The property was easy to get to and ample parking available. It was very close to my destination (Bethel Woods Center for the Performing Arts - the original Woodstock site). I would highly recommend this facility for someone to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it was very quiet.

The hotel staff were curteous and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, bright, and welcoming, with nice facilities, including a nice fitness center. Competitive prices available. It was a little bit noisy on our floor as we were going to sleep (~11 pm on a Saturday). We did not love the mattress, which I in particular found to be too firm as someone with a lot of chronic pain. We agreed that most people would probably find it passable, though. Overall, we were pleased, and we suspect the mattress issue is somewhat unique to my health needs.

This was booked on the day as my pre booked hotel cancelled. The staff here were friendly and efficient. The location was ideal, and a few shops and restaurants nearby too which was great. The indoor pool was great too.

The breakfast was excellent, however please consider changing up the menu a little bit. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t use the pool because there was a swimming class every day we were there and the pool was extremely crowded. That was very disappointing. The coffee machine in the room needs to be upgraded to a keurig. We ate coffee drinkers and that machine was not cutting it. I like that we can text guest services, they were prompt with their responses. Overall, the rating was good.

The staff is great, the pool is nice, it’s smells nice throughout the hotel. There is nearby supermarket and Walmart and other stores. Easy on and off the exits.

We arrived late after working long hours and noticed blood stains on the bedding that was definitely old. Was so tired i didnt call down and just used a sheet till i checked out and told them. There response was no that cant be right we double check with a supervisor. I find that not to be true. Why would supervisor be in each room to watch for cleanliness and make bad twice. I wont stay again

The quality and variety of the food was beyond oue expectations. Typically the continental breakfast served is not of the quality or variety that you offered.

This property was very clean and quiet and local to alot of stores and food venues . I felt the bed in the king room was very hard and didnt get any sleep that night actually woke up with a headache from trying to sleep . other than the bed the place was great but for the price of the room I want a good night sleep

We went to have breakfast at 9:20 am (they supposedly serve breakfast until 10 am) and there was barely anything left, not even hot water for the tea. When I asked about the hot water, the staff member said: oh yes, there is no more. I asked where I could get some hot water and he begrudgingly allowed me to use the staff room to make myself a cup of tea. Then I asked if I could wash an apple and he told me that I could go to my room to wash it! Other than that, and being awaken at 5 am by a hotel wide alarm, we liked the room and the hotel in general.

It appears to be a relatively new hotel. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We did miss breakfast as I did not double-check the times. It would have been nice if the front desk had mentioned the times when we arrived. Nonetheless, I recommend this hotel for its comfort, location (close to all restaurants), and cleanliness.

It was very clean the staff was pretty cool when we got there and when we was leaving the breakfast options was alright my only complaint was them eggs it tasted really bad but other than that everyone and everything was a vibe I would go there again for a quick stay.
