Staff is nice, the surrounding area is good, very convenient.

Really helpful reception for a late night check in. Friendly breakfast staff and breakfast. Great, large and comfy bed and a good size family room. Great shower. Excellent location for zone 1 London explorations.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences. My two kids and I arrived late at night and didn’t notice until the next morning that the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was visible dust and debris, and under the bed we even found a previous guest’s underwear (!!). I notified the front desk, who apologized and arranged for the room to be re-cleaned. I was assured that the hotel would compensate us for the inconvenience and for the unacceptable housekeeping standards. However, no compensation was ever provided, and the hotel has since ignored multiple follow-up messages. Mistakes can happen, but failing to deliver on a promise and then refusing to engage with a paying guest afterward speaks volumes. Between the hygiene issue, the unfulfilled commitment, and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are far cleaner and more professional options available.

First, the staff were very kind to me and my family. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was awesome! It’s very close to earls court station, which has 3 lines to follow, so, very central.
