The whole reason we went was for the indoor pool and a hot tub. When we got there the first day, the hot tub was not hot, so we told management about it. The next day we went early in the morning, and it was cold. They had just refilled it, and we told them about it again. The following day we went again, and it was cold. We were not satisfied at all, and they told us that they usually don't turn it on in the morning because there aren't that many people there. But if you're open, it should be hot; it's called a hot tub for a reason. So that's why I give it 0 stars. Thank you. Hi

Room was clean and updated. Mattress was very uncomfortable- had an overuse pit on the edge so I always felt like I was going to roll into a long hole. The indoor pool area was nice and clean. The indoor hot tub was probably the best hotel hot tub I’ve ever been in- it was very large, clean, hot (but not too hot), and all the jets worked. The only thing I didn’t realize was that this hotel is really a refurbished “motel” and I don’t like to stay in places where the door opens to the outside. Breakfast was nice. Not a good motel if you’re a light sleeper- the interstate noise was really loud all night.

I’m very disappointed with my stay especially since I stayed here a year ago and it wasn’t this bad. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled horrible. We asked to be switched to another room but it smelled just as bad so we kept the first room since it was bigger. The jacuzzi had cracked tile and looked dangerous. The pool area was stuffy and hot. The gym had only a few machines. When we asked for fresh towels from housekeeping they continued to give us 3 sets of towels for a 4 occupancy room. the front desk staff was accommodating even though she looked mean as a pitbull while helping me. Next time I’ll pay extra to stay next door.

When we arrived there was standing water in the bathroom floor, the sink was broken and there was a dead bug on the floor. It didn’t feel clean at all.

Its set up like a MOTEL. Doors to outside. You can hear every truck and smoker walking by. Some rooms have adjoining doors that are permanently locked BUT not sound proof. Black mild in bathroom. Brown spots(grease) on white towels...i will spend an extra $20 per night to go elsewhere.

We went to Warner Robins for a family reunion. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and a good price. When we arrived, everything was fine. But that night, our room was full of bed bugs, and not only that, I was bitten all over, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Around 12:30 AM, I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room. That was terrible; it was cold and windy, and we had to move all our belongings to another room on the opposite side of the hotel. They didn't even send anyone to help us with our luggage. The next morning, I noticed that the room was being cleaned, but I didn't see any sign of it being fumigated. Anyway, by the afternoon, they already had other people in the room that had the bed bugs. At the end of our weekend stay, at check-out, they offered us a discount for what had happened, which we didn't think was reasonable, but we accepted it. This was the week of October 9th to 12th, 2025, and we still haven't received any refund whatsoever.

The room was clean, albeit it did have a refrigerator that was leaking and the carpet was soaked. Also the GFI outlet by the sink wasn’t working properly and would not reset. The staff was made aware of the problems and they graciously offered to move us to a different room. However it was late, we had already unpacked and just wanted to go to bed. That said, we opted to stay in the room since it was only a 1 night stay. As a side note, these were problems were old as evidenced by the water damage on the refrigerator cabinet. The problems could have and should have been addressed had housekeeping and/or maintenance been more astute.

The suite had stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on surfaces and smelled of mold. The closet door wouldn’t open as the carpet was in the way. I will not stay here again. If I hadn’t checked in late and needed a room I would’ve left.

I always stay here twice a year. Traveling to Kentucky and home to Florida. I've never been disappointed, the room's are clean, fantastic beds, amenities are top of the line. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful! Nice breakfast also. I'd recommend this Best Western for your stay.

I always appreciate reviews to help me make a decision, but I look to see why did someone give a certain review. This would have been five stars but for one single thing, the AC was totally turned off when we moved in. It was literally 100 degrees in the room and it probably took until 2:00 a.m. to get to where we could sleep comfortably.

Convenient place to stay since the shuttle I use to get to Warner Robins from Atlanta Airport is with-in a couple 100 yards of drop off in Byron. Rate was good and cheapest within the 4 hotels with-in the proximity of each other. Basically stayed there to rest a couple hours at the end of the day and sleep then get up eat breakfast and leave for the day to visit with family in Warner Robins. "only" complaint I had was the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. It worked in the lobby but not in my room which was was near the end of the building, Rm 116. I only needed it for my phone so I didn't push the issue but something for management to check out. Breakfast was just right. Eggs, Sausages, (Grits if you wanted them), various cereals, bagels, bread, waffle maker, pastries, juice and coffee. Will go back there next spring when I visit. Very friendly staff all around

The name is deceiving—this is NOT a suites motel, which would imply interior room entrances. It is an old, outside room entrance. There are several motel chains nearby that have interior room entrance. The front desk person was very friendly.

I stay here with my grandgirls 3 or 4 times per year while I'm in town. It's always a good value and well kept for the most part. However, this time was not as good; the wifi wasn't working inside our room which was a problem because I couldn't connect the kid's PS4. The signal and connection worked outside but not inside our room and remained like that even after several phone calls and attempts by tech support to fix the problem. We were in a Family Suite and was told there weren't any others available we could move to until the next day, so we changed rooms the next day which was a bit of a hassle. Typically the hotel is clean but this time both rooms had cleanliness/housekeeping/maintenance issues. Both rooms needed vacuuming bad! There was dirt and food debris on the floors. Both rooms smelled musty as if the carpets needed a thorough cleaning so I sprayed some air freshener several times and just attempted to get used to it over the 4 night stay. The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken in the first room and the sink faucet leaked at the base of the second room. Anyway, you get the point. The maintenance and housekeeping staff need to do a better job and pay more attention to detail. I'll likely stay there again only because my grandgirls enjoy the indoor pool and the hotel is convenient to my Son's house.

Great location and the night clerk was very sweet. We were traveling with a new baby and stopped exhausted at 4am.. We spoke with the check in clerk about a late check out and she said 12 noon will be ok. The room was old and outdated. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean but there was a smell. At 10:15 housekeeping started banging on the door and woke us up. We told them we had a late check out for noon and she said ok no problem. At 11:30 someone came to our room saying we were late checking out and we explained that we had arranged a noon check out and the man said no, you have 10 mins to get out. In less than 10 mins another person came to door and I explained we would be 5 mins as we were getting our shoes on and she said we have 1 minute to leave the room and stayed on the doorway until we walked out 2 mins later. We travel to this area often and will definitely not be returning here and it's definitely not worth $100 a night even if the customer service was better.

Because I booked through Expedia but could not arrive until after midnight they put me down as a no-show and then only booked me for one night instead of two. So when I came back to my room (where my key still worked) they had thrown away my stuff. The people they sent in to rectify the problem did not even speak English enough to know the difference between a refrigerator and a microwave, what yogurt or cheese is, and he had his kids running around my room while he was trying to figure out what I was trying to say. At times he was relying on his kid to translate what I was saying. This will be the last time I stay at a Best Western.

We booked a room with a pullout couch to sleep, however no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided for the pullout couch. We asked the front desk for sheets. They said there is no sheets. The linen room is locked for the night.

Very friendly staff and very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast and very sweet lady working the breakfast. Made sure you had everything you needed. Same with the checking in and out the women were so pleasant and helpful. Real southern hospitality. Will stop there again on my way to Florida again.

Had everything we needed. Just a one night stay driving MI to FL. Great pool and breakfast area. Room had new carpet, comfy beds and lots of pillows! Ice cold mini fridge. Lots of food options nearby. Front desk agent was fantastic! Will be going back. Thank you!

Friendly greeting and send off from staff. Comfortable bed with blanket instead of those heavy comforters or duvees so many hotels are using now. Room heated up quickly after we set the temperature for a chilly day. Good breakfast and close to several places to eat.
