For what it is, this property was a winner - but realize that you 1) will need a car and 2) are not staying at a hotel, but are in a condo complex: no restaurant or bar options, no gift shop or mini mart, no personnel around the pool or otherwise to provide daily support. That being said, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped to allow a wide range of cooking tasks: complete professional knife set, full range of pots and pans, lovely Weber Genesis grill available. The complex itself walks right onto Napili beach, where you can find excellent snorkeling right off the beach. 2 swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs, never crowded. Each unit has its own balcony with table and chairs, just lovely to sit out and enjoy breakfast. Excellent value for what I needed. Grocery store is about a mile up the road. Easy drive, but not at all walkable. Easy check in and exceptionally strong communication throughout the reservation and check in / out process.

Beautiful location, front desk very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Easy beach access, good communication regarding activities (Friday breakfast, yoga class). Only suggestion I have would be to advise, or even post signs, for those parking directly outside their room to pull in as far as possible. Had to drive upon sidewalk a few mornings to get around autos that could have potentially blocked us in. Otherwise, wonderful destination.

This is a hidden gem. Our family of 5 loved it. Steps from the perfect beach for snorkeling and swimming and sun bathing. It was quiet. Grocery store near by. Beach rentals near by. Beautiful coastal hike steps away. Units newly renovated. There is a place to do laundry on site. We loved the morning Yoga class, live music and Hula, etc. We arrived before check in and we were exhausted from leaving for our flight at 1am, and they let us check in early. I could go on and on. We will be back!

The main pool was under maintenance while we were there which was disappointing, but Ravi and his team were as accommodating as they could be. The property is in an excellent area with a top notch beach. Quaint, low rise condos, not giant 10 story hotels. This keeps the whole area a little quieter, more charming, and less crowded. We had a great time.

This is a great little condo complex right in the beach. While it is not as fancy as some other resorts the location, the employees and the cleanliness is top notch. The rooms are very nice and the grounds are very well kept. There are grilling areas and tables outside to enjoy the weather.Everyone working at the resort was pleasant and hard working. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort .

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are so close to the beach with a nice lawn and pool area, and the beach area was great the bay was great for snorkle or just to relax with great views of Molokai and the sunset. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The snorkel store nearby has good weekly specials on beach equipment like chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment that make it easy to enjoy the beach for the full stay. Nice restaurants and walks nearby as well, for sure would live to come back!

I have to say, this is one of the best places that I've stayed in in Hawaii. The property was quiet and came with everything we needed in the room. It came with pots, pans, plates, cups, and so much other stuff. The room and property grounds were so clean. All the staff were so nice. Every one greeted us when they saw us. I definitely will be back.

Great stay, perfect view. We love Napili and this resort was fantastic. Clean, and updated kitchen. We watched turtles and whales from the lanai. The unit had AC but we kept the windows open and used the ceiling fans. It’s nice to have the grassy area to play ball and ring toss with the family. Ravi at the front desk was beyond friendly. Thank you.

Loved the beach view and nice quiet location. Beach isn’t really walkable and can’t really surf here. Snorkeling and swimming are pretty good. Great restaurants near by, but not part of this property. Overall good choice and good value.

We had the best room at the resort since room 101 has the best views, both of the ocean, sunset and the beach/bay. Also closest to the beach and easy access to the other resort’s dining options. The rooms furniture was in excellent taste and the kitchen top notch.

Amazing, intimate, and charming spot. The one bedroom floor plans are great with a well laid out kitchen overlooking the living room and bedroom separated from the living room by door sliders (no acoustic separation). Recently renovated and feels great inside. Open up lanai sliders and front door windows for nice cross breeze ventilation (we slept with open doors at night and felt safe). Nicely scaled and situated buildings around clean and tidy grounds with beautiful grass for babies to play on overlooking the ocean. Grills are popular for dinner and the manager/staff were a delight to interact with. Parking is tight but if you’re used to city driving then nothing to mention.

Lovely hotel with several building surrounding pool. Direct access to a sheltered cove with good snorkeling and small waves. The room was very comfortable with a small kitchen area. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back when we are in Maui again.

This place was so lovely. From the outside I was a bit skeptical but do not worry, this place is a gem. It was perfect for our needs. Our room was newly remodeled and very clean. If you can, get the ocean view or partial ocean view. Almost all the rooms fit this bill but one building is tucked behind another and though it had its own small pool area I don’t think the view/location was quite as nice. We stayed in an upstairs ocean view one bedroom and our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 elementary age kids) fit perfectly. There was a fully appointed kitchen so make that grocery run before you arrive because the restaurant options are a bit limited in the immediate area. There are bbqs in the common space for guest use. There was no cleaning services but the staff would bring new sheets or towels quickly after a text and the room was well stocked to keep everything tidy. Beach towels were provided and traded out for clean ones as needed. There is also coin laundry on site. From your room you can be down to the beach in less than a minute. The snorkeling was great. We saw tons of beautiful fish and even sea turtles in Napili bay. The staff were wonderful and easy to deal with. They communicated by text which I found incredibly convenient. I hope we can stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond to be courteous, kind friendly, helpful and even compensated us for the pool being under construction. The rooms are renovated and beautiful. We loved this hotel! The staff was so nice! We stayed in rooms 218,115,117 with two other couples and we were all so happy with everything. From the clean, comfortable rooms to the genuine staff to the beautiful beach just steps away! The property manager, Ravi was so attentive, nice and works so hard making sure everyone and everything is perfect. He never stops. We would see him well before opening hours and closing hours helping and checking on things every day. Ravi is a gem! All three rooms were well stocked with everything you need and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were super quiet and very peaceful! The maintenance guy was very helpful and nice as well! This place is a 10/10. I highly recommend staying there. Our family will be back. We would love to go back with our kids and grandkids next time. Kid friendly and safe.

The property is absolutely beautiful and very close to Napili Beach. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service we received while we were there. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here the next time we go to Maui.

This property are all condos owned by different people that are rented out by the management company. All condos are about the same inside. They are good for a family of four or five (small kids). The beach that is there is a public beach but it is amazing, there is always some sort of waives that are great for the kids. The views are spectacular. Location is great, about 10 to 15 min drive from everything.

An absolute slice of paradise. The property truly feels like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return. The location is excellent with a market, restaurants & a fantastic coffee shop just a short walk away. This was our first trip to Maui and after numerous day trips & adventures, we always looked forward to returning to our unit to relax and watch whales spouting from the lanai.

The place was nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable room. They offered a delicious breakfast on Friday and an hour of free music one evening performed by local musician. The entire staff was pleasant. Napili bay is beautiful and was only about a one minute walk from our door.

We loved our stay at Napili Surf Beach Resort. The view from our room was unbeatable, having breakfast at the lanai was awesome. The sunsets on the beach were breathtakingly beautiful. The staff there is very friendly and nice, the atmosphere is very relaxed and good. We really liked that there was everything supplied in the kitchen, and even filtered water so we didn't have to go buy jugs of water all the time. You can't beat the location, so close to a wonderful beach where you can swim and snorkel with the turtles, which we enjoyed very much. I also enjoyed the beachside yoga that is provided there couple times a week, such a nice start for the day. We will return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are so close to the beach with a nice lawn and pool area, and the beach area was great the bay was great for snorkle or just to relax with great views of Molokai and the sunset. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The snorkel store nearby has good weekly specials on beach equipment like chairs, umbrella and snorkel equipment that make it easy to enjoy the beach for the full stay. Nice restaurants and walks nearby as well, for sure would live to come back!

For what it is, this property was a winner - but realize that you 1) will need a car and 2) are not staying at a hotel, but are in a condo complex: no restaurant or bar options, no gift shop or mini mart, no personnel around the pool or otherwise to provide daily support. That being said, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped to allow a wide range of cooking tasks: complete professional knife set, full range of pots and pans, lovely Weber Genesis grill available. The complex itself walks right onto Napili beach, where you can find excellent snorkeling right off the beach. 2 swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs, never crowded. Each unit has its own balcony with table and chairs, just lovely to sit out and enjoy breakfast. Excellent value for what I needed. Grocery store is about a mile up the road. Easy drive, but not at all walkable. Easy check in and exceptionally strong communication throughout the reservation and check in / out process.

Perfect peace and beauty! Our first time here and we’ll definitely be back. It was great having our own beach and snorkeling right there! And other great beaches close by too. The restaurant right next door, 5315 Kitchen, is really good. As is Merriman’s.

"We had an exceptional experience thanks to Ravi's outstanding hospitality! Despite arriving after office hours, he warmly welcomed us and remained in touch throughout our stay. His prompt responses to our inquiries made us feel valued and supported. The property exceeded our expectations, offering a range of thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary yoga class and breakfast, and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, dishes, and a large fridge with an internal water dispenser. Loved the beach view and nice quiet location. Beach isn’t really walkable and can’t really surf here. Snorkeling and swimming are pretty good. Great restaurants near by, but not part of this property. Overall good choice and good value.

This property awesome! You walk right out the back door to the most beautiful cove that is a snorkeler’s Paradise. Beautiful fish and turtles! The property it self is so nice. So Convenient with the kitchen and all the things that you would need great barbecues on property with plenty of tables with seating in front of them for family and friends. Fridays are an extra plus with a complementary breakfast with homemade banana bread and local Hawaiian favorite dishes! Don’t worry if you didn’t bring an ice chest or beach chairs you literally can walk to a rental shop right next-door to the property! Trust me you will not be disappointed! Mahalo!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days in August of 2024. It's a very nice property. It is well kept and quiet. We felt secluded , even thought restaurants, coffee and the beach were only a short walk from our room. With a full kitchen, you have options for dining. You can walk, drive or get food to cook from the local market. Some days, we just cut up a bunch of the local fruit. We will be asking for the same room when we return next year.

We had a great stay at the Napili Surf Resort. We travel with seniors and kid. The staff are helping and welcolmeing. Everybody is happy. The full kitchen gave us additional option for food. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and Napili market is around the corner. And the resort was very quiet after 8 or 9pm. There are not so many people crowed down on the beach so we enjoyed a calm and relaxed time on the beach either. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful view from our one-bedroom ocean front suite, which was excellent for our family of four. The location is perfect, and we spent many days on the beach, which wasn’t crowded. The beach is calm and great for kids. Snorkeling is wonderful on the right side of the cove with many tropical fish, and we saw turtles from the shore near the left side of the cove by the rocks!! Prime location, and we also spent a day at Kapalua, which was only a 5 minute drive from the resort. We snorkeled there, and saw many tropical fish as well as a huge sea turtle!! Honokeana is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes, and we saw turtles there as well! The resort is in close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. My kids loved the pool and also the fruit shack right outside the resort as well!! The staff here is super responsive and responds to requests within minutes. Our suite had a full kitchen and everything was exceptionally clean throughout our unit. Ocean views are worth the price, as we had three separate balconies to enjoy the view!! I highly recommend this place.
