I love the King sized and very comfortable bed! Also the room was very clean! I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel passed that test in flying colors. The breakfast was pretty good, too. I parked my car in their parking garage for $33 a night and that was a fair price for NYC. Overall a great stay. Will come back again.

Great staff. Nice sized and clean room. You can hear the train at times from the side of the hotel I was on, but it didn't really disturb me. It sounded like someone rolling luggage down the hallway. Parking was $33 a day and you can get to and from the garage through the hotel.

It was a nice property abd the room was sufficient. Unfortunately, there were no comfortable chairs in the room. You had to sit on the bed or on those very small insafe little seats. The truck noise at 5 in the morning was annoying and there is no convenient parking. The garage next door is expensive. Not sure if i would stay at that property again.

Location of the property looked suspious but overall was very convenient with the train station in walking distance. There were warehouses surrounding the area but overall we didn’t feel unsafe. Parking was a bit of a headache as the company to park the cars is not connected with the hotel and the person didn’t speak much English so we didn’t go with that ($30 night) and just circled the area to find an outside parking. The room were small but expected for NYC.

On site parking was a key reason for choosing this hotel, but it wasn't available...even though it was displayed ont the Expedia app as an included amenity of the hotel. The valet parking had to be purchased separately from another company that didn’t seem trustworthy.

The lady receptionist at late night wasn’t rude but seems like very indifferent and offish. The room is very clean and new but it’s a bit noisy at night. You can hear the noise when the D train subway passing by. Overall is very good.

Nice area but not a lot of parking available. Staff was friendly, room was clean, facilities looked great. The only thing that gave me trouble was the tv wasnt connected to wifi so I was not able to cast anything from my phone.

This hotel was convenient because it was right near a train station and bus stop and corner store. I was able to get where I needed to be. I had no issues with the staff and they cleaned our room when asked and gave fresh towels. The breakfast was a plus! I wish the lobby and actual hotel room was more roomy but other than that I would come here again.

The hotel is located right around the corner from the D train , this makes it a very convenient location. There is a deli that’s open day and night where you can pick up dinner and drinks and snacks late at night . The hotel is relatively new and so it’s a nice facility, the breakfast offerings were just not for me, pancakes and other stuff like muffins and bananas. The cleanliness could be better in the rooms , the air conditioning didn’t seem to work too good . I would stay here again but would be concerned with the air conditioning.

Only real complaints I had were that noise from the streets makes it through the windows too well, so it’s hard to sleep until later into the night, and the shower handle was designed in a way that I couldn’t stop a little bit of water from dripping out once we had used it. Perhaps it was leak in the valve.

They kindly answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. Their exceptional service truly made a difference. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the property was well-maintained and in excellent condition. The bed and room setup were very comfortable, though slightly short of perfection. The hotel’s location in Sunset Park was another highlight, offering easy access to the area while feeling safe and convenient. Bonus points for their visible efforts toward environmental friendliness, which added to the positive impression. Highly recommended!

The area where hotel is located is not to picturesque. There is factory in front hotel and nothing worth seeing outside the window. Service was good. there was a problem in bathroom facility that a pole was loose and I almost fell holding on to it, but upon mentioning the issue it was corrected right away. The few restaurants available near by delivered to hotel so this was good. Chinese restaurant and italian. I did not walk around the area as I felt it was not to safe though speaking with other guest I was informed that the area was safe.

Neighborhood looks a little sketchy but it’s not bad. The hotel, unfortunately looks out on some garages across the street and they are pretty messy. In back of the hotel is the train tracks and a cemetery beyond that. So not a beautiful location. OTOH it was pretty quiet. The staff are nice. Rooms were good. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was decent. There is a subway stop just down the street, 9th Ave. It’s not clear when you arrive but you can pull into the adjacent garage and park there for $33 per night. Not bad really Once we got past the shabby surroundings we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The subway is only 2 mins away. I felt reasonably safe in the area during the day, but didn't like the area after dark. The breakfast area is always full and feels squashed. The area is not big enough for the amount of guests.

The room was comfortable equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. There is a view that can be seen through the hotel glass windows There are a room for improvements with this property especially with limited sound proofing, the train tracks are close by and which causes a lot of noise. The vegetarian menu in the complimentary breakfast was very limited and there should be some variations. Further to this, the garbage disposal is very unsightly as heaps of garbage bags are placed to the front of the hotel for disposal in this area. There are on the request late check out if required until 2.00pm. Just ask and the staff tries to accommodate you as best as they can. Overall, the hotel was good experience for my stay and I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brooklyn.

Attendant was available 24x7, Access to room was smooth, Room was comfortable but small, 2 queen beds seemed like full/double, but were clean and comfy. Ran out of hot water in the shower for about 10 minutes. Breakfast service was excellent with many options, hot and cold, available, and every add-on for coffee and tea you can imagine.
