The Jung Hotel and Residences

Everything was great the staff was awesome! Only thing is they are limited on valet staff. Make sure you give enough time if you need your car. The security lady was awesome. She made sure to get my car when I need to get to the airport!

The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The price point was good as well. I didn't like that you could only valet your car and that the room wasn't cleaned every day. The overall stay was good though.

Location was great and close to everything. Kinda disappointing that there’s no other option but to valet park. Checking in was easy. When we got to our room a pillow case had not been changed out. It was full of make-up. We called down and it took a while but they came and replaced it. Room was spacious. Shower is not fully enclosed so water can get all over the floor if you’re not careful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome, and well worth the money. Very easy to do uber, lyft, etc. The pool area needs some serious help/attention. There were no pool towels available. And no hotel staff came by the entire time we were out there to refill. A lot of seating but no cushions were set out except for the lounge chairs. There’s a whole bar area, but it was closed. The entire flooring is tiled but, there's a lot of them that are uneven so you need to be careful walking around. Also theres a section of tile on the edge of the pool that is broken. So be cautious with young children. Overall not bad but I won’t choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and had laundry facilities which were excellent. It was also quiet, roomy and located in a great location. The only downside was in receiving hot water. There is a button on the shower facet that needs to stay depressed to get hot water in the shower. When depressed it still takes 5-10 minutes of running the shower before hot water is available thus wasting quite a bit of water. We even called maintenance and moved rooms twice - all the same. Therefore needed to plan for showers and be prepared to waste water while waiting for the hot water.

Dryer did not work. Was never told about safety on shower for hot water. Elevator was out for a day of my stay. Staff was pleasant. Management was reasonable about the inconveniences.
