Loved the place. EV charging was a major reason we chose it. You need to fix the out of service chargers. We got the last one that worked.

Very loud noise coming from vent above pool. Took a while to restock breakfast food. Big divot in mattress. BUT I told a cleaning person and I overheard maintenance people saying they were going to check our room. That was responsive! Noisy a/c. We couldn’t get the fan off all night. Earplugs helped.

It was a very long day for me, spent entirely under the sun. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was nowhere to be found. After searching for about five minutes, I discovered her outside the hotel, sitting in a chair and talking on the phone. When she returned, she handed me my room keys. I went upstairs, but the keys didn’t work. I went back down, and she said she would come with me. She tried the lock herself and discovered the battery was dead. She went downstairs to get new batteries, came back, replaced them, but the lock still didn’t work. By this time, 30 minutes had passed. She then decided to give me another room. I waited by the elevator for another 15 minutes before calling her from my phone at reception, as I had too much luggage to keep going up and down. Eventually, she sent someone with the new keys, and I finally got into the room, 40- 45 minutes after I had first arrived. Unfortunately, the bed looked like it had been used before, and I found a long strands of hair under the comforter, curtain was ready to collapse, bathroom looked really old and needs work. There was also no working AC in the lobby and I was sweating. Although this hotel is convenient for me, I don’t think I will be returning.

Breakfast area and room need updated. Microwave in bad shape; snack area out of many items. Checkin staff minimally helpful or friendly. Will not stay at this location again. The stay the prior night in Brooksville FL was very good.

The pool was filthy, no towels outside. Internet did not work in the room. No bedding for pull out sofa. Mattress on pull out sofa was covered with pubic hair. Two towels in the bathroom for a room accommodating 6 people.

The pool wasn’t working and we weren’t told it wasn’t working. Low water pressure in the shower

Evening check in lady was super friendly even said that she would allow us to go swimming before she closed it.

If I could give this property more stars, I would. It was so clean, awesome workout room, and the most friendly staff. For a hotel breakfast, the food and selection was good. The property was in a great location. Outstanding! We will stay again.

I had an excellent stay here! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety to start the day right. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. I also loved that there were some really good restaurants just a short walk or drive away—lots of options depending on what you're in the mood for. One of the best perks was the car charging station, which made it super convenient for EV travel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through or staying for a while!

Property was very clean, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also parking was great, safe, and rooms were very quiet.

The hotel had not changed the bedding from the previous guest on our sofa bed and then while looking for bedding we found roaches in our room

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our stay was sorry but all employees were pleasent and helpful. The size of the room was larger than i expected.

These rooms were not clean. The tub was stopped up and filling with water while trying to shower causing us to bathe in our own filth. There was hair on the bed. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I will never stay at this hotel again. And they didn’t have free mini sample bottles of lotion to take home.

The front desk ladies were super friendly & welcoming! The room could have been cleaner…. Hair on remote control along with sticky something even though it was in a plastic cover, hair in the bathtub… the room just didn’t feel “fresh.”

Everything from the service, to the cleanliness, to the breakfast was great. We had a very quiet experience with plenty of rest. Wonderful!

Support from the hotel staff was pleasant but the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom floor had a bunch of hair. The soap dispenser and tissue were empty and the sheets had hair.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location with several restaurant options within walking distance.

Incredibly friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Someone left a review saying that the shower made a high-pitched noise so I chuckled when mine did the same. I think it was a C# but it kept changing notes so harmonizing with it was difficult. FWIW I took a shower later after using the fitness room and the shower was silent then.

Ac unit not working properly

Great room. Very spacious. Courteous staff, very helpful. Good breakfast.

The only negative is the bed. The bed is VERY uncomfortable and hard.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even though I did not arrive till 10:30 PM. The room was incredible! It had a sitting area and a small table with and looked more like a small suite than a queen room. The Towels were plush and the bathroom a very nice size. Everything was great.

Hotel and room overall was nice. There was a large area of sticky residue on the side table lamp that needs to be cleaned up and the shower faucet made a high pitch annoying voice when the hot water was on. Other than that it was a nice place to rest for the evening.

Outside of hotel was very nice. Inside of hotel was average at best. Shower turned off during my shower for three minutes. Sink faucet only reaches halfway into sink sending water onto counter. One bed was comfortable but the other mattress was worn out. Front desk staff where very nice. Breakfast staff was rude and was even short with my 9 year old and me standing there. Breakfast selection was ok but not well stocked.

What would have made our stay better. If all the ports for electronics actually worked.

One of the best stays ever!!! The ladies at the front desk were the best ever! I wish i could remember there names but they are the best and had the best customer service and they deserve the best.

Older hotel, but clean. Tammy W. at check and other lady was very friendly. We booked a room with a roll in shower through the site where we booked. One was not available, but we did get a room on the first floor, which was helpful. It was relatively quiet, except we could hear water running through the walls. Biggest complaint was the very rude and grumpy older lady working the breakfast bar. She should not be working in hospitality. You do not yell at guests! It is a very small tight breakfast area. The actual breakfast was good, even though her attitude wasn't. Also, we put the sign on the door while we were showering and getting dressed, however one of the house cleaning staff came knocking on the door, then you could hear him going down the hall knocking on doors. This was right at 9 a.m. even though checkout is at noon, but with a sign on the door, we should not have been in bothered! .

Tammy checked us in. She was exceptional. Very professional and courteous.

Check in was easy. Was in my room in minutes. Staff was nice and helpful

We were startled awake at 2:45 in the morning by aggressive pounding on our door. It terrified us and our young children. The person at the door would not stop nor would they identify themselves or what they needed. My husband reluctantly opened the door a bit and asked what was going on. The person asked if we had a white vehicle. My husband said no and immediately shut the door. We tried calling the front desk and no one answered or it was busy. We could hear the individual pounding on other doors in the hallway and felt unsafe leaving our room. Early the next morning we went to the front desk to see what happened and we were told by the front desk worker that was working over night that a woman’s car was ‘parked in’ and that she was in a rock and a hard place and didn’t want to have to call a wrecker. So the front desk employee of the Holiday Inn Express knowingly ALLOWED a random person to pound on guests doors in the middle of the night! Instead of calling the police or having the vehicle towed, her solution was to have someone beat on doors at 2:45 in the morning. We were given no apology, no adjustment to our room rate and no phone call back from the manager as was promised.

Checked in at 11:00 pm and got up to our room which was on the 4th floor and the key wouldn't work so had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. Then when we got in our room there were no sheets or pillows for the pullout bed in the room so had back to go to the front desk to get them. Went to take showers in the morning and they had only given us two towels for a room that sleeps six so again had to go to the front desk to get more(which even then they tried to only give us two more, for a total of four, for the five of us. Breakfast would have been nice expect they were out of almost everything even though we showed up an hour before breakfast ended. They also were cleaning both coffee machines during breakfast so we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get coffee during breakfast time. I expected an $180 IHG hotel to be a much better experience. I'm very disappointed!!

nice location

I loved that it was close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Property was clean as it is fairly new and far enough away from the busy areas on Watson Blvd. I felt safe, as I was traveling with my kids, and bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

It suited our needs for the weekend. It was clean and quiet and in the perfect location for us. Didn’t have to go far at all when we came out to eat.

This was her first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was situated in a convenient area that we could walk to our venue and lots of dining surrounded the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location with several restaurant options within walking distance.

Breakfast was A JOKE. Worst attempt at breakfast that I've ever been exposed to.

Out of breakfast supplies for my grandkids that were looking forward to the usual breakfast served. No waffles, milf, orange juice, plates. The staff said they have not received their delivery and have no way of purchasing missing items for the guests.

Clean and ok room that was updated with a lot of caulk and coverings that prohibited the use of outlets for the main lamp to be used. Out of most food items at 9am and said nothing until the next day including MILK!! Stores were open down the street,but nobody was sent to get any!!
