The apartment are well equipped, the staff at the reception was helpful in case of questions. The residence was few minutes walk away from the underground station and there are plenty of restaurants, shops around. Some of my highlight were the delivery robots going up the floors with us in the elevator, and the decoration for the Chinese New Year.

Great location- convenient to the French quarter as well as the people’s square, bus station steps from the hotel. Facilities are new and clean. Staff very friendly especially the doormen who always opens door and carry luggage for us. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I stayed in this property both in summer and fall and am very satisfied. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. They have a kitchen, a refrigerator and a washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was super helpful in summer when the weather was hot and humid day and night in Shanghai. The best part of this property is its location. It is just a couple of blocks away from Huihai Road, a shopping strip of Shanghai, and in walk distance from hotspots like Yu’s Garden, the Great World or Dashijie, and Xingtiandi. On the other hand, the hotel itself is in a quiet place and super safe overnight. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

Ruime, eenvoudig ingericht, appartement (kamer, keuken, slaapkamer, toilet/douche). Keuken was goed ingericht (nespresso, waterkoker, rijstkoker, grote koelkast, magnetron, wasmachine). Iedere dag schoongemaakt (toiletpapier, flesjes water, nespresso cups, theezakjes, slipper). Enige punt van kritiek is dat je er soms wel even voor moest vragen. Openbaarvervoer op korte afstand (metro 8 en 14). Loopafstand Xintandi, Yuyang en Peoples Square en de Bunt: 10 - 20 minuten. Veel moderne eettentjes in de nieuwe malls Xintadi, maar -afgezien van een kleine family markt- geen vlees-, vis-, groente- en fruitwinkels.

The renovation of the room was older than expected. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathtub had stains. All the TV channels were fuzzy. There is a strong cigarette smell along the corridors, but I don’t think the hotel is doing anything about it. I am rather disappointed with it considering that it’s a non-smoking hotel. The breakfast selection is extremely limited. We asked for a baby dining chair. The staff just pointed to the other end of the room and expected us to get the chair ourselves. He then continued to use his phone. One of the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and impatient. I would not stay here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel and enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very large, the beds and bedding great and it was wonderful to have a sitting area, kitchen and laundry. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is well located for access to many of the things to see. Walking distance to the French Concession and an easy taxi rides to The Bund, also train stations. The bathroom was great, but needs a good cleaning as there was black mold in the tub area. This was the only issue, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, in the center of everything. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. On the day when we left, the lobby bell man came up to our suite with the cart and helped load our luggages to the taxi. When my husband tried to give him a tip, he refused. Excellent service!

This is my second stay at the hotel. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to Xintianti and Yuyuan Garden which is very convenient, especially when the weather is nice. The Dashijie metro station is also very close which allows to reach other parts of the city easily. Hotel is nice, all facilities are new and proper. I would definately consider to stay here again as an option for my next visit. One small thing, if you ship something to hotel, they dont store it but forward directly to your room and it is left in front of your door. Doesnt sound very safe and i dont understand why they dont accept the packages to the receptipn area, but this is their rule…

Located in quite a nice balance location in Huang Pu area, not exactly in the most happening areas, yet not too far. Didi rides were very affordable and convenient to access to nearby attractions such as Yu Garden, The Bund, etc.
