La navette aéroport était à l'heure, nous sommes vraiment encadrés et avons des contacts pour toutes demandes. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, confortables et propres. La salle de sport et piscine au Top. L'ambiance est agréable et pas trop bondé de monde. Mon seul problème était avec HÔTEL.COM qui n'a JAMAIS vraiment répondu à leur erreur, me baladant avec leur Chat et/ou leur numéro de téléphone erroné. Nous pensions avoir eu à faire à une arnaque (aujourd'hui nous sommes sûr de rien)... Même en étant rentré, ils n'ont pas répondu à leur erreur. Je ne pense pas réserver un autre séjour via cette compagnie.

Very modern hotel with parking garage available underground. Offering a gym, a rooftop pool and a laundry room on site which is ideal for families with kids. Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean, roomy, well appointed and with really comfortable beds. However minor issues were not addressed over our 3 night stay despite being reported on the first day (eg no hairdryer, bathroom sink clogged). Overall we had an excellent experience.

This hotel was a great place for our family of 26 to stay during our week long vacation. The staff was great. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! The 2 bedroom room had full kitchens and 2 bedrooms. They were clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Rooftop pool was nice.

The breakfast ran out of coffee almost every morning, the poor 1 staff had to clean and replenish food , they had no juice , they ran out of fruit and bread , the pool is nice , no umbrellas, the rooms are nice size but getting the room cleaned was a challenge, the front desk manger was not trying to be helpful, he also advised us that there is no vip , very confusing since this was one of the reasons i booked the hotel , the gym is ok but the sun hits the windows in the morning and there is no blinds , so impossible to work out in the mornings, plus there is no water in the gym , when i asked for water no one did anything about it , the laundry is nice option, and the parking is nice as well , don’t buy anything in there little store bought ice cream for a small container they charged 300 pesos,

For the price that I paid, it was not worth it. Housekeeping never when to clean my room for my 4 days and 3 nights. I have to go and ask for toilet paper and soap. This was ridiculous. Breakfast, was good, the guys who kept clean was the two guys in the cafeteria. Apologies I forgot their names.

I felt our stay was above average. But our AC unit was a bit noisy and the room we were in wasn't soundproofed from outside sounds. Sometimes it sounds like someone was trying to open our door. Sucks if you're paranoid which we weren't. However, the kitchenette was a welcome surprise: there was a two burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. No ice machine but there was a tray available to use bottled water to make ice. All of the staff were immensely helpful and accomodating. ATM on site for MXN and USD was a massive plus! Breakfast was great. There was slight variety daily but ensure that you go before 9am it get crowded. Also, there is limited parking in the garage underneath the hotel. If you are a nightowl, will be parking in the parking lot and have to endure a decent walk to the lobby. We would stay again. The pros outweighs the cons.

Room had a leak in it and carpet was soggy wet. When asked to switch rooms they took us to a room that had more water on the floor and smelled like mildew. Stayed in original room and said something more to staff in morning and they blew us off again.

The property is very clean. Room attendants made sure that the room was very clean on a daily basis and gave you fresh new towels everyday. Rooms were bigger than regular hotels. It had a full kitchen with a big fridge and came equipped with a stove, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, coffe maker, etc. Only about a 5 minutes drive from Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses as well as other attractions. Will definitely reserve again in the future. By the way, very minimum carpet area in the room. Only under the beds and sofa so no moldy or humid smell in the room. Plenty of space in the room for 4 people with 2 actual queen beds. Unlike other hotels that advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually full beds.

It takes 450 pesos round trip taxi ride to Playa del Carmen when it is only 8min drive away.. There is a big supermarket across the street tho. But other than that, nothing else. Swimming pool is shallow.

We spent 7 nights here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was excellent variety and very good. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Would recommend highly. Only downside is you need to have transportation to get to Playa Del Carmen. No walkable streets near by.

We had a great stay at the property! We were a bit worried due to the location being a bit far from downtown except there was an excellentwell lit path right from the hotel to the strip. It was an easy 20-30 minute walk or a faster bike ride. We rented bikes and took them everywhere hotel had a bike rack in parking however it could use a bit of an upgrade as was falling apart. Room was great as well as the rooftop being the major highlight. Would be amazing if the rooftop bar was open but could bring own food/drinks up instead. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a great non all inclusive stay in Playa!

El hotel está un poco alejado de la zona turística y no hay restaurantes ni lugares para comer cerca a los que se pueda ir caminando, sobre todo por el tema del calor y el sol. Los taxis cobran alrededor de $200 pesos para ir a la 5ta Avenida, que está a menos de 10 minutos. Las instalaciones del hotel se mantienen limpias. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, pero nos cambiaron de habitación de manera rápida y sin problema. La señorita encargada de la limpieza en el comedor es muy amable y servicial, al igual que todo el personal en general.

Stay 5 nights in this hotel, staff service is great, they speak Spanish and English both, check in service very smooth and easy, after you book the hotel, they do send your complimentary airport shuttle booking link that you can fill it up, and you receive the voucher shortly. From cancun international airport to the hotel is about 1hour drive, room is very clean, and they do have kitchen in the room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am everyday, very close the Xscaret park and Playa de carmen downtown, about 6-10mins drive, taxi easy to book, there is also a grocery store SORIANA and Starbucks close by, which about 6mins walk. They also have a MTS tour desk in the lobby from 8am to 4pm, that you can also book the day trip if you want visit chichen itza, Tulum, Xscaret park etc. Overall is good.

El personal es muy amable, adiocional la persona que esta en la recepción y da la información de los tours muy atento estuvo siempre al pendiente. Solo que falta organización en el desayuno los huéspedes se acababan rapido el bufete y luego se tardaban en sacar mas, al igual que el jugo.

Good basic hotel, no shuttle service to the beach. Even though it is advertised on their website. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean. Decent pool area up top. No outside seating area around the hotel. Very little dinning options. Small buffets for breakfast and limited restaurants in walking distance. Needs shuttle service. No room service. All in all, good safe stay but needs to be accommodating for the customer.
