Best Western Plus Executive Residency Jackson Northeast

Check in was very slow, and other than the dirty swimming pool, everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but they were out of coffee and the staff wasn't in a hurry to restock, but the food was stocked and great. Rooms very clean and the beds comfortable, but the pillows were too full for me, as I'm as side sleeper. Will stay there again, even with a few things that we found we didn't like. There was more that we did like.

A great room and bathroom. We did a load of laundry and they had a nice laundry room setup. Great bottom floor setup with pool, gym, laundry, breakfast area. They have the largest breakfast serving place we have seen during this 34 day trip. Been to 20ish motels/hotels. So many breakfast options here.

We appreciated the EV charger, and the staff were all awesome. Great breakfast. Pool was warm and towels were stocked. Wished they has a recycling bin in the room, but the EV charger kinda made up for that.

I purposely picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told that the pool was not working, and they were waiting for a part to come in. You could tell that the pool was working just fine, they had it closed due to not having enough staff over the holidays. They just didn't want to tell their guests that. They also had a limited breakfast during the holidays and only had a few things. This was another very disappointing factor for a hotel that is so new.

Property was clean, modern amenities, excellent pool and gym. Rooms very comfortable!

There was hairs in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they said sorry hope I have a great night. My wife cleaned it up and then realized that there was no soap to wash her hands. So I had to go back to the front desk and get some

We did not have a positive experience staying here. Our room smelled like marijuana and was dirty, with crumbs on the floor, stains on some of the bedding, and a full trash can in the cabinets from whoever stayed in our room before us. And our feet were black from dirt after walking across the floor. Mediocre breakfast. We discussed the issue with the front desk, who said they were unable to do anything since we booked through Expedia… disappointed, considering the room was fairly expensive.

Seems like they’re having a hard time hiring Good employees. The lady who helped me at the front desk was very nice, but I had to ask to change rooms twice because my first two rooms were not clean. Nobody had clean the bathroom there was still spit and toothpaste, in the sinks and Hair’s in the shower. Nobody had mop the floor. Really looks like they just made the bed. Also, the hallways on all three floors that I went to had not been vacuumed and it looks like days. Definitely need to do a better job with cleanliness. it’s a real shame, because the hotel is in great condition looks newer.

Very clean, very quiet, very convenient, reasonably priced, and comfortable bed. But the aspects that stood out were: 1.) Kelcey- Front Desk Receptionist. She is the personification of the concept of “Southern Hospitality.” She was kind, cheerful, efficient, and extremely helpful. I sincerely appreciate her efforts, and Best Western Corporate HQ should as well since she set the tone for my great stay. She is exactly what the hotel chain needs to enhance its already respectable reputation, and I hope she is strongly considered for a meaningful Holiday Bonus (think $$$). Additionally, Kelly Gaines, the Breakfast Manager, is definitely working very hard to make sure the day starts off right. She puts out a very nice full breakfast, but her efforts don’t stop there. If you stay in the area more than 2 minutes, you’ll see Ms. Gaines moving from location to location, cleaning the countertops, replenishing food items and utensils, etc., and doing it all with a cheerful attitude. She is another team member who should be considered for a meaningful Holiday Bonus. Accolades are nice, but cash really reinforces this kind of good performance. I cross-cross the country often, but if I have to stop in Jackson, TN, I will definitely book a room in this hotel. Great all-around experience.

Nice, clean, new hotel with great breakfast.

Great location - nice hotel however we were positioned next to the elevator maintenance room and there were times during the night it was loud when the equipment was running. Other than that - great stay!

King suite was very spacious. Customer service was excellent. We checked in very late at night and we received prompt service, they already had our key card ready to go. I traveled alone with my daughter and felt very safe making several trips to the car to get our belongings.

Room was clean, modern, and spacious. Great value for what we paid. The hotel in general was clean and well-maintained. Friendly, professional clerk checked up in. I’d stay at this hotel again if I were in the area again. Would recommend.

I didn’t like my check in process or the way I was treated and on top of not being given my right suite at first and had to go back to front desk after 45 minutes process of checking in after my reservation was booked hours before

Wonderful hotel and staff

We did not like the room service. Filled out form upon arrival for daily bathroom cleaning and trash dumping daily. We would attend to the rest of room ourselves. We NEVER received service in our room, not once in our 5 day stay. Had to call for towels evening when we got in. And of course, had to wait for those. I never received a reply from on site manager, after complain several times to front desk. Upon check out, I asked for manager and there was not a manager on site. I was told would not be in until much later in the day. Also, I was not supplied an itemized receipt at check. Was told you don't supply receipt because I booked thru Expedia. I have been coming to this establishment for a few years. Have had 3 family reunions booked in your rooms (average 100 guest each time). I will not be booking any more of our reunions, and not sure if I will be returning at all. I really like your location and the rooms, but service at this caliber is unacceptable. Very friendly staff

There was no worker present/visible at arrival or departing. I had to call the phone number of the hotel before someone came up front to check me in.

I only stay at this hotel. Breakfast is always consistent and the staff works very hard to keep things hot, fresh, and area clean. The front desk helped me with conbininig two stays into one, so that i didnt need to checkout to start next reservation. There laundry has two new washers and two new driers that take debit card for payment.

Front desk clerk was rude. There was no one at the desk when we checked in and we heard her loudly say “I guess I have to check someone in” as if she was inconvenienced to stop talking and check us in. Then she stood and stared and never said welcome to the hotel, didn’t ask if we were checking in of any kind of greeting. So we finally said that we were checking in and she went about checking us in. She was rather rude and unfriendly. I expect better for $200 a night. Next time stay at the Holiday Inn.

Upon check-in, the front desk was super friendly and inviting. She explained everything perfectly and we felt very welcomed. The room was very nice with stove top, mini fridge, sink. The AC worked great. The bed was comfy. We stayed 1 night and will stay here again on our next visit.

Great hotel! Very clean, and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - fell asleep quickly, which is very rare for me. Close to food options, and Starbucks. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Well located just off I-40 with plenty of eating options nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel entry was a little awkward as the main door required a card key at the time I arrived. (7PM) Breakfast area is good sized and left me hopeful. My experience was a little disappointing as it was the usual breakfast bar choices, barely warm and a little stale from sitting out but, still edible.

We had a pleasant experience. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean. The beds were comfy and breakfast had a good variety.

No fault of the hotel, but power outage at 6:00 in the morning put us behind on travel. During breakfast half of the appliances were not working i.e. juice machine, pancake maker, etc.

Everything was great , stuff, cleanliness. Breakfast options limited as most of the hotel chains except a couple other places. Standard breakfast options include eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles snd options of drinks, coffee, hot chocolate and juices.

This was a great hotel stay! There was a gas grill available for guests to use. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was awesome! It had the most choices I've ever seen at a hotel. Eggs, sausage, bagels, gravy, danish, biscuits, toast, fruit, juice, hot teas, and coffee. They even had some to-go breakfasts packaged up and ready to go. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 1 night after a long day traveling and was able to get a very good night rest! Was very clean and probably one of my favorite traveling hotels. Was please with the service and the breakfast lady did excellent job fixing food up and having food ready early. I would recommend this place to stay at for overnight or few days.

Desk service was nice and room was clean and very comfortable bed. THE BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL. The food that was supposed to be hot wasn't. It was repulsive. Eggs sausage biscuits gravy. One bite of each and threw them away! I fixed some instant oats with warm water....terrible. Within 30 min of leaving the hotel I was sick throwing up and diaharea. Worst experience ever! The management should do a better job to focus on the food that is served. If I had time, I would have returned to the hotel filed this complaint in person!

Hotel was at full capacity, but still quiet. Breakfast was great. Paula, breakfast attendant, was friendly and helpful. Great service. Staff friendly.
