It’s just diagonally across the subway U4 line which is very convenient. Hotel is quite new and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is good. There’s even a Green Clean laundromat within 10mins walk. Hotel is quiet and bed is comfy. There is bakery next door, Macdonald’s standalone opposite and a chocolate specialty shop 2 doors away. However room temperature is abit warm and seemed to be fixed. No proper taxi stand or car drop off area infront of hotel and it’s at a bend which is quite dangerous to stop Uber there.

new property, facilities are clean, nice design and decoration, staff very friendly and sincere. provided us a lot of ideas and direction on where to visit. location is great, across the street from the subway stop. two stops to the center of town and 4 to the castle, no transfers required. gym is basic.

Das Hotel Indigo ist wirklich sehr schön und man schläft wunderbar, da der Innenhof herrlich ruhig ist. Das einzige Manko ist, dass sie für E-Auto Fahrer keine eigene Lademöglichkeit haben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das sehr leckere Frühstück - das sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen!

Good tourist Hotel. Rooms are compact. The hotel's policy of no attention to the rooms during our stay (3days) was not great. Although the hotel says you can always ask, as a guest I should not have to ask for garbage emptying, clean glasses or a bathroom clean daily.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos erreichen konnte. Drei (kleine) Kritikpunkte hätte ich trotzdem noch: - Die Dame am Empfang war etwas zurückhaltend und hat uns leider nicht alles erklärt. So waren wir verwirrt, dass wir mit zwei großen Koffern die Treppen in den 2. Stock nehmen sollten. - Das Reinigungspersonal hat am ersten Morgen keine Rücksicht auf das Bitte nicht stören-Schild genommen und uns geweckt. - Das Hotel besteht eigentlich aus 2 Gebäuden: Vorne an der Straße gibt es ein Gebäude mit 7 Etagen mit einem Treppenhaus und einem Fahrstuhl. Das Hauptgebäude, in dem die Rezeption, die Bar, der Fitnessraum und das Restaurant sind, sind im ‚Innenhof‘. Wir waren in dem Gebäude an der Straße untergebracht und da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, hatten wir mit dem eigentlichen Hotel nichts zu tun - außer beim Check-in und beim Check-out. Das war irgendwie merkwürdig und hat uns eher ein Gefühl von Airbnb gegeben…

Beautiful hotel - a little oasis in the middle of Vienna. Loved our rooms. Had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice touch, especially with a view of all the gorgeous planting. Breakfast was great - something for the whole family. The vegan porridge was the best I’ve ever had! Our stay was a treat from start to finish. Would love to visit again.

I really like the hotel. The room is very comfortable too. The office desk is great. Balcony was nice. Bed is comfortable! Wifi is fast and reliable. Quiet rooms. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is GREAT! I walked everywhere. Barely took the train. Walked to the 7th district, museum quarter and all museums. Could take 30 mins but it is nice if you want to explore the Viennese architecture, neighborhoods, and coffeeshops. If you don’t want to talk, the train station is right in front of the hotel. You will be in the center in 5 mins. It took me about 20 mins in total to go to the airport (u4- cat train). The hotel has a great restaurant famous for schnitzel nearby. Room service is great. Everything was great. No complains.

The hotel is situated near an underground station and bus stops. It is extremely easy to get around. The hotel bar is always busy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Vienna is hot but the air con is not switched on to very high settings. You will still feel hot during the daytime. At night, when you are sleeping, the air con is fine. The room is cleaned and we have a balcony. It is nice. The biggest drawback is the shower. The shower is powerful but the screen they use, is far too small. You do get water all over the floor. Overall, the experience in staying in this hotel is postive and I will recommend it.

Great location with a metro stop literally across the street. Very nice hotel with great staff. Only issue (personal only) is the ac only goes down to 18C. I am a hot sleeper so the control of that would be nice but definitely not a deal breaker.

Designed for looks, not comfort Favorable comments: This is a new property, very attractive, well decorated, spacious, and close to transportation. Unfavorable: Our room was not designed for comfort. There was a hard wood chair with zero ergonomics and a designer bench, even more uncomfortable. The bed was at the extreme end of firm. The current ridiculous trend is to provide a thick warm duvet for warm May weather. Two choices: too hot or no covers at all. We improved it by removing the duvets and using them to cushion the hard mattress and using the duvet cover as a sheet.

A lot of construction going on but of course that is temporary. Neighborhood has a lot of essentials so location is great. The hotel is very quiet and has a good clientele. The staff is simply over the top. We have traveled extensively in 2024 and met wonderful staff along the way but we will not forget the Indigo for the welcome we received, their attentiveness, and their many kindnesses. 10 * out of a possible 5 *.

Vienna great place to visit. This was a middle stop in a visit to Budapest. Vienna and Prague. Hotel is well located near to the Metro and within walking distance of the Naschmarkt and the City Centre. Plenty of places to eat near by - for all meals. Very enjoyable three days

Indigo is a very nice and clean hotel. Close to the metro and plenty of good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Has a modern and cozy ambience. We had a great time and has great breakfast selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Indigo Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zur U Bahn und der inneren City. Es riecht sehr gut wenn man das Hotel betritt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war ausreichend gross und freundlich. Tolles Bad und das Highlight der Balkon. Meiner war begrünt. Es gibt unterschiedliche auch von der Lage her. Klima hätte für mich kälter und stärker sein können. Frühstück hat grosse Luft nach oben von Auswahl Atmosphäre gerade im Sommer. Ja es war heiss, aber an drei Tagen war der Innenhof nicht für das Frühstück parat. Die grossen Sonnenschirme waren nicht ausgefahren und es wirkte lieblos. Die Stoffbank war dreckig und Auflagen würden den Stühlen und Möbeln guttun. Es war sehr viel Personal, da hätte man das gut stemmen können. Unter anderem war DAS ein Kriterium dieses Hotel zu wählen. Obst in Form von Apfel, Pfirsich, Nektarine, Banane habe ich nicht gesehen. Leider auch keinen Sekt und die Brötchenauswahl war mehr als bescheiden. Klar man wird satt aber ich hätte mehr erwartet und erhofft. Da geht noch viel mehr. Leider beim Check Out auch keine Frage ob es gefallen hat…. Das kann verbessert werden. Auf Grund der Ruhe und des Balkon würde ich noch einmal buchen. Doch Frühstück wohl nicht.
