Clean, comfortable, friendly, and the rooftop area is awesome. Half is an inside bar and live music. The other half is outdoors with 2 gas fire tables and other seating arrangements. Complimentary cappuccino and hot chocolate station near checking desk. Only negative was the toilet seat was a bit small for the bowl. Lots of places to eat nearby. Walk Ins next door was great. There’s a small water park next door.

Great location but area is currently under construction blocking access to Rigley’s Entertainment Complex, you have to drive to get to the complex. Otherwise everything was great! Would stay here again.

My family likes this property. It’s pet friendly and they have a good breakfast selection. Construction on site for another hotel. Water park right next door. Rooftop bar and restaurants and shopping near by.

The hotel was new and modern. The initial room i checked into had multiple roaches and the staff was apologetic and prompt to change rooms even though they didn't have another king room available. The alternate room was clean and no other issues arose.

Poor customer service at check in. Room not ready. Zero communication from hotel. Would not provide a bathroom to change clothes. Very loud room. Coffee still in coffee maker. Bathroom has no door that latches... can see the shower and toilet from outside the bathroom. Will never go back.

The hotel was convenient for the event my family was there for. The hotel wasn’t clean enough plus there were roaches not just in the rooms but in the bathtub and hallways . I didn’t pay attention to the hotel being dog friendly and I’m sure the cleanliness has a lot to do with it. Next time I’ll take my time with choosing my stay .

We really enjoyed the one bedroom suite for our family. It was nice being on the first floor. Check in and check out were a breeze. The price was decent for our large family. Free breakfast and gym was good. The staff were warm, kind and all smiles. The room was clean and quality was great. We would recommend and stay here again. Only recommendation was we had to ask for trash bags for the trash cans in our room.

The room was okay overall. However, the comforter on the bed was the thickness of a flat sheet and the bed was very uncomfortable. Additionally, we were in a one bedroom suite and the ONLY USB port was in the alarm clock. The elevators are very slow.

Great hotel. Had a good stay. Restaurant right next door so we could just walk and pick up some food. The only downfall was our room was on the main floor facing the restaurant and it was very noisy from customers hanging out in the parking lot. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The bedroom, kitchen, and living room area was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well lit but kind of tightly spaced. My only complaint would be about the very loud AC unit cycling on and off throughout the night. We put the temperature as cold as we could get it for the second night to try the keep the unit from cycling on and off as frequently since it was so loud. We went and got extra blankets from the front desk to compensate for the now frigid room. Front desk was accommodating for our blanket requests!

It was close to our house (we were having plumbing issues) and a fairly new hotel so I was hoping it would be a clean place to stay. What we didn’t like was that as we were coming back from dinner on the elevator with another family, they walked to our room and opened our door with their key. They had overbooked the room. We were horrified that someone had the key to our room! What if we were showering or not fully dressed? We had been there since 4:00 that afternoon. This was at 8:30 in the evening and we were returning from dinner. If we had been inside the room and someone had opened the door with their family, that would have scared the mess out of us. But if we hadn’t been on the scene, all of our things would have been open to this family to do with what they wanted. My purse was in the room along with jewelry. The staff in the lobby seemed inept - every shift. We were there two days and had to get our key replaced no less than two times. I deadbolted my door the next day and refused room service because I didn’t feel comfortable with who might come in my room with or without permission.

Our room was not ready and the staff was not accommodating at all. We arrived a few minutes originally so we understood that (15 min). He asked us to come back at the designated time which we did. It still was not ready. We sat in the parking lot and watched others take their luggage in and not return so it was obvious they had checked in. They finally called us at 4:25 that our room was ready.

Not helpful and wouldn’t find out or even give a time frame of when room would be ready: this is second time in two weeks this has happened. Akina could not have been less helpful. The attention to detail was far more than expected for a Best Western. The amenities were more on the line of Hilton or Marriott. Every member of the staff greeted use when they saw us. A rare commodity these days. Sasha and Lisbonnete went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

The management at this Hotel is what makes the experience horrible. The staff is cold and uninviting. Senior management makes excuses for the staff and their lack of flexibility their lack of customer service and so it is impossible for issues to be satisfied because senior management doesn’t coach the behavior. The rooftop restaurant is not ran properly at all. The food is prepared offsite and has to be brought over to the rooftop and so by the time you get, it is disgusting. The highlight of my stay was that both bartenders were actually good at their job knew how to prepare drinks and were inviting. Several people had issues at this particular location and it seemed racially biased.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive to check me in, and then was given keys to a room that was already occupied. In all, check in process was around 20 minutes. Clerk was friendly and helpful, but this delay was unacceptable. New property, very clean property and friendly staff, but on the pricey side vs nearby hotels.

My husband and I were visiting for a family wedding.. Our hotel stay was very good. The room was very clean in all areas. The staff was very friendly.. The front lobby was also clean. The hotel is close to interstate 75. There's alot of shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
