We loved this hotel. The staff we friendly and attentive, and the property was new, modern and clean. The attached restaurant, Cilantro, was delicious and the location was in a quieter area across from the lake but still a cheap and short Grab trip to the Old Quarter. We will be heading back to Hanoi in a few months and plan to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed, strong water pressure. It was nice to have a dining table to sit at. If you need a washer/dryer, then there’s one there!

All was decent. Brakefast was also decent. but it seemed a little unattended. Stations were often left empty Coffee machine often not at its best condition
