Stayed here for three nights. Upon arrival, reception notified me that they’d upgraded my room to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Room was a very respectable size, as was the bathroom. Lovely modern decor and impeccably clean. Highlight of my stay had to be using the infinity pool and bar located on the 64th floor—the views of the Burj Khalifa are incredible. Also found all staff to be welcoming and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here on any future visits to Dubai.

Yes ,the staff was great and friendly, especially Sunny and Babani. Only reason for 4 stars os that i left behind expensive jacket and no one responds about lost and found. Tried calling, email and whatsapp. The rooms are wonderful, and the infinity pool is amazing
