 50 meters from the entrance to the Financial Centre metro station. The windows offer a view of the Burj Khalifa. Everything else is disappointing. Even the view of the Burj Khalifa doesn’t bring much joy, as the windows are very dirty. The furniture is old. The dining table in my room was actually chipped. The kettle was dirty inside — I had to clean it myself. When I checked into the room, there were no towels or clothes hangers. There is a phone in the room, but no instructions anywhere on how to call reception. I had to go down to reception and ask for towels and hangers. The receptionists promised to bring everything within 15 minutes. However, after an hour, I had to go down again because nothing had arrived. Eventually they brought towels, but instead of two large ones, only one. They promised to bring the second one in 15 minutes, but it never came. The same happened with my requests to have laundry collected and then returned. On the day of departure, I asked reception to arrange a late checkout until 2:00 PM. The receptionist assured me there would be no problem. However, at 12:30 PM, a different staff member called and insisted I vacate the room immediately. I had made two separate bookings — the first for two nights, the second for five nights right after. I did this deliberately after reading that many guests were unhappy with the hotel. I am too. And I cancelled the second booking.

Hotel at excellent location and great staff but room intererior needs attention and repairing. My room went throught recent renovation but they seem to letting guest in without completing the room renovation. My room has an excellent view but it was too noisy as windows were broken and you can hear wind and cars like you are on the street. Curtains were not installed properly and inner curtain were totally missing in the room. Also curtains were not covering the whole windows so light was coming in the day time. Also entrance was dusty and given sofa had paint spots and etc. With such lovely view, location and good staff if they fixed these small things I would love to stay here again and again.

When you walk into the lobby, you think that this is a temporary hotel with a temporary front desk, I came in on a really busy day and it was absolutely mayhem, but I have seen it be more quiet on other days. The staff is slow, but they are nice, they’re trying their best. If you get a good rate on this room, take it. The hotel is under construction so some areas are a mess and some areas are perfect. I was on the 28th floor and got a huge room, but the room was really old, however , everything was clean. Then they asked me to move into the sixth floor because they were going to be doing construction on the 28th floor. They moved me to what they call a “suite” however it was smaller, but it was updated and again really clean. so by the looks of it, the hotel looks like it’s falling apart, but really, there is a nice staff. bedding is clean, Rooms have a small refrigerator, which is nice. And both of my rooms had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. And also right in front of the metro! The elevators are really slow so ask for a room that is lower level or else you’ll be stopping on every single level before you get to your floor. And the Internet is dodgy, it’s fine for a bit of work here and there, but if you are trying to take video calls, not sure this is a place to do it. If I got a good rate I would stay here again. Not glamorous at all but fine

I was on the 27th floor and I could hear a loud humming noise which at first thought that it was the Air-conditioning. But it turned out that the windows aren't sound proofed. They didn't have towels for me to have a shower on the first night. The 3rd night, power was cut off because the card that I had inserted on the doorway expired. I noticed this at 4am when I went to use the bathroom. I called reception and they wouldn't answer the phone at 4am, I called again and they eventually picked-up offering to send a technician which I rejected as I need to go to sleep. The lifts were stopping at random floors but no one was on the floor to get in. It was extremely annoying pressing the button for the doors to close so the lift to keep going. Even more annoying waiting for the lift to arrive. On the positive side, the hotel is right at the entrance of a Metro station which was convenient for me to go places. And there were a few restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The air conditioning made the room so cold that it was unpleasant and uncomfortable even after it was turned off unable to open a window to let warm air in checked out first thing. The staff seemed not to care it’s crazy to set aircon on full so that rooms freeze especially in winter in dubai when if anything you need to heat the room when it’s cool outside

Worst experience ever. There were guests arguing with the reception. From the conversation they wanted refunds due to the condition of the rooms. There was another lady who had been waiting for 3 hours because they could not find her booking. When I went up to the counter after waiting 25 minutes I was also told they couldn’t find my booking and asked me to have a seat. I left and called Hotels.com that could not help. So I booked a different hotel and was not refunded.

チェックインに40分並んで待ちました。とても込んでいるのに受付スタッフは1人。しかも横入りの客が度々現れそれに対応するので、列はなかなか進まなかった。やっと順番が来てもお待たせしましたもなく、パスポートを無言で受け取り海外の入国審査の様な無愛想な事務作業といった感じ。その後、ホテルの入口ですぐにスーツケースを預けさらたので、その時渡された引き換えの番号札を持って受け取りに行くが、自分のスーツケースななかなか出て来なかった。どこにあるか分からない様で、自分でクロークの中に入って探した。何のための引き換えの番号札なのか・・。ここまで50分経過。やっとたどり着いた部屋に入ってみてビックリ。予約した部屋とは全く違う一人には広すぎる部屋。一見広いと良いように感じるが、部屋の中に廊下や独立したキッチン、トイレ二つ、会議室？の様な広いリビング、ベットルーム。部屋は冷房がガンガンで17度に設定されたまま壊れていてボタンを押しても動かず、消す事も出来ない。宿泊の為でなく、深夜のフライトの為それまでの滞在の為だけに取った部屋だったので、何とか耐えたが、宿泊はしたくないホテルだった。チェックアウトもありがとうもなく、OKと言われただけ。場所は文句ないが、ホテルの対応としては、申し訳ないが点数は付けられない。全員のスタッフがそうとは思わない、しかし残念としか言いようがない。

The trip has so far been one one big disaster. First the booking werent registered at the hotel, next was our breakfasts which we had included while booking was not visible in their system so we had to pay for the breakfast at the hotel too. Staff at the reception are refusing to follow up with the booking platform and leaves the problem with the customer. This hotel is clearly focused on quantity over quality -which is clearly visible when getting into the rooms. in the first 10 minutes I saw and killed more cockroaches than i have seen in 7 years in my apartment in Addis Ababa. I asked the reception to spray the room but this was not done. cleaning of rooms is also very minimal hair on the floor which clearly doesnt belong to me can be on the floor for day - and all the dead cockroaches which I left visible for them to clean and spray was left for 2 days by housekeeping My advise to all travelers is- STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - even a hostel is a better option

The front desk staff very unprofessional, rude, and they looked like they had no idea what they are doing. Going up towards the room, the hallways were completely filthy, looked like they haven’t been cleaned…never? The room was the same, dirty, the sheets were stained and no towels in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame because the area is lovely.

The location is good near train station. Also located on Shiek Zayed Boulevard near shops and restaurants. The front desk personal was unpolite at the check in. He assigned us a different room of what we reserved. After I asked for a manager to speak, he left for a while then assigned the right reserve room after half an hour.

フロントの人が少なくチェックインでかなり待たされた。部屋もブルジュハリファビューでの予約が広い部屋ではあったがシティビューの部屋となっていた。また追加で手数料も請求された (その時は税金かと思ったが別の請求だった) 部屋は写真のイメージとは異なりかなり古い部屋だった。同じフロアで工事をしていたので改装前だったのかもしれないですが。 バスが２つありベットルーム以外にもう一部屋ありレンタルルーム用の部屋だったのかもしれない。 場所は駅前で便利な場所で料金も割引されて¥8200だったので料金相当だったとは思う。

I was on the 27th floor and I could hear a loud humming noise which at first thought that it was the Air-conditioning. But it turned out that the windows aren't sound proofed. They didn't have towels for me to have a shower on the first night. The 3rd night, power was cut off because the card that I had inserted on the doorway expired. I called reception and they wouldn't answer the phone at 4am, I called again and they eventually picked-up offering to send a technician which I rejected as I need to go to sleep. The lifts were stopping at random floors but no one was on the floor to get in. It was extremely annoying pressing the button for the doors to close so the lift to keep going. Even more annoying waiting for the lift to arrive. On the positive side, the hotel is right at the entrance of a Metro station which was convenient for me to go places. And there were a few restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The bathroom was always wet , my partner slipped and fell on the floor hurt his back, the communication with cleaners ask them things keep forgetting to bring asking them everyday for something not enough experience in their line of work , it stayed 24 hour room service they don’t have it anymore I was told a bar there isn’t one false statements bout property , and check in told me I don’t have a room I had tonesitb3 hours for a room , no apologies or refund or any consolation to it not good enough have stayed there before and wasn’t this bad

The trip has so far been one one big disaster. First the booking werent registered at the hotel, next was our breakfasts which we had included while booking was not visible in their system so we had to pay for the breakfast at the hotel too. Staff at the reception are refusing to follow up with the booking platform and leaves the problem with the customer. This hotel is clearly focused on quantity over quality -which is clearly visible when getting into the rooms. in the first 10 minutes I saw and killed more cockroaches than i have seen in 7 years in my apartment in Addis Ababa. I asked the reception to spray the room but this was not done. cleaning of rooms is also very minimal hair on the floor which clearly doesnt belong to me can be on the floor for day - and all the dead cockroaches which I left visible for them to clean and spray was left for 2 days by housekeeping My advise to all travelers is- STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - even a hostel is a better option

The only positive about this hotel is the location. Otherwise expect to run several times to the reception for not working key cards and begging for missing towels. If you order food it just doesn't get delivered. Rooms are dirty. Matras cover too short. Mould everywhere in the corners in the bathroom. Worn out furniture. Small tv. Very slow or intermittent internet,... Do not book this hotel unless you like such misery.

There were no towels, toilet papers nor teas. I had to ask for them. Asked for them to be brought after I was back in my room as I did not secure my valuables.when I got back to the room there were two dingy towels placed on bed despite me saying not to go into room without me being there. The check in was a disaster, very disorganized and no sense of priority based on who was there waiting first. The room itself was okay, the hallways smell musty and need airing out

5人で宿泊のため3ベッドルームを予約していた。 時間までチェックインできずチェックイン時間になり30分以上並び、ようやく順番が来たが、3ベッドルームがメンテナンスのため準備出来ないと言われ3部屋という事で仕方なく承諾し、再度10分後に来るように言われる。再度長蛇の列に並びフロントと会話すると今度は2室しか無いと言われる。先程3室と言ったのは何だったのか？と問い合わせると嫌ならキャンセルすれば良いと強気の姿勢。仕方なく2室(1室はエキストラベッド追加)で合意した。 こんなホテルにクレジットカードを使う事が嫌だったため宿泊税を現金で支払おうとしたがお釣りが無いと言われる。あり得ない。 我々だけでなくチェックインしている人は皆フロントにクレームを言っている感じだった。 ようやくチェックインが終わって部屋に行こうとするとエレベーターが人混みで待っても来ない。 常にエレベーターは混雑していて、荷物がない時は9階まで非常階段で移動していた。 部屋に入るとタオルが足りない。テレビが映らない。テレビは修理に来てもらったが、また来ると言って結局修理には来なかった。 エキストラベッドも追加されないまま1キングベッドに3人寝なければならなかった。 部屋はベランダがあったのは良かったが非常に古く窓が完全に締まらないため幹線沿いのため車の音がうるさい。 朝食付きで予約していたため翌朝朝食会場に行くと1部屋2名分しか朝食が付いていないと言われる。フロントに強く交渉すると全員分朝食をつけてもらえたが嫌々仕方なくという感じだった。ただ有料で朝食をつける価値のない朝食だった。 唯一良かった事はベランダからブルジュハリファが見えたためカウントダウンは部屋から楽しめた。 こんなひどい対応をするホテルは初めてです。 予約の際は注意してください。

Perfect location, friendly staff. Hotel could do with more attention to detail on finer details. For example on my balcony the wall had been painted but the masking tape was still there. The shower drain was so slow to drain the water it would often flood the bathroom floor. Housekeeping only change bins and sheets but do not mop the floors. I stayed for a week and any issue I had was fixed quickly. More options for breakfast would be great, like more cereals, pastries and fruit

this was the worst experience in Dubai. Although Hotel location was good but hotel's condition itself was the worst. its a very old n dirty hotel. i have ever seen in my life.i have Paid 900AED for one night and all went in Waste. smelly rooms. Dirty washrooms. Broken floor tiles. No towels. Broken and stained roof. Broken toilet Showers. Tv Dont work properly. AC make so much noise. its very hard to sleep. very uncomfortable bed and pillows. i will not recommend anyone to stay there even it is free. at Night you can see call girls sitting in lobby. it is more like a pick up spot. i have attached some of the picture i got and keep in mind it was their premium room not the standard room All over the WORST Stay in Dubai.
