The apartment was fine and the location was good. However, Vienna was very hot and so was the apartment. With no air conditioning to cool the room, It was extremely difficult to sleep. And, if you opened the window, the noise from the restaurant/bar below, along with the traffic and trams, it would then be very noisy and still hot. Additionally, the lift kept getting stuck on different floors and the only way to release it was to walk up/down the stairs to where the lift was and give the door a good shake to let it close. A pity, because the apartment itself is actually quite nice, just don't stay there in summer.

Lovely property, comfy beds, great shower. Coffee machine, hob and microwave. Big fridge, dishwasher. No air con but fan provided in the apartment. Easy code access but the codes are only given on the day. Would definitely stay here again. Only 5 tram stops to get to the city centre. Always felt safe. Really nice pizza restaurants underneath apartments.

Large space but it needs more than a bed and wardrobe. Kitchen stocked with microwave, dw, Nespresso machine. There is no oven. Washer Dryer in basement but takes forever to dry... typical European dryer. Location is great. Stores outside the door. Front door to building was often not closed all the way but I felt safe in this neighborhood.

The property was in very good clean condition. The communication was excellent, responded to email even late night. There was a left luggage facility as well. There was construction work across the street, hence the three stars . But the location is very convenient. Highly recommend

perfect location, close to amenities . super clean, updated location. loved the water pressure and hot water. loved the bed, loved the kitchenette, loved the elevator, loved the easy check-in. love the no keys required.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn Richtung Innenstadt. Küche, Geschirr und Geräte sauber. Spezialpads für die Nespresso Pro haben wir uns vorher im Internet bestellt und mitgebracht. Im Treppenhaus gibt es auch einen Automaten ohne Beschreibung wie der funktioniert und welche Stärke man bekommt. Preis?? Schließfächer für Gepäck im Treppenhaus klein. Handgepäckkoffer, viel mehr nicht. Falls jemand vor hat zu kochen, es gibt keine Gewürze vor Ort. Wir haben uns mal was in Mikro erwärmt. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Einer muss über dann anderen drübersteigen um auf seine Seite zu kommen. Für junge Leute und wer nicht mal in der Nacht zur Toilette möchte OK. Ansonsten wird der Partner geweckt. Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer haben nicht gebraucht. Aber selbst wenn das Couchbett ausgeklappt wird, ist noch genug Platz im Raum. Die Unterkunft kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Casa in condizioni perfette, moderna e funzionale a tutto. Posizione top con fermata tram per il centro a 100 mt a piedi. Palazzo storico ma ben tenuto con locker gratis per le valigie e lounge room per attender il check-in. Unica pecca la comunicazione con la struttura che risponde ad ogni messaggio dopo moltissimo tempo o non risponde affatto, come nel mio caso poiché avevamo prenotato per 6 persone ma abbiamo trovato asciugamani solo per 4 e alla richiesta di più asciugamani non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. In generale qualità prezzo ottima

Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on.

Very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the A/C as it was very hot outside. The children loved the TV and picked up some German from it. Restaurant Babylon nearby was great, and the nearby supermarkets as well.

Lett å ta buss og bane til sentrum og togstasjon. Mye støy fra gatetrafikk, særlig trikk. Veldig varmt på natt uten air-condition. Store, gode soverom og innbydende bad, men sluk var tett. Rene senger, men mye støv på nattbordlamper og smuler på kjøkkenstoler mm.

Hôtel bien situé, à une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le tram 71 qui vous conduit au centre est a deux minutes de l'hôtel, le métro à 10 minutes ainsi que la gare par laquelle nous sommes arrivés de l'aéroport. Il y a des commerces à proximité pour faire les courses, ainsi quelques restaurants. Au niveau de l'hôtel, cest un bel immeuble avec ascenseur et l'entrée par code est très pratique. Concernant l'appartement en lui-même, nous avons été très déçu de la propreté : très poussiéreux dès notre arrivée, le lave vaisselle n'était pas débarrassé et de la vaisselle sale se trouvait dans les placards. Nous avons trouvé un bouchon d'oreille à côté du canapé lit. Les draps de la chambre semblaient propres mais étaient tâchés. Le ménage n'a pas été refait tout au long de notre séjour de 5 jours et nous n'avions à disposition dans l'appartement qu'une balayette. De plus, le canapé lit du salon était très inconfortable, un trou entre l'assise du canapé et le matelas se situait juste au niveau des épaules une fois allongé. De manière générale, l'appartement est bien équipé, même s'il serait pratique d'avoir des crochets pour faire sécher les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Nous n'avions pas les chaines de télévision et la télécommande de la télé fonctionnait très mal, il était difficile d'accéder aux applications. Nous avions apprécié botre séjour dans cette ville magnifique, mais nous ne reviendrons sans doute pas dans cet appartement.

We stayed at Jimmys apartments for 7 nights with our 1 year old and 5 year old it was very convenient being able to cook inside the apartment instead off going out to restaurants we were also on a budget so this helped the apartment was very clean and comfortable the location is around 20 minutes walk into the centre of town but there are tram stations outside the apartment also supermarkets and coffee shops just outside the apartment. We would definitely stay again

Everything was just as described, a very clean and modern property in a friendly neighbourhood. The room is a good size with comfortable bedding, the sofa bed is in the kitchen and is reasonable. The property is within 15 minutes by tram of all the main sites!

Situación muy buena, indicaciones de acceso muy buena y el apartamento con todo lo necesario. Me gusto mucho el detalle de tener unas cápsulas de café y que tuviera para limpiar los platos. Le tengo que poner varios peros con ánimo de mejora. Tenia mucho polvo y grasa en la pared de la cocina. Parece que se limitan solo a cambiar sábanas y toallas y hay que darle un repaso al resto. Además el dispensador de jabón de dentro de la ducha estaba vacío. Por lo demás un apartamento fantástico.

The apartment was decently outfitted with a good strong shower. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it was very hot. The other downside was the WiFi didn’t work a lot of the time.

Jättefint boende men tyvärr ingen ac så jag skulle inte rekommendera att bo här när det är varmt. Det var runt 31grader i Wien under vår vistelse och då var det extremt varmt i lägenheten. Läget är ok men lite långt ifrån innerstan. Lägenheten var väldigt fräsch och hade två plattor samt diskmaskin. Städerska varje dag om man önskade.

Die Lage war gut, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und unser Apartment war zur Hauptstraße gelegen. Man musste nachts die Fenster öffnen, aber es war sehr laut.

Very good stay in Jimmy's and Vienna. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. A couple of small supermarkets and trams stops within easy walking distance. Only negative was the WI-Fi signal in the kitchen/sitting area, it was almost non-existent.

It is a great place, very clean, spacious, and having a small ice kitchen (although I have to didnot use it). The only thing is that I did not know that I must contact the hotel after my booking with Expedia. I was almost locked outside hotel late at night. Fortunately, I was was able to call the hotel and get the help. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Jimmy’s was a great stay! Very happy with our apartment. Definitely our best stay during our Central Europe trip. Check in was very easy having the code is super nice. The unit was new and accommodating. Location was good, not the best but with bus/train it’s easy to get around.

There is railway on road and it males noise every 10 minutes. Owner of hotel late answers check in code, so warn him to send gate code earlier. Also he is rude and does not apologize for his fault.

The check-in process wasn’t the best. There was no telling that you need to fill out things before you can check in yourself and we were just standing there trying to call the hotel. The shower door was missing. Besides the above, we had a great stay and would choose it again.

Everything was great except for the check in. We were supposed to get the key codes by morning and it was already check in time and we didn’t had received them. We wrote previously several times and never got an answer. Thank god we went to the building and Jessie was there, so he helped us get the codes. We was very nice and friendly.

The property was in very good clean condition. The communication was excellent, responded to email even late night. There was a left luggage facility as well. There was construction work across the street, hence the three stars . But the location is very convenient. Highly recommend

Casa in condizioni perfette, moderna e funzionale a tutto. Posizione top con fermata tram per il centro a 100 mt a piedi. Palazzo storico ma ben tenuto con locker gratis per le valigie e lounge room per attender il check-in. Unica pecca la comunicazione con la struttura che risponde ad ogni messaggio dopo moltissimo tempo o non risponde affatto, come nel mio caso poiché avevamo prenotato per 6 persone ma abbiamo trovato asciugamani solo per 4 e alla richiesta di più asciugamani non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Apartamento a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de Viena en tranvía. Ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos y sin ruidos. Pequeña cocina con los indispensable. Calefacción un poco justa pero confortable. Si vas en verano no tienen aire acondicionado, van con ventiladores. Para decir algo a mejorar solo tienen 8 taquillas para guardar las maletas y nos tuvimos que esperar hasta las 13:30 para subir en el apartamento, cosa a agradecer porqué el check in es a las 15:00. Personal muy atento y agradable. A la salida sí que pudimos usar las taquillas y guardar las maletas hasta la tarde. Si algún día volvemos a Viena seguro que repetiría.

It was a very good experience and wonderful stay. The Tram is just front of the apartment. The Train station is about 10 to 15 minutes by tram and subway. The shops are close.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Alle in der Nähe und in 5 min erreichbar. Einfach zu finden und sehr gelegen. Danke dass wir dort ein paar Nächte verbringen konnten.

Generally a good location for getting around Vienna easily. Tended to be a bit noisy with two cafes virtually underneath; one of them did a delivery service so lots of coming and going. Unfortunately, the local roads had a lot of disruption, so limited bus service, no trams and a lot of construction traffic. If the trams were running, then ideal. Two supermarkets close by (don't assume British type opening times- closed early evening, nothing on a Sunday).

Loved this apartment. It’s close to a spar supermarket and there is a great pizza restaurant downstairs. Tram stop outside also. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. Loved Vienna and this was a great base!

Large space but it needs more than a bed and wardrobe. Kitchen stocked with microwave, dw, Nespresso machine. There is no oven. Washer Dryer in basement but takes forever to dry... typical European dryer. Location is great. Stores outside the door. Front door to building was often not closed all the way but I felt safe in this neighborhood.

This was a wonderful little gem and we were sad to leave it. A cosy little apartment, which was a great base in a safe and convenient area. Accessible to several grocery shops including Lidl, amazing bakeries, a wonderful coffee shop/ delectable pizza bistro downstairs, walkable distance to Belvedere palace and copious other beautiful sights or a few yards away from the tram. The apartment itself was compact, modern but had everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom and ergonomic storage facilities. There was good communication and easy but effective access to the apartment block and room. We would definitely recommend Jimmy’s.

Spezialpads für die Nespresso Pro haben wir uns vorher im Internet bestellt und mitgebracht. Im Treppenhaus gibt es auch einen Automaten ohne Beschreibung wie der funktioniert und welche Stärke man bekommt. Preis?? Schließfächer für Gepäck im Treppenhaus klein. Handgepäckkoffer, viel mehr nicht. Falls jemand vor hat zu kochen, es gibt keine Gewürze vor Ort. Wir haben uns mal was in Mikro erwärmt. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Einer muss über dann anderen drübersteigen um auf seine Seite zu kommen. Für junge Leute und wer nicht mal in der Nacht zur Toilette möchte OK. Ansonsten wird der Partner geweckt. Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer haben nicht gebraucht. Aber selbst wenn das Couchbett ausgeklappt wird, ist noch genug Platz im Raum. Die Unterkunft kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

No hotel desk and phone numbers listed to call were not available/working. Before arriving I had messaged the hotel inquiring about luggage storage. However when arriving the luggage storage lockers were out of order. The luggage storage room seemed to be unsecured as everyone was provided this code upon check in. Such that, we missed our scheduled tour due to luggage storage issues. The apartment was spacious for 6 people, but the bathroom shower flooded terribly. I mean an entire lake on the floor after one reasonable shower length. This was unbearable and unreasonable. Also, we were not provided enough towels for all 6 of our guests.
