Room was adequate and comfortable and clean. There are no cafes, shops etc anywhere near this hotel. Though it does have a few eating options and small shop and bar within it - reasonably priced. Pool is small and not the cleanest. Spa pool was out of order. Didn’t realise when we booked this hotel that it is the largest poker room in the world!!!

My stay was amazing. I went for some self care. I checked in and went down to pick up dinner. Went back to my room and enjoyed a good book. Woke up early to lay by the pool, then got an exquisite massage at the Spa. I cant say enough about how great the spa experience was. My breakfast was as amazing as my dinner. All around a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay, even for a night. We initially parked far so it was tough trying to walk through the casino area, especially with a teen, then found out that the valet is complimentary! That was amazing. The front desk and valet were very polite. My stay was short so I can't say too much on other staff, the restaurant, or the cleaning services so everything was great for me.

The property was great for what we needed. We were traveling and gone each day to different places we were visiting. I wish the beds were queens as doubles are not comfortable for 2 people. Also, only table games in the casino is a huge bummer. The hot tub and pool, while small, were nice to use after a long day. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Mr. Banks was sub par for food. Wasn’t very flavorful and seemed a little overpriced. Also the service was terrible and we waited 20 minutes to get out check and the waitress was nowhere around. Overall would recommend, however it’s not close to any food or stores so was a little inconvenient. It is right off the highway though if you need to get to Disney or LA

Emergency alarm went off twice in the early in morning while everybody was still asleep! The Jacuzzi water was yellow, disgusting!!! The soap dispensers in the bathroom didn’t work!! I will NEVER stay there again.

I stayed here for a night and the room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was spacious with a brand new vanity mirror with built in Bluetooth speakers (first time I ever saw that!). The room itself had a great view of LA and the TV was GIGANTIC. My only complaint is that the lobby set up is terrible. The front desk consists of 2 tiny podiums tucked far away. I had to walk circles around the sea of poker tables to find it. Also the self parking situation isn’t the best, but at least it was free!

There was blood on the curtains and bathtub was black on bottom of it and found hair on the bed. Mattress made you sink in the middle you could feel the springs definitely needs a new mattress.

Room was dirty, walked around without socks for about 5 minutes and my feet were black and covered in dirt. I dropped something under the bed and when i moved it to look there was a condom under the bed. I used the vending machine on my floor to buy sprite and the ones dispenced had expired in october of 2023, this was January of 2025. There was also no mini fridge or microwave in the room or available to use on the property, which made saving food on the vacation difficult. The input on the TV is locked down so we could not connect a gaming console or streaming device, your only options are standard definition tv or $20 movies, regardless if theyre new or came out in the 90s. As a whole the facility was nice, the staff was polite, the valet parking was super convenient and being right next to an onramp made travel to and from the hotel easy, but those glarring issued definitely left a mark on an otherwise good vacation.

One of our employees awoke to find a bed bug staring her in the face. This was confirmed and acknowledged by your staff. Despite assurances that one of the rooms would be comped due to this disturbing and unsanitary condition, no such action was taken. Bed bugs represent a serious public health issue and reflect inadequate housekeeping and pest control practices. We were informed upon arrival that the hotel’s pool was “down for maintenance” and were told to use the pool at another hotel. Guests should be informed of major amenity closures prior to booking, not after payment and check-in. After the bed bug incident, employees were moved to another room, which was dirty, smelled foul, and had visibly damaged furniture. They were then moved a second time. One of the rooms was advertised as sleeping three adults, but in reality had only two beds and an ottoman, which staff expected a full-grown adult to sleep on. After over fifteen minutes of discussion at the front desk, the staff finally admitted the misrepresentation. This is a bait-and-switch and violates California consumer protection laws. In addition, the valet service displayed behavior that was unprofessional, suspicious, and possibly discriminatory. I personally handed my valet ticket to an attendant, who then refused to bring my car.

The hotel looks great from the outside. The lobby and hallway looks great too. Well decorated for Christmas. The whole time was quiet and relaxing. However, the room we stayed in was classified as executive but felt out of place. The bathroom doors didn’t work well (hard to slide and remained opened a little when fully closed), a 4 inch bath tub, a broken lamp, and the bed had bumps either broken or overused. Maybe stay here again if I was playing cards otherwise considering elsewhere as well.

Rooms are pretty clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable as well. During the weekend it got loud at night with the music coming from the hotel itself and the shower needs shelfs for personal toiletries.

Good place, rooms were quiet despite the casino downstairs. Staff were friendly and kind, this included the security guards at the entrances for the casino. Didn’t like the added resort fee I had to pay at the hotel despite paying for the trip via Expedia. They should have a separate parking designated for those staying at the hotel, due to the casino you has to look for parking in the lot and at times park far in the lot and walk. Stay as good tho, would stay again.

Stayed here after a work event. First went to take a shower and there was no body wash left in the dispenser. Went to call housekeeping to get more body wash multiple times and no one ever picked up. Ordered $90 worth of food through the website and multiple items were missing and incorrect. Then tried to call room service over 5 times to get the missing and corrected items and couldn't get through. Finally got through to the front desk and they transfered me to room service multiple times and kept getting a voice mail or busy signal. Called front desk again and they got me on the phone with someone. When we got our missing items delivered I took a few bites of the cheese fries and there was a long piece of hair in the fries. Absolutely disgusting place and extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Will never stay here again and I will make sure to let my friends and family know about this experience.

Everything was ok until they “cleaned” the rooms Every time housekeeping came there was trails of others hair everywhere smh On sheets On the floors On towels It was off putting So I just asked them to stop since I had to clean My room myself I just didn’t want it anymore I had to call down and request linens and towels myself just to prevent it Then valet supposedly misplaced my vehicle smh took them nearly 20 min to track it down They apologized but just not a good feeling I won’t be back

The pictures definitely do the property more justice than when you actually arrive. The staff was kind and nice. However the area is not good.. very industrial and really no walking options. The room was large, except the entire hotel had a weird smell through out. It is very outdated. Bed was comfy. Wouldn’t stay here again because of the area and how the pictures aren’t what it’s really like. But still had a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Commerce mainly due to the staff. Upon arrival, I immediately loved the FREE valet service (tips welcomed of course). There was security stationed right at the front door, which made me feel safe. He greeted my party and arranged for the bellhop to assist with our luggage. A gentleman named Kyle checked us in and he was awesome. The executive room we booked was not available, so he made it his business to make sure we were still accommodated. From the beverage credit, to bringing a mini fridge and microwave to our room, waived the resort fees, AND a 1pm check out! The guy was truly one of the best customer service reps I've encountered. My only con about the hotel is the location. It's about 30 mins (not including traffic) outside of the downtown L.A area.

Good staff, quiet, clean rooms, great beds but has the worst shower heads known to man. Very limited amenities, and not really cose (walkable) to any decent dining options. You will need a car or be prepared to Uber if you want to eat out.

The property looks much nicer in the photos, the bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. We didn’t need the complimentary shower gels but if we did they were empty. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Just not what we expected. Surrounded area isn’t the nicest.

If you don't want to gamble, don't live here when travel to LA. It's way toooo far from downtown and might take an hour and a half to go to airport and other major attractions. However, the service is amazing. We got complimentary microwave and mini fridge send directly to our room which was great.

The casino was dirty and busy. The pool was conveniently closed and the restaurant was also closed at random times. The room was average but the bed was hard and the vents in the room were dirty, and the shower head was falling off. At check in they didn’t give me the WiFi code and when I tried to call downstairs when I needed it around 11:30pm no one at the front desk would answer ever. The casino was run down there was trash on the floor and the coffee and drink station was gross. I saw a prostitute at the bar and a man asking her about her services. I left the bar as soon as I heard this. The hotel is sketchy and did not feel comfortable there at all! The security was even odd!

It looks newly renovated but it was done on the cheap. I don't like uncarpeted hotel rooms, though the vinyl flooring looked good. The double beds are very small and the mattresses were uncomfortable; pillows were good. The highway noise was loud, but mostly drowned out by the louder A/C. (I'm glad I brought ear plugs!) Bathroom was nice. Housekeeping was great, front desk was okay. Valet parking and wifi included in the $30/d "resort fee" tacked on to the price of the room. Food options were pretty poor: the diner was closed all morning on Sunday, so no breakfast there. For a place that specializes in poker, I was shocked at how inefficient their process was to register for the WSOPC tournaments. The tourney clocks are few and small in the large ballroom, they might as well not exist. Dealers were mostly competent but usually slow. Unless you are staying here to gamble for a couple of days, you'd be better off at lots of other hotels in LA. I don't think I'll be back.
