Very convenient for tourism. Excellent friendly staff. Comfortable simply furnished room. Small old shower but it worked well. Very good breakfast options. The entrance area to the hotel building does not look good but once inside this old grand villa it shows real charm

The hotel is located right next to Genoa port and the aquarium . This can be problematic if you arrive by car since it's sometimes difficult to park for unloading near the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with unique decoration and style. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom but a bit dark with a small window. Breakfast costs 12 euro for adults (half for kids), and it's very high quality where you can order multiple items from a menu in addition to the buffet. Employees are very kind and helpful

There is NOT parking at this hotel. The main reason I booked this hotel is because they indicated they have parking. Once we passed the non refundable window I received a message stating that parking is offered off site at a public parking garage at a discount to our customers and that they can not guarantee a parking spot. The Parking garage was close by, but we had to wait over an hour in order for a spot to open up. Other then the parking issue, the accommodation was basic and clean, Bed was extremely hard, you are off of the main road and can hear the road. The location was good to walk to shops and restaurants. It did take about 20 minutes to get to the Genoa airport the next morning.

The property is convenient to the Marina and the old town of Genoa. The roads to get to the hotel are difficult to navigate and parking isn't the most conveninet. Overall, the hotel was nice. However, I paid for a water view, which we got after you looked across the elevated highway.

Personnel moyennement sympathique: la dame du dernier jour très serviable et souriante. Les autres employés ne donnent pas d’informations et ne sont pas très accueillants. Très belle grande chambre mais la chambre donnait sur une route à 4 bandes et sur une autoroute surélevée. Un boucan d’enfer. Hôtel.com devrait avertir que les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont très bruyants. Dans la douche, il y avait des traces de moisissure sur les carrelages. Il serait facile de les nettoyer avec un peu d’eau de javel. Accès rapide à la vieille ville.

Situated across the street from Genoa harbor, great location for walking to food, shops, attractions and 15 mibute walk from train station. Good size rooms, friendly staff. The only negative was that our shower had some visible mold in it.

Every step of the way the staff here were great. Most days we had a gentleman Ford help us at breakfast and to advise on best places to go. His jovial attitude somehow stayed in tact while he actually ran around to help guests. Major thanks for everything Ford. You made our time in Genova better. As for the property itself, rooms were well appointed and spacious and very clean. Best housekeeping we’ve had yet in italy.

Room was very spacious and clean. We had a loft style room - the bedroom was up top over looking the living room area. Bathroom was very large and had lots of towels and bath amenities. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful when asking for suggestions.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Das Zimmer war top (sehr geräumig, sauber mit bequemen Betten) und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch das Bad war absolut in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Dichtungen der Duschkabine in die Jahre gekommen, was zu kleinen „Überschwemmungen“ führte. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

One of the only hotels I could find with 2 beds. This was a beautiful room with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms and a spiral staircase. Staff was friendly and efficient and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area, places to eat and visit. Only stayed 1 night before a cruise but it was memorable. Right across from the waterfront where all the action is. Perfect for family travel.

The only other downside was the younger man at reception with curly dark hair. He was so cold to us and i felt like us just being there was an inconvenient for him.

Das Restaurant ist gediegen, das Frühstück sehr lecker (teilweise als Buffet angerichtetes süßes Buffet, Herzhaftes und Getränke a la Carte ohne Aufpreis). Das Hotel liegt zentral am Hafen sowie fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön wie das Hotel selbst. Das einzige, was uns bei unserem Aufenthalt gestört hat, was das erlaubte Rauchen im fensterlosen Billardzimmer. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived the front desk staff did not know how to check us in. It turned out that the person at the desk was literally a server from the restaurant. The bathroom in my room was configured very strangely with no mirror above the sink and very poor lighting. The air conditioning unit and bed were positioned so that the cold air blew directly onto the bed and was very uncomfortable. This property has a lot of potential, but they really need to get their act together.

We had a wonderful stay July 2024. Claudia was amazing with her recommendations for activities and restaurant suggestions. We ended up leaving a day early due to last minute Taylor Swift tickets, but my teenage daughter and I would recommend this hotel highly.

The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent. The people at the front desk were really fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. In fact on our last day they were unable to reach a cab by phone (no one answered) so the man at the front desk walked around the corner and ordered a cab in person for us. Outstanding service!

Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Direkt am Hafen, mit gutem Zugang zu der Altstadt. Schön renovierte Zimmer, trotz exponierter Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal, vorallem an der Reception, geben viele tolle Tipps. Enttäuscht waren wir von dem Frühstücksbuffet. Das würden wir nicht mehr buchen.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good for dinner. The location was an easy walk to historical sites. Very reasonably priced for the accommodations.
