Hotel rooms are top notch. Spacious, well outfitted. Best shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Scott Conant Steakhouse is superb 10/10. Only complaint is that they have signs for valet parking all throughout the complex as you pull in and then you get there and there’s no valet. They said they stopped the valet service during Covid and never restarted it. They should change their signage and make it easier to park.

The pool was closed for 1 whole day while we were there for a “private” party. We were not told this until we checked in. We were planning on using the pool and jacuzzi so we were very disappointed. This should have been transparent before we booked our stay. We were not offered any kind of compensation or discount on our stay which is unfortunate and bad business practice when u pay for a hotel to use the facilities and the facilities are closed to you.

This is a standard casino very good for gaming although I would prefer lower Limit on the roulette tables later in the evening. Facilities were clean the hotel room as well kept in the bathroom was phenomenal. The views from the windows is great and everything was clean. We ate at the steakhouse Cielo and it was quite good with great service. They definitely need to Increase the nightlife. The place shut down around 10 o’clock and all you have is the casino games no good bars or clubs. Overall, fun time if you just want to gamble any good food. If you’re looking for any sort of nightlife, they don’t have it.

The property was clean and spacious , the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are various dining options on site and others nearby to accommodate everyone’s taste. There are two pool areas , one family friendly and one adult only right next to each other but separated by a partition , each pleasantly spacious.

King suite on 18th floor was great. Nice view with no obstructions. Water pressure was a bit low. Bathroom was huge, my only gripe was one small section in the shower that needed cleaning. Otherwise room was clean, quiet floor. Had dinner at Lotus and Cellaio, both meals were pricey, but really good. Staff was friendly. Not much to do if you're not gambling 24/7 though, spa is very pricey. I would stay again but for shorter amount of time.

Spa was amazing. Room was nice. Maid only came by twice out of a 4 night stay. Front desk staff was nice. Poker room were good. Casino floor staff were nice, at least the ones that spoke English. Players Club staff were awful. Asked for a pen to sign a wedding card and was told no because guests don’t bring them back. Offered to buy a pen off her for $20. No again. Went to the gift shop, none for sale but the cashier said take as many as you need. Took one, tipped him 20 and that’s that.

We were disappointed in the state of the room, for the price we paid. Upon arrival we noticed a bad smell in bathroom, the shower was not as clean as it could have been, there were towels missing (no hand towels or wash cloths) - which would have been no big problem, had they taken care of it when we notified the front desk. We tried to call down several times, no answer, so we stopped by to speak to the front desk. We were headed out and they said they would have it taken care of while we were out. However, when we returned, the towels were still not there. We ended up contacting the front desk again in the morning and housekeeping did bring the towels. Again, this isn’t the worst thing in the world, but the room was rather expensive. We stayed at another hotel in the area several weeks earlier that was much less expensive and included breakfast and had no issues. You just expect a different experience when you are paying a higher amount.

The room and view was pretty but for almost $600 we definitely did not feel like we got our moneys worth. Staff was absolutely miserable except for the man standing outside the VIP section. Not one smile from any other staff member, they acted like they were doing you a favor with every interaction. Nothing like the service we were given at Resorts World in Las Vegas. Adult only pool was freezing and counted at least 3 dirty bandaids. Hot tub had one working jet.

Our room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself on 19th floor was large however, it needs a good carpet clean, there were a few obvious stains; which makes you not want to be barefoot. Isn’t part of hotels stays supposed to be relaxing? If the carpet is dirty, I won’t be going barefoot and I won’t sit on any furniture either as my faith in cleanliness is gone. Bathroom also needs a good bleaching in the shower, there was black mold in the corners which is extremely unhealthy. The hotel overall is dated.

Check in was a very long line about 15 people ahead of me. I wasn't told of a $125 deposit required at check in. Othereise rooms are beautiful, large bathroom and shower. Bed was very comfortable.

Took 45 minutes to check in. 2 reception desk people couldn't find the reservation and had to get a manager to find it. Then the 2nd receptionist started chatting with a friend and then the first receptionist interrupted him to help her. It was a very poor check in.

I was shocked when at 10.57am my room card was blocked!!! I was ready to pick up my bags and proceed to check out at 11am, but was unable to enter my room. I called downstairs and was told that now I must come to the lobby and present my ID!!! I wanted to make a official complaint to the manager, but the clerk at registration said she "is busy". Finally I was given a master key and was able to get my belongings. This kind of service is terrible. They charge $250 for night and check you out without your knowledge at 10.57am!!!

I had a room reserved at the Resorts world Catskills. When u got there they told me I was staying in The Alder and they downgraded me to a worse hotel and I had to pay the same price. Was very ridiculous with no accommodation at all.

Check in was 4pm. We couldn't check in because told no double rooms available. Went back at 5 and was given a handicap room which was at other end of hall farthest from elevator with a sister who is going through chemo for cancer and requested frequently for as close to elevator as possible. Told by supervisor no rooms available althogh it was a teusday and parking lot empty. They kept bringing up about my booking with Expedia as if that mattered. Very strange but wont be staying here again or booking with Expedia as there seems to be a stigma associated with this site. Very rude front desk

Stay was OK except when we checked in the front desk asked if we would like house keeping as we were staying two nights. We said yes and the set the room to be cleaned at 11am the next day, after contacting the front desk in person five times the rome was cleaned at 5pm. Why did the front desk ask if we wanted house keeping and set a time if they had no intention of honoring it and why would it take five time to bring this to the attention of the front desk?

When we arrived, I was told that even though we paid in advance for a room in the resorts world tower, we were being moved to the Alder building. They told me they didn’t care I paid a higher price to be in the tower building, that it was their prerogative to change the reservation. When I demanded a supervisor I was left standing at the check in for 5 mins before someone came out clicked the computer and miraculously found me a room. Horrible place, terrible attitude on check in people, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

My car broke down I could not get the resort to give me a break on the one night I could not check in. And Expedia also was no help they claimed that they could not get ahold of the resort. I'm very DONE with both Expedia and the Resort. Also, at the resort they automatically put a tip on a drink at the bar and in the restaurant. There are no signs that state they are doing that!!!! WRONG. Just bad the entire ordesal.

I enjoyed how close the dining and entertainment was to each other. Minimal travel. The happy hour was great at Dos Gatos. I also appreciated being upgraded to a bigger room but hotel staff was just not attentive what so ever. Called room service & front desk 10 times and got no answer. What if it was a medical emergency? Cant even get a refill on the complimentary water bottles. Overall, it was a nice stay for one time. Will not be returning.

Convenient to going to a concert at Bethel woods . It has nice rooms and casino . Our room on the 14th floor has me a beautiful view . I was surprised we couldn’t find any food after the show . Usually I travel with snacks but seeing as the hotel has a 24/7 casino and a cafe called 24/7 I figured we would be able to find food and coffee .

The hotel itself is nice, aside from the water pressure in the shower. The food at the 24/7 restaurant is a disaster though. It's worth it if you just want to relax, get away, and go to the spa. You'll just need to leave for food.

The room we had is quite large and clean. But the TV is at a 90 degree angle and very uncomfortable to watch. The mattress and pillows are horrible. Very soft. Did not sleep well. There is no room service available. The restaurant offerings are mediocre.
