The parking entrance and exit is a bit tight for a van. Everything else is nice.

Nice room with balcony and parking garage under the building. Easy to get to bus line to get into the center of the city and go out from there.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The property is roughly an hour walk from the city center so that was the only downside. The kitchen and fridge in the room was super convenient and the free laundry was also another plus! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

Check-In und -Out waren schnell und unkompliziert. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen und Parkmöglichkeiten in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Great hotel as long as you figure out how to use the Metro system. It was well located near a tram stop but we had th misfortune to follow the Google directions and arrived at the train station and walked. The area around the train station is awful and felt very unsafe. On arrival, front desk were also dealing with the arrival of a large tour group. There were 3 team members busy with this but it would have been preferable if 2 team members could have handled the group and the third manage the general desk/ check in and out questions. Hotel offers an excellent guest laundry, very useful if you are on the road for a longer period. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. It worked well for our family of four. Thank you.

It was ver spacey, decent kitchen, expensive parking

It was very nice to stay there. They were very helpfull when i asked for photo copies. Transportation 1 block away. There is also a market acroos the street. The laundry area is available 24hrs. It was very clean. We had 4 great days staying at this place!!!

Nettes Appartementhotel. Zimmer insgesamt gut und relativ sauber. Kopfkissen leider sehr unbequem. Kein Toaster und kein Backofen im Appartement. Es gibt 2 Herdplatten u eine Mikrowelle zum Essen machen. Es wird eine Lademöglichkeit für ein E-Auto angeboten - kostet pro Tag 28 Euro - hier muss man aber dazu sagen, dass es sich nur um eine einfache Steckdose handelt. Wenn man das Auto also 24 Std laden kann, dann mag das gehen - ansonsten zu teuer für eine total langsam ladende Steckdose.

Geweldig dat er een keuken in de kamer zit, met waterkoker en koffieapparaat. En koelkast. Zeer fijn dat je wat eigen eten en drinken koel kan bewaren en koken of bakken. Doucheput zat verstopt, maar daar kwamen we achter nadat receptie dicht was. Uiteindelijk zelf bak haar eruit gehaald en toen liep het putje weer perfect. Zeer fijne douche. Mag wel wat beter schoongemaakt worden…wel wat schimmel in de voegen.

Sehr viel staub unter bett und couch. Tür auf Terrasse sehr schlecht zu schließen. Abfluss Waschbecken defekt. Ameisen im zimmer wegen silkon beschädigt in bad hinter der tür.

Quarto limpo, excelente atendimento

Prima verblijf in grote, nette kamer, met mogelijkheid tot zelf koken. Het voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Het ziet er spiksplinternieuw uit en is heel goed onderhouden!

Pros : affordable, 1 min walk from Tram and a Lidl. (City Centre is 25 min tram journey), rooms are big and have all the facilities you want. Staff is lovely. Cons : you have the illusion that it’s clean but it is not. Floor is dirty, dusty and air con can be loud and the wifi is quite weak, I had to rely on my phone data. The noise from the big boulevard can be quite loud as well. I used ear plugs.

We had a lovely stay at the citadines. It is of excellent quality apart hotel, everything was very clean and seemed new. The only minor fault was that the fridge needed some attention with cleanliness. Also we stayed for 3 days and no one checked to see if we had everything we needed.

Het is een appartement met zelfservice. Dagelijks schoonmaak, afval buitenzetten, schone handdoeken enzovoort moet je zelf doen. Deze accommodatie ligt in een buiten wijk. Met tram 1 duurt het ongeveer 30 tot 40 min om in stad te komen. Veels te duur, voor de zelfde geld kan je makkelijk een hotel in de stad nemen. De omschrijving van deze accommodatie vind ik ook misleidend, de fitness ruimte bestaat uit 2 loopbanden in een kleine ruimte. Ontbijt is bij de restaurant ernaast beschikbaar voor €16,50. Heel duur voor zo’n karige ontbijt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gab alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr sauber. Meine Unterkunft lag an einer sechsspurigen Straßenseite. Obwohl die Fenster geschlossen waren, hörte man den Verkehr die ganze Nacht sehr laut und deutlich.

The hotel room was very spacious, and nicely furnished with a full closest, a small kitchen, and a good sized bathroom. The key pad to get in and out was very nice, and the transpiration stops were a short walk away from the front door which was very convenient!

Clean and roomy, balcony with a view.

I stayed Citadines South Vienna property last week, December 3, 2024. My family (Torres & Metcalf) booked three rooms. I opted to upgrade to a deluxe room since it was my birthday. Unfortunately we ended up having a horrible experience. The apartment was extremely hot. It was unbearable for us to sleep in. We made sure the heat was off and opened the windows. It was 30 degrees fahrenheit but that barely cooled it at all.We contacted the number given and were basically told to open our windows, which we already had but the property is on a very busy street so this was not a reasonable solution as it was VERY noisy all night. We told them we had already done so and the windows had been open as much as they could for over two hours but the room was still incredibly hot and we couldn't sleep. We were told to wait a few hours and see if the room cooled down. At 3:00am we were still awake, miserable so we called again and asked if we could leave and get a refund. The overnight contact said they were not authorized and we would have to talk with reservations the next day. They told us were we could go in the building to get ourselves a fan. My husband got dressed and got the fan but I can't sleep with a fan as it makes me sick/sinus congestion etc. I spent an hour trying to contact Hotels.com at 4:00am but also got no where. I had no sleep and 20 hours of travel the next day. I felt completely sick the next morning from no rest. Awful experience. Should not charge for this!

The room is comfortable and spacious. The location is convenience.

There was a lot of space in the room, the bed was comfortable and lovely to have a balcony area to sit outdoors.

every things is good but only one problem is room is very cold, only ths is problem and bus tram easy to go station,

We enjoyed the property but we were with 2 other groups of our family. 3 rooms total. Our family with 6 month old baby could not get their heat to adjust. It was SO HOT in their room they and baby could not rest. Hotel was notified at the time and did nothing, sent no help. We were flying out the next day and they got no rest at all. The property offered no help, no remedy, no new room, not even a refund or discount after the fact. Would definitely not use again. You are completely stranded and on your own if you have a problem of any kind.

Overall, the property is acceptable but does not meet the 4-star standard advertised at the entrance. The staff were friendly and very supportive throughout my stay. Breakfast, although somewhat expensive at €18–19 per person, was well prepared and offered a good variety. However, the price seems excessive for children, who are unlikely to eat enough to justify the cost. My room faced the main road with six driving lanes, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the windows did not block the traffic noise effectively. For a short business stopover, this hotel may be suitable, but it is less ideal for medium-length stays such as a holiday.

No top up of drinking water at the front counter, coffee beans and milk at the common area for guests for the 2 nites that i stayed there. When i asked the male manager. He asked me to go super market to buy. In the end i cannot have my latte. The attitude was not friendly at all.

Appalling. Nobody to meet or greet when we arrived late at night. Internet down. Emergency phone number did not work. We were stranded only for a couple calling a taxi for us to find another hotel at extra expense. No apology since. Nothing. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Traveling alone for business and really like this hotel. Property is clean and well kept up. Located very close to train / tram access and can get anywhere quickly. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was pretty basic but totally acceptable. My room was big with full kitchen. Dining options are limited in the direct surroundings but no complaints because the best doner kepab place is 2 blocks away. Overall highly recommended for a business traveler or even solo vacation traveler. But with my wife I would probably stay closer to downtown Vienna. Enjoy!!!

Lleganos a las 9 pm al hotel, ya no habianadie en recepción y no teniamis el codigo de acceso para la puerta, si no hubiera sido por un cliente que pasaba por ahi y nos ayudo con la clave, no hubieramos podido entrar la primera noche. Y avise que llegaba tarde oara el check in. Debieron de haberme mandado indicaciones con la clave de acceso de la puerta al hotel.

Citadines front desk personnel were extremely helpful, always smiling and very friendly! i will definitely come back while in Vienna. Breakfast was delicious!!!

I have great stay in Citadines South Vienna. Convenient location where walking less than 5 mins can reach Tram 1 which can bring you to most of seeing sign in Vienna. Check-in and out are very smoothly. I don't wait any seconds. I booked two types of the room. Both of them are good. Well-equipped in Kitchen. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Emplacement idéal, proche de la ligne 1 du tramway.

Great position, Lidl across the road for grabbing bits for the day and room, straight onto Line 1 on the tram behind the complex which is great. Everything in Vienna is within a 30 tram or underground stop. Highly recommend

Abbastanza confortevole, con garage proprio e diversi supermercati vicini. Posizione decentrata, lontana dalla metro, ma con vicina fermata del tram.

An excellent place. The tram is behind the building, 3 minutes walk and it was very easy to get in the center town. The place is very clean, confortable and we will definitely stay there again should we go back to Vienna.

Muy buena propiedad a tan solo una cuadra del tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad y te deja frente a la Ópera.

L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il personale molto gentile. La colazione non è soddisfacente. La zona è molto periferica anche se comodamente collegata al centro con il tram 1.

Property was clean and well equipped. Tram station is very near. But the area around does not have a lot of tourist amenities.

Property was excellent and exactly what we hoped. Had to get bus to and from underground which run really frequently and takes 10 minutes so not too much trouble if confident traveller.

The staff was super helpful, they even offered us an umbrella for possible rain and we did end up using it. The room is very spacious, nicely furnished and tasteful decor. The shower could be a little better cleaned, other than that, no issues. Breakfast was abundant in variety. Great bread selection. The train station was just a short walk. We would stay here again.
