Pleasant stay. No réal lobby, too small but the service is good. The staff is helpful

Very nice room, shower door didn’t work properly and the lift was broken on check in and check out so we had to bring cases up and down 5 floors. Good location, nice room with rituals products.

We booked a four night stay at this location and were very pleased. The hotel is located on a quiet street near multiple restaurants and bakeries. It is in walking distance to several sites. You can catch buses or subways nearby which is great. We did not have a car so we found this helpful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A perk I loved is the hotel offered complimentary coffee and water machines which you could access anytime. Only negative was the room was a bit small but was clean. I would still stay here again, thank you!!!

We are at the airport on our way home after a wonderful week in Paris! Thank you to the staff at the Elsa Hotel! The location is superb- within 5 minuets of the Arc D’Triump, two minutes to the closest metro! The hotel was very clean, quiet- fresh towels, crisp bedding and very comfortable beds. The cold refillable water in the basement was handy as well as the delicious morning cafe latte from the machine in the lobby. This hotel exceeded our expectations for our Paris stay! If the opportunity presents itself again and we return to Paris, we will stay with the Elsa Hotel!

The hotel is very small with no designated eating area/ lobby. The breakfast area with seats and tables you see on the pictures is served as a lobby, reception area, dining area. The room is small but nice and clean. It also offers an option for 3 people with separate twin bed which is great when traveling with children. Location is great, very convenient and close to metro station. One thing to be mindful of is the early check in when arriving on transatlantic flight early morning by local time. I can’t speak for everyone but our experience wasn’t the best. We arrived around 8:30 am, checked in and went across the street to have breakfast at a cute little cafe. Around 9-9:30 am we returned to hotel and were told that they were fully booked and no rooms are available but they will be ready by 3 pm which is the check in time. As I mentioned, there’s nowhere to really wait as the place is small so we sat at the table literally falling asleep as it was in the middle of the night at home. The check out time is 11 am so I waited until 11:30 to ask if room was available, then 12, then every half hour and the answer was no. Morgan, the young man who checked us in, said it would be ready by 3 pm for sure as if he was doing it on purpose making us wait until 3 while we were sleeping on the table. So I told him that a good hotel manager would have arranged with housekeeping to have our room ready first as we were only ones waiting. Only when I mentioned doing Expedia review I got keys

Lovely hotel! Photos do not do it justice! So clean, lovely rituals products in room. Free coffee machine in lobby - delicious hot chocolate! Perfect location right next to arc de triumph, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!

Personnel agréable et chambre propre

There a lot good about this hotel. Great breakfast. What I didn’t like was the extremely tiny shower (and I am a thin person!) Our room was a bit beat up and the carpets were horribly stained.

The room was very clean, staff is good communication, location is also very good. We though using metro or bus but we walked mostly, thank you so much

Was told my room was upgraded only to find spiderwebs on the ceilings on the room. The water at the mini bar was already opened and caked with soil around the bottle.

Clean and new bathroom facilities. Helpful staff. Good location.

My bed sheets were old and ripped up, and the second day my room didn’t have any power. The hotel offered me a complimentary breakfast which was horrible.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and most willing to assist. Fabulous location close to Arch de Triumph and Champs Elysées. We took two rooms. My only small issue was the lack of drawers and/or shelves to lay out clothes for extended stay in one of the rooms.

Clean, good beds, very good location and AC. Nice greeting by personell. We were three friends who shared one room, so we were happy to have good beds for all three.

Wonderful location however the rooms are very small with no place to put your clothing...living out of our suitcase.

I enjoyed my stay at this very boutique-y hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is a block away from the Arc di Triomphe and metro station, which was nice. My particular room was small since I was a single traveler. The sink/shower combo in full view of everything was a bit odd, but it was ok. I missed having a place to set my toiletries near the sink. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and I appreciated the free breakfast.

Great location, 3 min walk to train station and Arc de triomphe partial view from our window. Quite small so luggage must be placed on bed but it was lovely, and cozy.

Service personal was very friendly. Room walls are very thin so you can hear other guests in the neighbor room, as we made the experience wirh a small child.

Truly outstanding. We arrived early (as most flights from US) .. they gave a room in the morning rather than making us wait until the afternoon to check in - which was hugely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. But the biggest plus was the last day, when we had an early morning departure. They arranged breakfast specially for us an hour before normal start - with wonderfully fresh croissants and freshly squeezed juice. The area is also terrific - 1 block from the Arc de Triomphe but also a residential area with great restaurants. Definitely our hotel of choice in Paris.

Our family of five was unexpectedly in Paris for one night due to flight connection issues. Rather than stay at the airline's horrible airport hotel, we decided to move to Elsa Hotel after doing some quick online research. We had some issues making the reservation for two rooms online but Anthony at the hotel made it work for us. The hotel is in a great location, essentially one block from the Arc de Triomphe. Our rooms (one double, and one triple) were the typical smaller, Parisian-style rooms but updated and extremely comfortable for two adults and three kids ages 11 - 15. The triple room had real mattresses for all. The bathrooms were small but very nice with high quality fixtures and good water pressure. The lobby offered 24/7 assistance, coffee, water, etc. and they gave us toothbrushes, etc. since the airline had all our luggage. The neighborhood is very charming and felt very safe (even late night), with a couple of cafes (including one we went to for breakfast, though the hotel offered breakfast as well). Anthony was terrific, starting with reservation help, through check in, and giving helpful info for our visit. Lastly, the price of the hotel was extremely reasonable and an excellent value. We would definitely return in the future.

We had a great stay at Elsa Hotel. Great location, walkable to train station and Champs Elysee. Staff is great, Anthony was so nice and helped us with a taxi on the way to the airport. They offer free coffee and tea. It’s across from a cute bakery where you can get fresh croissants every day. Hotel room is small but not too small, good size for a hotel in a Paris. There is also a small grocery store right across from the hotel where uou can get water, snacks etc… everything was great, including the location. Would love to come back and stay here again.

The evening staff was very nice and very helpful but day staff were not as cordial and approachable. Our room did not get serviced one day. The room was smaller than our cruise ship stateroom.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nahe den „Arc de Triomphe“. Die Metro Haltestelle ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und sauber.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Champs-Élysée. The friendly and helpful front desk staff made our stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the staff who served us didn’t speak English, which made the breakfast experience a bit disappointing.

Awful breakfast

Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful and always available to answer questions. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you!
