The carpet in the hallways were not only dirty but badly stained, refrigerator door in the first room wouldn’t stay closed and didn’t have a light inside. After switching rooms, the safe wasn't working at all. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. The location was good as far as walking to the convention center, they also provided us with a list of parking options which was easy accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly! Hotels don’t have to be high end to be inviting, it’s the small things that count.

Hotel and staff are excellent but the area gets a little sketchy at night. Would definitely stay here again but after dark you need to Uber to and from the hotel. Nothing bad specifically about this hotel because all the hotels not directly on the Harbor have the same issues.

Great hotel in a prime location it was very clean. I was worried because it was not cheap but lower price for the area, but it was pleasantly surprised.

The room that my son was in, the bathroom door would not close all the way, and they had no hot water. I didn't realize how sketchy the neighborhood was and the garage being so far for someone to walk back themselves. Will never book there again.
