Wir waren 5 Nächte im Midtown, würden jedoch nicht wieder kommen. Das Hotel wäre eigentlich gut, jedoch zu viele Gäste in diesem Hochhaus was wir unterschätzt haben. Pool total überfüllt, bereits um 8.00 Uhr Morgens alle liegen besetzt und die Kinder machen mehr einen Planschpool daraus.

. Die zentrale Lage machte alles schnell mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war wunderschön und lud zum Entspannen ein. Jedoch fand ich es schade, dass man nur mit Handykameras und nicht mit einer professionellen Kamera am Pool fotografieren durfte und die Fahrstühle waren leider schlecht programmiert, was zu langen Wartezeiten führte. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden Ihr Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hotellet ger ingen intryck att det är 5* , personalen i stort sett väldigt otrevliga . Tar deposit men du kan inte lägga order på rummet , poolen har ingen plats för alla gäster så oftast man kan ej sola där. Arbetsledare har ingen utbildning. Dåligt service på dagen vid poolen osv . Inte värt pengarna alls .

Yes ,the staff was great and friendly, especially Sunny and Babani. Only reason for 4 stars os that i left behind expensive jacket and no one responds about lost and found. Tried calling, email and whatsapp. The rooms are wonderful, and the infinity pool is amazing

Property is well maintained but the hotel is joined with a resident area so you have to take a seperate elevator to get to your room and to the roof top pool. Can be quite inconvenient if mobility is an issue. Pool view of the Burj Khalifa is a gem but pool lounge chairs are hard to get as you cannot hold your chairs. Since its a roof top pool, its smaller than the average pool so it will get crowded. Gym is one of the best i have seen. Up to date equipment and views are spectacular! To get access to the Metro is quite convenient, only a 15 mins walk from the hotel and taxis are abundant. Only had the breakfast buffet, a variety of choices but was disappointed that I was not permitted to take away a cup of coffee. (my earlier residence at a 5 star hotel in the Palm did not have such restrictions). Overall happy but there are some limitations.

I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did move us to an upgraded room, which seemed like a nice gesture, but sadly, the air conditioning is not working there as well, making our stay uncomfortable. It needs to be addressed by a technician. On top of that, the customer service was not great. The men working at the hotel didn’t seem welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. Despite the upgrade, the issues with cleanliness, AC, and the lackluster service made it hard to recommend this place. I hope the hotel works on these areas to improve for future guests.

Extremely expensive, the room we got was not clean the sink was really dirty it was yellow in the corner of it. The staff was very nice but still not worth it for being very expensive and unclean. Also had a weird haunted experience I saw a figure in my sleep there. And even more crazy is that there was a double mirror in the living room cuz we changed in the living room and considering there’s a double mirror is very weird and uncomfortable. Not worth it

Bon Hotel, le gros plus: la piscine, malheureusement souvent over booker et manque de propreté. l’emplacement est bon même si tres mal desservi. Propreté correct, mais manque d’entretien (peinture qui tombe, etc..) Bon petit déjeuner mais salle ultra bruyante.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Burj Khalifa und die Mall ist fussläufig super erreichbar .die Metro Station auch nur 5 min entfernt. Es war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Everything was as expected. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks The only thing I have to say is that our bathroom had mould (around the bath) and smelled like it from the moment you open the suite door ( suite 1801). Needs proper deep clean and better ventilation.

Very good location, good breakfast and staff. You can easily hear the cars outside and we experienced our neighbors constantly getting on our TV with Chromecast which was really annoying.

I booked the biggest suite at Paramount Midtown for 3 nights at a grossly overinflated rate (thanks to Expedia). As soon as you arrive at the hotel, the outside area is dingy and not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel in Dubai. Both the ground floor and reception areas are small and nothing special. Our suite stunk of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered. The light switches were really slow and it would take 10-15 tries to actually get the light to switch on fully in any room, except the bathrooms. There was mould in one of the bathroom showers. The AC didn’t work for the duration of our stay - shocking for a stay in Dubai. I tried calling reception on two occasions about this issue from the phones in our suite but the calls rung out. I tried for over an hour each time. The first time, I eventually went down the next morning to reception but the line was over 15 people long with one staff member serving. The second time, I ended up going down to reception immediately (in my pyjamas and slippers at 12am when I had things to do in advance of my flight leaving that night) and I raised the issue with the manager (who I had to wait half an hour to speak to). The manager Youssef was unbelievably rude and denied that the phones rung out and told me he could do nothing as I had booked the biggest suite, as I was leaving that night, and as I had booked through Expedia. It’s pretty strange to be penalised. I would stay on the street in a sleeping bag instead of at this hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite which was massive and comfortable. However there were lots of broken things which was probably why it was a free upgrade. The living room light didn't work. The toilet didn't flush. The aircon settings couldn't be changed. Breakfast was really good though with a wide selection.

Mussten zwei Tage früher abreisen, da unsere Nächte in diesem Hotel schrecklich waren, die Fenster waren defekt und somit haben wir die Straße noch mehr gehört der Lärmpegel war enorm, haben drei Tage kaum geschlafen und haben dann abgebrochen. Würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen!!!!!

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer "Coast View" leider waren die Fenster nicht so dicht, so dass man den Verkehr die ganze Nacht gehört hat. Super Pool in der 64. Etage mit einer grandiosen Aussicht.

I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Initially, my room was not very clean, and several items like extra toiletries and extra towels were missing. The hotel did move us to an upgraded room, which seemed like a nice gesture, but sadly, the air conditioning is not working there as well, making our stay uncomfortable. It needs to be addressed by a technician. On top of that, the customer service was not great. The men working at the hotel didn’t seem welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. Despite the upgrade, the issues with cleanliness, AC, and the lackluster service made it hard to recommend this place. I hope the hotel works on these areas to improve for future guests.

A very nice hotel and would recommend to all.amazing breakfast and our room was fantastic. Just constructive feedback the reception process and experience could be a little bit more special. Not bad and certainly have had no issues but little more smile and welcoming could take it up a notch. Just a tiny bit dry and functional.

There is definitely room for improvement. I would not name this hotel 5*. Pros: great pool, nice view from the 64th floor. Delicious breakfast. Noteworthy staff: NIJESH and SIPIP: these two guys work with all their hearts, they were helpful, nice and quick to get the job done. I admired their dedication to work. Cons: Valentines day I got roses from my husband. In the reception desk I asked for the vase for my flours. The recption desk worker (men- I do not remember the name, 2023.02.14 day around 9pm) didn't put any effort to solve my issue. He just said that they do not have any vase. I asked for the ice bucket without ice like an alternative, but he was speaking about ice and I about bucket. Any other solution was not suggested. This simple situation do not remember 5* hotel service. Other situation happend in the roof top bar, was 6pm. We were dressed ( not with the swimming suits). Ordered two glasses of prosecco. When the waiter brouht the bubbles it was in the plastic glasses. I askes to change to the galss made of glass, but he just said that he can't. I explained that I am not going to swim, I just want to enyoj the sunset, next to the table with glass of prosecco in the normal clean glasses form the glass, but again he repeated that he do not have normal glasses. Again does not remind me 5* hotel. Not enough sunbeds next to the swimming pool. The smell in the room was bad (room 2105), I guess it comes from the air conditioning.

Staff were amazing - we arrived significantly early for check in and were allowed into our (upgraded!) room free of charge early which was amazing after an overnight flight. Breakfast has a good choice of buffet, and they bright gluten free items for my coeliac partner and even made him gluten free pancakes! Pool was lovely and had great views!

I was excited about this hotel but I promise you it’s not worth it, not only are the staff incredibly rude but the concept of accommodations does not exist. The entire hotel is overbooked and they have a residence as well which are put more in priority which means you won’t be allowed to bring guests to even use the tanning bed or be around the pool, they keep following you around, all management say different things, the elevators connect to 2 different buildings (one residence, one hotel) it’s very hard to navigate around but again the biggest issue I could not overlook is the way the staff talks to you, the only kind person was Alex (front stage producer), I promise you the price is not worth the experience you will have, even getting any issue solved takes time and there is no organization between staff members themselves. When you ask for a policy, they say there is no policy except an internal one. They claim that they can just make their own rules depending on their mood, seriously I can’t explain how much the customer service ruined the perfectly beautiful hotel never experienced something like that.

Fantastic hotel in Downtown Dubai, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. And what a view to Burj Khalifa! The breakfast buffet is totally recommendable. The hotel staff - every single one of them - is fantastic. Super kind and notice details. Our “usual” host in the restaurant Glaze remembered exactly how we wanted our non-standard morning coffee (iced latte with just a little caramel sirup). She was awesome and absolutely the best. Especially, one day at the pool she brought “iced latte on the house” to us. Just what we needed the most during a hot day in Dubai. This hotel is truly recommendable and we are happy to return someday!

I’m going to give my honest review for my 6 days stay with the Paramount Midtown Hotel, honestly this is the best of the best hotel I’ve ever encountered & stayed with. This shouldn’t be a 5 star rather 10 stars . Upon Check in I was welcomed by both receptionist and my check in was done by Ms Marina, beautiful young receptionist whose hospitality was top notch. After a long haul flight I came for Check in and the service I received was very admirable. Check in was very smooth, I was showed to my room, got the best views & could see the Burj Khalifa building. Madina was careful to explain all informations about the hotel that a guest would need to know for their stay to me, and also I’m grateful for Mohammed at the concierge very happy , welcoming with a big smile he was very helpful and attending , same as the luggage porters, and the gentlemen infront of the hotel helping you to get transportation. Every staff was very nice, In room dinning service was very good, respectful , attending , food was delicious I loved every bits of it. Will be coming back for Christmas and new years and will be staying at this specific hotel. Such lovely staffs, and house keeping team 10/10 overall 10/10 experience will definitely come back and next time try the pool area as I was busy never had the time to try the outdoor pool I had a look and it’s very beautiful especially in the evening. Highly recommended, will invite my fellow London friends and family here Such a nice experience.

Very comfortable room located a 10 minute walk from the Business Bay metro station. Little market on the ground level was a plus for food purchases. Lots of restaurants across the street but one has to walk to the street corner (a bit of a distance) to get across the street). Concierge services and reception staff are superb. Reception lobby is on the 14th floor and rooms are reached by way of separate elevator lobbies — a bit confusing. The hotel needs major signage in the south side of the building to direct guests arriving by metro. The large DAMAC sign leads one to believe the building is not a hotel.

Large room with balcony nice big bathroom with separate bath and shower. Really spacious pool on floor 64 with amazing views round dubai. Enough elevators so you don’t have to wait long and kind and helpfull staff to assist you! Location is central not much around but within a 10 minute walk from the dubai mall. Next to the entrance there is a little supermarket.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location of the hotel was perfect! Within walking distance of the mall and the Burj Khalifa! Lovely tidy and clean room we a great view from the balcony! Has become a staple in our trips to Dubai! Top tier!

We have a small children travelling with us. Location is not very walkable to major attractions with small children who’s refusing to sit in strollers. So taxi was the answer. Dubai taxi very professional and government controlled like buses and trains. Hotel feels very new and the roof top pool was fantastic with views.

Sehr gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zur Dubai Mall kann man laufen und zur Metro ist es auch nicht allzu weit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei kleineren Problemen schnell geholfen. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Lager, wo ständig LKWs be- & entladen werden, das kann mitunter etwas störend sein. Wir haben auf Nachfrage dann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.

Excellent hotel, great amenities, staff is very attentive especially receptionists. Would like to point out one of them, Madina, who made our stay truly special. Room was very clean. The view from 64th floor is stunning at Burj Khalifa. You might enjoy food at Malibu bar and lounge on the same top floor. We did.

Property is well maintained but the hotel is joined with a resident area so you have to take a seperate elevator to get to your room and to the roof top pool. Can be quite inconvenient if mobility is an issue. Pool view of the Burj Khalifa is a gem but pool lounge chairs are hard to get as you cannot hold your chairs. Since its a roof top pool, its smaller than the average pool so it will get crowded. Gym is one of the best i have seen. Up to date equipment and views are spectacular! To get access to the Metro is quite convenient, only a 15 mins walk from the hotel and taxis are abundant. Only had the breakfast buffet, a variety of choices but was disappointed that I was not permitted to take away a cup of coffee. (my earlier residence at a 5 star hotel in the Palm did not have such restrictions). Overall happy but there are some limitations.

This was our first trip to Dubai, to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Staff was amazing, and kind from day 1. Breakfast is bountiful with buffets for every taste. The pool on the 64th floor has a fabulous view on the Burj Khalifa and the city. The hotel is clean and nights are quiet, we never heard any noise from the other rooms or hallway. This was our first trip to Dubai, to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Staff was amazing, and kind from day 1. Breakfast is bountiful with buffets for every taste. The pool on the 64th floor has a fabulous view on the Burj Khalifa and the city. The hotel is clean and nights are quiet, we never heard any noise from the other rooms or hallway. The bed was very comfortable! We highly recommend the hotel, and cannot praise the fabulous staff enough.
