At our arrival to Paris we were received by Margot, literally the BEST. She was so nice and gave us a warm welcome, literally she made our first hours in Paris AMAZING! She took of her time to give us some tips, restaurants and recommendations, also she received us with a warm coffee at our arrival. Speaking of coffee, the hotel offers a machine with an AMAZING coffee 24 hours. The hotel rooms are small but is Paris, rooms are small everywhere and it does not bother us at all. The hotel amenities were more than expected. We were able to reserve the private pool a few times and also took advantage of the Sauna and Steam Room available 24hrs. Those amenities were game changers after a long day exploring Paris. Breakfast is nice, don’t expect a big buffet since is a small hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel and would repeat it when I come back!

Super séjour, même si les chambres sont un peu petites, l’espace est cependant très optimisé. Le personnel est très agréable, les espaces détentes, fitness, et la piscine (moment privatisé) a rendu notre séjour très doux, nous avons vraiment optimisé la détente et le confort. La proximité avec les transports en commun était vraiment appréciable également! Nous reviendrons séjourner à l’hôtel c’est une certitude !

We loved the comfortable bed and the fact the tv was very modern smart tv easily accessible with netflix. room was average size bathroom very nice. One problem we faced was the wait for the lift during the day, very small lift and only one available made it very tight and a long wait4. Overall we had an average stay but definitely wouldn’t rush to come back have i got another trip to paris as i wouldn’t say it is worth another visit. This is just my opinion on the hotel and understand some people may have different views.

There's no pool. It's a large hot tub. Just want to put that out there because that's a bit of false advertising, as I had specifically put in pool for the search criteria knowing it was going to be 90 degrees in Paris during our stay. That is the only reason I took off one star. That said, it's an AMAZING hotel in any case. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, well located, and super helpful staff. They were EXTREMELY kind and helpful when I lost my wallet in the metro. Amazingly someone had turned it in but I had already cancelled my cards so I had limited cash and the hotel was very kind and accommodating around my sudden budget needs. I'm very appreciative of the staff there.

The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Clean, nice size room and bathroom. New steam room, sauna and gym. It has a grocery store across the street, and a bus that will take you to the Effiel Tower. The metro is also close by. I loved it and will stay there again when I go back to Paris. Also, the staff is amazing and speaks English.

the wifi did not connect. i only stayed one night but the beds were very comfortable. there wasnt much of a view but the neighborhood was quiet and safe and convenient to attractions. staff was very kind and friendly. did not get to use spa or gym but i appreciated the robe and slippers in my room and the water. (dont forget to return the bottle)

Noce little hotel but the staff on reception had trouble dealing with simole requests. The curtain rail in my room fell off the wall in the noght. Despite the fact that i told someone first thing in the morning, it wasnt fixed or even looked at. I had to move rooms to a not-so-nice room which was distinctly smaller. Apart from, that it was fine.

The hotel is in a convenient location for public transportation close to metro and RER routes. The hotel was nice boutique property. We had to wait for check in at 3pm. It was difficult after being awake 24hrs red eye flight. The rooms were nice but on the small side. The staff was excellent and the included morning breakfast was a nice addition. It took away the morning process of deciding where to eat. The food and service was pretty good. It had a little of everything to make it a 4 star hotel. It fell short of being a 5 star property. It was not bad for our first time visit to Paris. Everyone in the hotel spoke English. Communications was not a problem. The staff was polite.

My husband I traveled to Paris to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We were so pleased with our stay at Hôtel Toujours. The staff are professional and courteous and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. The amenities were outstanding. We really enjoyed the ability to book a private pool session after a very long day of exploring the city. Speaking of exploring, the hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions and public transportation is easily accessible. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel entrance and a metro station just around the corner. Taking Ubers is also an option as they come very quickly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning in the beautiful breakfast area. The food was great and always very fresh. There are restaurants all over the place to have lunch or dinner and there are two grocery stores just across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!

Upon check in I had checked with the staff if Expedia had been paid and they were adamant that Expedia had not been paid . I asked a few times but they refused to accept I had already paid Expedia. This became a duplicated booking as the Hotel took payment from me upon check out. Trying to get my funds returned and clarification from Expedia was an awful experience. I was left short changed as the Hotel had returned me there cost and I ended paying the Higher Expedia cost. There was a poor compensation of points and I was overall short of around 72 euros because of the Hotel Manager failure and Expedia reluctance to refund me the difference.

Lovely Parisian hotel which has restaurants, bistro's and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées are within a 15 -20 minute walk away. Good metro connection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Very nice property a bit far away from the business of Paris center but with ride share bikes around and closeness to the metro and one of the main road arteries, you can get to all the main sites quite easily. Rooms are small as many have noted but we made it work. They are however nicely modernized. Morning breakfast down in the lounge was quaint and the food selection was wonderful. The spa option is a nice addition but we only took advantage of the private pool access (must book a time). One final advantage of this hotel is the location whereby it is close to the ring road (highway) that allows you to get to CdG airport in a good 35 minutes. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

The pool and sauna were lovely, the room was clean, service polite and quick responses. We walked in and out of the hotel at various times, did not feel particular unsafe though The street out front was dirty and had homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk by the road.

Amazing location, walkable to most places we wanted to visit and metro stations which were a short walk away. The road was also accessible for Ubers to arrive quickly. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel which was so convenient for us! The room was clean and spacious and the shower was very good. The only small thing which could be changed would be having one more mirror in the room maybe at the desk? As we were 3 girls getting ready together it was a little difficult to share the full length mirror . Apart from this everything was great. I would stay here again

Schönes Hotel und sehr zentral. Fußläufig ca 10 min zum Arc de Triumph. Parkhaus und Metro direkt in der Nähe. Parkhaus sehr günstig. Frühstück kann ich sehr empfehlen- günstig und vielfältig. Würde ich bei Paris Reisen immer buchen.

The place is very convenient to metro, grocery, restaurants and shoppings. You can see the Arc de Triomphe, which is only 13mins walk. Their worker are also amazing. The receptionist allowed us to store our luggage while we ate next door. The housekeepers, he made sure that we have our Iron and iron board inside our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious. I love the waffles and eggs. I highly recommend this place.
