All'apparenza difficile da identificare a causa dei ponteggi che ne nascondono l'ingresso, già di per se interno ad un cancello, senza troppe indicazioni. All'interno le camere sono semplici ma pulite, ed il personale estremamente gentile. Qualche remora sulla colazione, che viene portata in camera e prenotata la sera prima, pertanto non apprezzata da tutti. Ottima zona, comoda con tutti i servizi. Nel complesso una buona esperienza.

El hotel se ve recién remodelado, la habitación estaba muy muy limpia y amplia, todo funciona perfectamente. La chica en el front desk fue súper amable, incluso nos reservó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno empieza a las 8 am, pero ya estaba servido para las 7:30, así que alcanzamos a comer algo antes de salir (gracias!). El único inconveniente es que hay unas escaleras para llegar el front desk por las que tuvimos que cargar las maletas. Fuera de eso, ningún pero... La zona está padre, puedes sentir el ambiente de Nápoles en cuanto pones pie fuera del hotel. Me volvería a hospedar aquí definitivamente! Lo recomiendo mucho.

Hyggelig personale, rent og greie rom. Aircon funker godt, og grei komfort på rommene. Eneste som trekker ned er frokost stort sett bestående av søtt. Kaker i massevis, men måtte be om brød flere ganger. Savnet egg og ordentlig kaffe, men dette er Italia 😀 veldig bra beliggenhet i koselig område. Ikke heis.

We stayed for one night, arriving after midnight. The nigjt clerk was very friendly, waiting for us to arrive. The room was vlean, and breakfast being brought to our room was a plus. The hotel is very conenient and close to the historic district, and the day staff gave us recommendations of what to see. On the negative side, the hotel is not on the ground level, and there currently is no elevator (renovations are in progress), so we had to drag our suitcases up and down the stairs.

Arriving late at night to this so called 4* hotel, I was convinced we must have got the address wrong. It’s a closed metal gate only accessible by ringing a buzzer through to reception. When the (dirty) gate is unlocked, it leads through to a courtyard reminiscent of Glasgow tenement building from the 60’s. Guests must then climb two flights of marble stairs to get to the hotel front door. After this it gets much much better. Nice clean hotel with very friendly & welcoming staff. There is construction work going on during the daytime, elsewhere in the hotel, so it’s very noisy with drilling & hammering etc. with an open window, there is also a lot of traffic noise. The main advantage of the hotel is its very central location, with walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and railway stations for Pompei and Herculaneum etc

Iltesoro states they have parking. I specifically called ahead of time to confirm they have parking. Was told that they don't have parking on premises but will advise once I where to park for 30euro. Arrived at 10.30pm just to find out that night administrator doesn't know anything about parking and can't help. Spent next half hour driving around neighborhood to find that parking. Otherwise good stay. Breakfast was good. Expedia, please remove that this hotel has parking.

The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Naples, dans l'hypercentre et à deux pas d'une rue avec pleins de restaurants. Le SPA était en travaux lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel mais il a le mérite d'être compris dans le prix de la chambre. L'hôtel ne comporte pas de parking, il faut donc garer la voiture dans un parking payant aux alentours (la journée nous a coûté 30e).

Posizione ottima: la struttura si trova a pochi passi da Spaccanapoli, via dei Tribunali e San Gregorio Armeno. Abbiamo girato tutta la città a piedi, la location è perfetta. Servizio eccellente: il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci hanno dato un sacco di informazioni e consiglio, davvero squisiti. Unica pecca: la camera era semplice, pulita ma non una suite, le porte della doccia erano rotte e nel complesso suggerirei un pochino di manutenzione extra. A parte questo, soggiorno molto piacevole

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was wonderful. Very clean, great location, great AC, comfortable bed and relaxing shower. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Highly highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here every time we visit Lisbon

The staff were friendly and very supportive. They speak English, Spanish and italian. They explained us how to use the AC, wifi and have extra perks like complimentary mini bar, tv streaming and more. The room was big, clean and the location is close to the central station. The breakfast is included and is pretty good. I had fruit with yogurt, a sandwhich from the bread/ ham/ cheese bar. They made cappuccinos for my wife and I. The price is fair and competitive. I really recommend.

There is a reform on the hotel and the front of it is not the most impressive. It is right in the middle of the 'centro estorico'. The room is big and comfortable but the neighbourhood is rather noisy - apart from between 12 am and 7 am. We arrived at noon and the room was not ready , even though the hotels.com site stated the check in was at 12 ( the hotel claimed it was 2 pm instead.) Stay was ok. If i come back to Naples, I will probably stay at Chiaia instead. Cleaner and less messy.

A nice hotel in a classic courtyard building. Around the corner from Spaccanapoli. A couple of blocks down that street brings you to Christmas Alley. Steps to Duomo subway station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast buffet including cappuccino available. I think we paid 5 euros per person per day for breakfast.

Destaque para o atendimento do Mário, muito simpático e prestativo! O hotel fica em um prédio antigo, no segundo andar, sem elevador. O quarto era simples, mas de bom tamanho e muito confortável. O único ponto negativo seria o horário do café da manhã, que começa apenas às 8:00; alguns dias tínhamos passeios cedo e não conseguimos tomar café antes de sair, pois não estava disponível ainda.

It's a half block from the Spaccanapoli, which is great. But Naples, to be blunt, is dirty, noisy, dangerous and also beautiful. I don't think you will find any better neighborhood in this historic section of town. But if you are expecting normal first world standards like clean sidewalks, no graffiti, safe after dark, you may be disappointed.
