I will stay here again. For the price, this is in a pretty convenient location. You can safely walk to several different restaurants or take a very quick taxi ride to some of the most popular shopping and entertainment centers of north Dallas. Parking is pricey so be sure to factor it in. The hotel itself is clean and up to date. Nice bar. Nice coffee shop. The hotel is also quiet and no traffic noise despite being close to two major highways.

Room was really dirty- stains on the walls and ceilings. House keeping also had to be called due to them not coming in one day, I will say the young man who addressed the call and came to clean was very kind. Even then, floor was not vacuumed any of the days we stayed (5 days). front desk staff were cold, none really made us feel welcomed. Unlikely to return

Room had a part of carpet wet due to which the room was smelling. Talked to front desk they put a vacuum to dry it it was dry for a while but it was wet again. Carpet was so wet that we could not walk without slippers. We were not shifted to any other room. I hope that they have better accommodations if these type of complaints are there. Expected to be compensated for this if possible.

It was a nice a hotel but it seem that they had some baseball teams there and alot of kids and just no one around to clean up all of the mess.. I had gotten on the elevator several times and there would be trash in there some of the same trash as the first couple of times.. at one point had half eaten pizza in the elevator told the front desk and took some time to get cleaned up and even then it was just picked up and the rest of left over still on the floor. Busy night at the bar the next morning had food crumbs all over the flooor along wtih mud and dirt. just really unexpected to see for a Hilton of this size and price range.

This hotel is super clean and modern.The furnishing are amazing from the lobby to the rooms. Rooms are really spacious and calming. Bed was super comfortable, the big screen tv was really great. Spacious bathroom and shower. The boardwalk right behind the hotel within walking distance has many good and fun restaurants that the whole family will enjoy. About 20 minutes from DFW airport.

Really disappointed with Hilton. Bed was the smallest king size bed I mhave ever seen, and was uncomfortable. Lighting in the room was very poor. Not bright at all. Dull and dark. Fixtures for lighting was difficult to find the on off switch. Pillows just completely flattened out when you laid on them. First day, we returned back to our room at 5:00 pm. Room wasn’t even touched by housekeeping. Our wet towels were still on the floor. Very poor service!!! We don’t recommend this hotel especially for the price.

Everything at thia hotel was great except, House keeping. I left a $10 tip on the counter in the AM and when I returned that evening the $10 was gone but the room was not made up. Told the 2 house keepers down rhe hall and they said they would take care of it sortly. Than they disappeared. Had to speak to the front desk. I don't spend the money to stay at the Hilton to make my own bed! The pandemic has been over for years!

Easy front lot parking, a clean, upscale lobby and friendly front desk staff is always a great start. Room was spacious, clea and well appointed. Lots of plugs and charging ports (everyone wants that). Didn't eat there because the dining options in a couple mile radius are insane. Legacy East & West alone would providevfor a week. Good location at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

The entry area downstairs was very fancy, but you get up to the room and the entry light was burned out and the sofa material caught my attention because it was so thin and worn looking. The desk phone wasn't plugged in so we couldn't call down to the desk to ask a question. Also, we were informed that breakfast was $22 per person!!! We went to McDonald's instead...I can say that we felt the hotel was very overpriced and we likely wont be back.

I regularly use the Granite park hotel from the last 10 years. I’ve see a tremendous decline in hotel hospitality and manners at the front desk. The soda machines had never been repaired in a long time!!, coins only in the Apple Pay era……… New male young waitress at the breakfast restaurant: a disaster, makes you wait 30 minutes for a coffee…. It’s sad to see a place to decline. I see no value in my loyalty to the hotel. I’ll look for a different place to stay next time.

Evening front desk staff seem irritated at your presence. Room is poorly cleaned, toilet seat was detached upon arrival, breakfast orders take forever regardless if placed in the restaurant or at the coffee shop, King Suite room looked out at an air conditioner and other room windows, got absolutely no benefits from gold status, . bartender completely ignores you even when you go up to the bar and it's completely dead. This is a super 8 with make up catfishing as a Hilton. Surrounding Boardwalk area is nice though.

Joshua at the front desk was great! Got me checked in right away and on my way to the room. I ordered room service and it arrived in a timely manner and was warm. Could hear the noise in the halls but luckily the other guests were not overly noisy. The proximity to the highway was disappointing. You could hear the loud cars all night as the highway was right outside my window. But I will stay again as it was a great hotel overall!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous!! The ambience was everything. However, i was disappointed that the restaurant was closed the entire time. Also, the lighting in the room was poor. Only could see well when the blinds were wide open. No celing lights only small lamps.

Very clean. Beautiful property. Updated accommodations. The room and bathroom was impeccable. Nice lighting in the room and very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower with seating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I appreciated the option of gluten-free bread options. Wish I had booked a longer stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a large group and plenty of space for meeting others in the lobby. The only complaint was the restaurant for breakfast, we weren’t told until we were seated that the only option was the breakfast buffet to us. The buffet was extremely disappointing there wasn’t much to pick from and what was there was not good. We ended up paying $25 each for breakfast and had some wet eggs and a piece of bacon. The rest of the hotel was great and in a good location.
