Great pool and beach area, nice room and service, good rooftop bar but ensure you book ahead of time (gets v busy around sunset)

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at hotel panamera! The pool was stunning and the beach was beautiful! The food and service was superb! Especially loved my service with David, was was amazing! Highly recommend hotel panamera for your tulum trip if you are looking for a hotel in the hotel zone!

Localização : 10 Quarto : 8,5 Banheiro : 8 Piscina : 9 Beach club : 10 Restaurante : 9 Comida : 10 Drinks : 8,5 Café da manhã : 10 ( poderia ser incluído na diária ) Como sugestão: Falta ducha higiênica no banheiro e não tem onde colocar a roupa molhada de praia e o quarto não abre a janela para ter ventilação natural . ( mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência e conforto ) Super recomendo e de todos os hotéis que passei por Tulum o que mais me identifico é o Panamera ! Pretendo voltar com certar !!! New favourite Tulum hotel! Hotel Panamera is heaven. My husband and I have been coming to Tulum for years and have tried many different types of accommodation on the beach road and Hotel Panamera gets everything right. The location is perfect for walking to some of our favourite hotels and restaurants, and for those who prefer the quieter end of the strip. The staff were kind and helpful, always busy but available if you needed something. The design and aesthetic of this hotel are stunning. Minimalist but still warm and inviting. We had an Atrium room which was simple but comfortable (I will agree with previous reviews, they need more hooks in the rooms) There are two pools, one which is exclusive for guests and has a hot jacuzzi which was nice to use in the evening. We loved the morning yoga with Rahul, the yoga shala is right on the beach so you get to listen to the sound of the waves as you do the class…amazing! After yoga have a delicious breakfast in their beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach. Monday night was our favourite, half price cocktails on the roof and a fun dj. The view from Roof is spectacular at sunset. One of our other favourite things about Panamera was the music they played. Not your typical club tracks, you can tell someone carefully curated the playlist to include diverse and interesting music from around the world which sets the tone for lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Can’t wait to return, thank you Hotel Panamera!

My only request is that the room has more surfaces like a small table to put things on. With the limited surfaces we had to use the minibar to put things like a hand bag and small personal items.

Hotel Panamera is such a gem on Tulum Beach. The design is beautiful—the checkered pool is a total highlight—and the rooms are cozy and stylish. The food is amazing (the tacos are a must-try), and the rooftop bar is perfect for sunsets. I loved the daily yoga and the chill but vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and made the stay even better. Honestly, it’s one of the best spots I’ve stayed at in Tulum!

Staff here were great and super accommodating. Roof top bar could get loud, however, it closes by the time you would be going to sleep so it is a-ok. They have plenty of events on the property like yoga daily, so lots to join in. Good was reasonably priced for the area, and overall enjoy our stay.

Happy to have ended up in a nice newer and clean hotel. Location was further down the strip but just perfect as it was less packed right up front. Beach front lounging with restaurant service was fantastic. Staff was helpful in booking additional experiences. I can’t wait to return.

Last year there was yoga, Ice Bath included and this year we paid! I went back for the experience. Two negative points are the shower and salt water and breakfast starts at 8:00 if you wake up early like me there is no coffee to serve really they only serve it at 8:01. But the staff who serve on the beach are kind the cleaning is good and the second time I loved it the first time this time there were some points that were not very good but ok!

Hotel Panamera is a first class hotel on the most spectacular beach with the best food in Tulum. If they could just put a few shelves in the rooms to store items and supply a proper amount of towels to the rooms it would be perfect.

Do yourself a favor, Just stay away from this property. We were tempted by the low price, that was a big mistake. Such amazing properties in Tulum and this isn’t one of them. No appreciation for the guests. Unprofessional hotel manger. If you do book this place please make sure: 1. They haven’t sold the pool to a privet event and no way hotel guests can use the pool. The hotel thought that this is totally legit. 2. Make sure to bring earplugs, the cleaning staff arrive at 7am and our very loud in the corridors. 3. Don’t expect any upgrades as Expedia platinum, overheard the hotel mangers explanation to the reception always to say no availability. 4. One towel per room, we tried to get additional towels, it’s impossible. Most are dirty and torn.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff everyone had a smile on their face and willing to provide the best service. Great food and great Beach with a nice atmosphere will be back and recommend to others!

Man hat den Eindruck die Wände sind aus Papier. Sehr hellhörig und keine gute Abdunkelung des Zimmers möglich. Wenn man kein Auto hat ist man auf die überteuerten Preise, der Hotels und Bars angewiesen. Wir sind jeden Tag zum Frühstück und Abendessen nach Tulum reingefahren. Der Weg dahin ist mühselig

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Panamera and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We loved our room and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast which was truly amazing and delicious. We were blown away by the quality and variety of the food on offer, and it was the perfect start to each day of our stay. On our second night, we upgraded to the Ocean view cabin room and it was a decision we will never regret. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the room itself was incredibly romantic. We highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. Matias, the receptionist, was excellent and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was always available to help us with anything we needed and even suggested the Ocean view cabin room which made our stay even more special. The next day, we didn't feel rushed out and completely felt at home in the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and we had a wonderful time exploring the area. Overall, we rate Hotel Panamera Tulum a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel with amazing food, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms with stunning views. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so wondurfull, attention to details all the time, recognized us everyday, always there for us. The only comment I would add, is that the rooms could have a few extra hooks and shelves tor toiletries and to hang our wet bathing suits!!! But that's really the only thing....

they put me in a room close to reception - i was constantly hearing every guest issue and I was not good. I complained and asked the front desk to try to lower all the loud voices & chatter because I couldn’t sleep. They never offered to move me nor upgrade my room and the hotel was not sold out

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating in all areas of the house. Food and drinks were delicious. Felt very safe and looked after. Highly recommend.

I wanted so badly to like this hotel, granted the weather was pretty terrible while we were there, so that didn’t help. But overall it was subpar and slightly disorganized. The water was cutoff a few times for repairs, the electricity was in and out. The service gradually got better after a few days but it could of been better. At times I felt like I was an inconvenience or not really welcome to the hotel/restaurant/bar. That people that used it as a beach club were given more service and attention. It was just a weird vibe and overall experience. There were a few servers that were lovely! And the food was pretty good and well priced. We went off the property a few times for dinner and was not worth the money, better food and bang for your buck at the hotel. Additionally we paid around $1000 for a room that later dropped to $600 and they did not adjust the price for us and denied an upgrade even though there was like 3 couples staying in the entire hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unfortunately, they have a lot of growing to do.

Staff was really rude when I brought my own beer to the beach. They demanded I go drink in my room because they insist you have to buy their overpriced beer on the beach even though they don’t serve my brand. Super disrespectful. Stay somewhere else to avoid these money grabbers.

The staff and overall service level is world-class which made our experience top notch. Regardless of the staff member everyone was more than willing to help all needs. The security guard got us a blanket and offered to turn outside lights on for us late night. Well balanced ambiance between retreat/party feel with daily sunset happy hours and the location is in the best (south) part of the strip. The

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is attentive, helpful and polite. My only disappointment was an inability to communicate with done staff due to language barrier with some staff particularly in the restaurant.

I just loved this hotel so much. Staff was SO kind, helpful, and accommodating in every way. I cannot wait to come back. Great for solo travel, and close to some great restaurants including their own. Cannot recommend enough - absolutely loved it ! thank you

We had the best stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very simple, but have everything you need to have a great vacation. The location is great and you can walk to many places. The restaurant and drinks were amazing. Both pools were lovely. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Armando and Roberto were amazing!

The property is gorgeous. Location is perfect. It’s at the very south end of the main hotel stretch which makes it still close to everything but it’s quiet so you can actually sleep at night. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food is really good here. We had an 8 course chef’s table dinner for only $95 a person. WAYYY cheaper than any other meal we had in tulum and was by far the best meal we had. Super intimate with just about 12 people. Beach out front was gorgeous, we came right before the bad seaweed season. 10/10 would recommend

The onsite restaurant and room service had Amazing food. The staff is constantly helping you almost like a big resort but w that much cooler and more local vibe. It was honestly so nice.
