The accommodation was spacious and very clean, and the location was excellent with supermarkets and public transport conveniently nearby. What we appreciated the most was the staff—everyone warmly welcomed our family and took great care of us throughout our stay. Thanks to them, we had a truly enjoyable and memorable time in Vienna.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and clean. Sofa bed was not comfortable and didn’t go all the way flat. Aside from that, great hotel.
